Don't expect much beyond that…read more I just moved to the area and wanted to stick with Jiffy Lube since I've used them in the Valley for 12 years and I assumed my vehicle history would be viewable in my profile, keeping one thing simple during the chaos of a move. I was very happy to see this location was a little slower than the one I previously went to as I was able to just pull up and not be in a que of vehicles. The check in and overall oil change was efficient and smooth. The person I spoke to was fine; not overly personable or friendly but did his job. What brings my overall experience down was that as I left the person handing the vehicle over asked if I paid; which is a totally valid question but something I've never been asked at any oil change shop since most times you're leaving the waiting room where you pay. I kindly said yes and hold the receipt up that was in my hand. He maybe didn't hear or see me hold the receipt up and asks me again if I paid and i say yes again. He doesn't acknowledge my response but instead starts to walk away but watches me suspiciously as I enter my car. That final interaction of feeling like I was being accused of not paying for the services is what makes my experience not the best.

His price for the tire sensors was the same cost as the Costco Tire Center, which unfortunately didn't carry tire sensors for a Malibu, & originally recommended 20 new lug nuts. Greg had his mechanic install the new lug nuts that I already had, at no additional cost. The facility has limited areas to wait, but there is a nearby coffee shop within a short walking distance. Greg was personable, smart, a great listener, efficient, professional, & made recommendations to save me money on future car repairs. Greg has earned my trust. West Coast Tires does all types of car work (example: oil changes, etc.), except for body work. I am grateful for Greg's honesty, & will return.

The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. I'll update this review once I get the car in for my first visit. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

We communicated via text and phone but during drop off and pick up the main guy wasn't around. He shares the garage with someone else and that person helped us when the main guy wasn't there (sorry I can't remember his name). i love Carlos and his mechanics most humble and beautiful hearted hard workers. I read some negative reviews and I was immediately angry . I have been coming here for almost 10 years and never not even on their busiest days have they ever been rude. They are very transparent and they will let you know if they're not able to work on your car because they obviously have cars there who have been waiting before . but to say they're rude never!!!!!!! every year I upgrade vehicles always Mercedes and BMW and they have never ever disappointed Always satisfied with their work, I fully 1000% trust and respect their hard work . Never overcharged , ive Taken my vehicles to BMW and oooof there are some things that are not warranty and boy oh boy if it wasn't for Carlos I would be paying way more at BMW . Can't be happier with my experience at B & S Auto. Carlos is amazing, he helped me out a great deal. He gave me advice over the phone and helped me get my car running myself so I could reach their shop. Gave a really honest diagnosis, so many times I have been fooled by mechanics who are dishonest. Would definitely recommend these guys. Was able to fix my car without breaking the bank and they restored my faith in people, been burned too many times. I would go back again in an instant. Because I rely on my car for work, I naturally exceeded that mileage within the first week... while still waiting for a follow-up that never came. I was told someone would get back to me after speaking with a manager, but that call never happened. Now I'm left with four expensive tires I'm unhappy with, and the sense that this situation could have been easily resolved with basic communication and timely follow through. Disappointing experience overall, especially considering how much I spent. So I don't recommend this place because of the lack of trust.

Back when I lived in Atwater Village, I brought them my old 2006 Corolla. I consider myself a pretty capable DIYer, so if there was ever a problem that required significantly more time, labor, or diagnosis than I could reasonably handle, I took it to Affordable Care. They consistently did honest, high-quality work at fair prices. But what really won my loyalty, and what has stayed with me to this day, was Stacey's EXCEPTIONAL communication and honesty. He had a way of explaining problems that helped me understand both the issue itself and the scope of the repair. One experience in particular left a lasting impression on me. I had a stubborn check engine light that took over a month to properly diagnose after multiple attempted fixes. When they finally tracked it down to a failing charcoal vapor canister, Stacey told me he would not charge me for the part or the labor because of how difficult and drawn-out the process had been and because of the expense I had already incurred. I respected him immensely for that. He more than earned my loyalty. Over the next few years, I brought the car back for other issues, including transmission and clutch work, starter problems, and other repairs. Even after I moved to the San Gabriel Valley in '18, I still fought traffic just to keep bringing my car to them. That says a lot! I have since sold that old, trusty Corolla and now drive an EV. I do not believe Stacey works on EVs, but I genuinely wish there was a Stacey for EVs. Stacey and Charles are, hands down, the best tradesmen I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I am very glad to see from recent reviews that they still seem to be providing the same level of quality and integrity. If you have a Honda or Toyota in need of repairs, you would be lucky to have them work on it.
