A disaster from start to finish. Our hallway and bathroom were left without a ceiling for weeks…read more Live electrical wires were left exposed and were later tucked back into the ceiling without being properly addressed. The wires were tested and confirmed to be live. This was an extremely concerning safety issue. We had to get a 3rd party electrician come and secure it before continuing to close the ceiling up. Communication throughout the entire process was extremely poor. We had to call almost every day trying to get someone to come back and finish the job. Dan was rude and condescending during our interactions. The AC contractor they sent came out, looked at the ceiling, and left about 30 minutes later without doing anything. During another visit, my ceiling was cracked when he went into the attic. The damage was eventually repaired, but there were multiple charges that were not clearly itemized, so I could not tell whether the cost of that repair was covered by the company or ultimately charged to us. What should have taken around two weeks ended up taking over a month. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. To make matters worse, payment was sent by check through certified mail. Months later, we were contacted again and told that they had never been paid, despite the payment having already been made. I'm leaving this review because I believe other customers should know about my experience before deciding whether to hire this company. Between the lengthy delays, poor communication, live electrical wires, unclear charges, and later dispute over a payment we had already made, this was an extremely frustrating experience from beginning to end.

Justin was super responsive. He asked for a picture, gave us a quote, we liked it and he came in the next day. We have a cream color sofa that has gotten dirty because our dog would rub herself against it. Justin & his partner did such a good job on it so we decided to let him clean out other sectional sofa, chairs lounge and our bed - all on the same day! Our chaise lounge is now an oversized dog bed. Needless to say it is dirty from all the dog slobber, covered with fur and STINKY! Well, they managed to clean it to a point it almost look new. The cleaning also removed most of the dog odor. We have a king size bed covered in velvet. The railings have gotten so dirty from my daughter stepping all over it. The head board had an oily stain from our dog who would rubbed herself against it. I was so pleased that they were able to clean all of the stain. I was thinking of reupholstering the chaise and bed but not anymore....thanks to this company! We had a disappointing experience with Elite recently after having an excellent experience several…read moreyears ago. I reached out to Elite to have two carpets cleaned. The materials dictated that they needed to be cleaned off site. Elite quoted me a price and came to pick them up. A few days later, Elite contacted me saying the rugs had been transferred to another company. This had not been requested, approved, or shared as a possibility, prior. In that message I received an invoice for more than the quote Elite had given me. Elite had added a pick up / drop off cost. The invoice included a disclaimer saying there was a chance the rugs could have ripples after drying. This had not been shared as a risk prior. Since the rugs might not "survive" the cleaning process, I decided not to continue. I contacted the other shop and told them to discard the rugs which they had offered to do. A few days later, I received a final invoice from Elite for $95 for "Pick up and delivery - pick up and light clean only". I think this $95 charge is unfair given that... -No advanced notice had been given as to the possibility the rugs could not be cleaned without damage, -I hadn't requested the rugs be transferred to another business, -No advanced notice had been given as to a pick up / drop off charge, -At the end, I had no rugs, I will gladly pay for services rendered - but customers have a right to full transparency when it comes to costs. Make sure you get the full information up front before engaging Elite's services, so you are not caught off guard by substantial hidden fees.
