Axis Appliance Repair was referred by Frigidaire to service my brand-new stove. They came out, diagnosed a faulty part and told me it would take about 10 days to receive and install. After that visit, communication stopped. It's now been over 2 1/2 months with no follow-up, despite speaking to someone twice (I called them). If zero stars were an option, that's what this experience would earn. Extremely disappointing due to the complete lack of communication. I reported them to FRIGIDAIRE as well. read more

My FUll Review is yet to be determined as I am currently waiting for the second round of Axis needed to come out a fix the same problem. I too was referred to them through American Home Warranty. So far there have been communication issues, scheduling issues, and time delays. They are working on my refrigerator, specifically my freezer and ice maker. When held accountable to the deadlines they give they have terrible attitudes. I have called in a complaint to our home warranty company as well. We shall see how this turns out. Do NOT use Axis Appliance Repair. Their technician caused $2,000 in water damage to my neighbor's unit and the company has refused to take any responsibility. They have such awful service that this is a new Yelp page because their real one has a documented history of terrible service. They were dispatched through First American Home Warranty to replace a fridge fan. While on-site, their tech unnecessarily turned on an unused, open water line under my secondary kitchen sink -- something completely unrelated to the service call. That line had no cap and wasn't connected to anything, causing a slow leak for days that went unnoticed until my neighbor reported water pooling through his ceiling. I documented everything: photos, damage estimate, timeline, even the tech's admission that he opened the valve. Despite this, Axis has gone silent, ignored follow-ups, and refuses to file an insurance claim. This is not just incompetence -- it's negligence and total lack of accountability. If something goes wrong (and clearly it can), they will leave you to deal with the damage and cost. I've escalated to First American, filed complaints, and am now pursuing small claims court. Avoid Axis Appliance at all costs. You're gambling with your property. read more

DON'T use! This company was referred by my home warranty to fix my washer. They were quick to come and find the problem. Then on Dec 7 they texted they had the parts and I made the appointment, they never came. After many calls they told me the warranty company ordered the parts and they were not sure they were the right ones. BS! They told me another time the warranty company had not approved. Then why order parts and make an appointment for me and not show up. I have spent hours on the phone between them and the warranty company. Yesterday the warranty company ordered me a new washer!! Had a problem with incorrect orifices installed on a new oven from Home Depot. Mohammad, the service technician came out in a timely manner and replaced the faulty ones with the new, correct ones. He was highly knowledgeable, professional and personable. Would highly recommend. read more

Very happy with service call on our Instahot system. First of all, Axis was the only company who responded through Yelp who could even fix the system (everyone else said they couldn't). Then I was able to schedule the appointment within a couple of days for a reasonable $90 service charge. The technician Mohammed was super professional and explained everything to me thoroughly. He worked on it for almost 90 minutes and I thought for sure the final cost would be more than $90, but nope, that's all it was! I would definitely work with this company again. read more

A new french door fridge delivered on November 20, 2024 and after 48hrs the doors didn't seem to close without jiggling the doors to align. Under warranty, Electrolux Service assigned Axis Appliance. Turned up within the timeframe with smiles and diagnosed the problem. The doors were loosely screwed-on and became misaligned when opening and closing. He was in and out in 30 minutes and doors open and close perfectly. read more

This review was a difficult one to write because it is so multifaceted, but I'll start with my Warranty Company; First American, which is how I became acquainted with them. We had 2 different services with them; a main refrigerator & a wine refrigerator. When the refrigerator would not cool anymore we made a call to First American. We were assigned to Axis Appliance, the responded quickly and the refrigerator was fixed. Great job! Now here's where it goes left. The same problem happened to our wine refrigerator, not less than a month later. We called First American and requested Axis. They responded promptly as always, but here's the big problem, we called them in July. It is now December and this refrigerator is still not working. We have had 2 technicians come out over 10 times, spending anywhere from 3 - 8 hours to service the unit. That's a lot of time out of the work day for a customer. At this point I need to also blame the warranty company, because if you can't fix the appliance, they need to replace it with a new one. I suspect that if the vendor requests a new appliance, the warranty company will no longer use them. It's the only way I can rationalize why I am getting so many visits. One to two, even maybe three attempts to fix an appliance is acceptable, but 10?!? That's madness. Everytime I speak to someone at Axis they tell me, "The tech will fix it this time." Why couldn't he fix it the last 9 times? I have asked to speak to a manager and they refused to let me speak with him. They said he will only read emails. Wow! What customer service. Anyway, 5 months have passed and the tech was out yesterday. When he left it was cooling, but this has happened several times before it starts to heat up on the second or third day. So I have my fingers crossed that 10th time is a charm. Luckily this was a wine refrigerator and not our main one. I want to inform anyone that uses this company, if your appliance is not fixed on the initial visit, you are in for a VERY LENGTHY AND COSTLY EXPERIENCE. If it is an appliance of urgency you may need to purchase a new one. They will continue to tell you they can fix it until they get it right. The only saving grace for this company was one particular tech Mohammed; who actually came out on several of his days off to help us since we had been taking so many days off work. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He was the tech that also fixed our main refrigerator on his first attempt. read more
