West Shore Home did our bathroom remodel in October of 2025. Sebestyen was the salesman. When the time came, Theo and Alec were the ones who did the remodel. They were professional and clean but best of all, they were determined to do it all in one day. I don't think I paid attention when Sebestyen might've mentioned that if they do the flooring, they will also put in new baseboards so that was a nice plus. We hired them to put in a new shower, flooring and toilet. When we saw the finished product, we were more than happy. They did an amazing job and right in time before family came to visit. Recently in January 2026, we noticed the caulk separating from the wall and the shower. We reached out to West Shore Homes and they honored the warranty and sent Austin to come and re-caulk. I am still amazed at how quick and experienced they all are. Austin was in and out within 20 minutes. He made sure we were happy with his work before leaving.

Do not fall for their scam sales tactics, especially how they really play up that it'll be complete in one day. It's "complete" in one day with shoddy workmanship. Also, EXTREMELY overpriced. They come to fix their mistakes (like leaving work out of code, punctures in piping, incomplete caulking that causes water to dribble out of the bottom of your shower onto the floor in multiple places, unlevel shower doors so they don't even close correctly or completely, a bubbling shower wall, and more...), costing you more of *your* time; yet, here I go to flush my new toilet and the handle breaks. This is after two full days of them *re-doing* the *entire project* and then a guy having to come after-hours to fix a leaking fitting-- while I was trying to get dinner on the table. Them redoing the job included them having to replace the toilet and floor they damaged during the initial job. Little snapshots of this whole experience. Saying yes to these people was a bad decision. And it feels worse that it seems like we worked with overall dishonest people. You have to know what questions to ask, you have to bring in a level and check them along the way, and they "upgrade" your project during the "fixes" when they had "guaranteed" the best at the start! For the price, we had assumed we could initially take them at their word. Unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for a *major* headache, learn from us and seriously just run.

Joe came out, took a look what was going on, and gave me an estimate that was identical in scope but half the price of another estimate we received so we opted to go with Eames and Sons. Joe was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date on scheduling of the entire process, from dropping off a trailer for the old roofing materials, dropping off the new materials, the actual day of work, etc. The Eames and Sons crew came out, did the work in a single day, and then Joe came out the next day for an inspection. Joe noticed some of the work wasn't up to the Eames and Sons standards, so he had someone from the crew come back out and redo it and then came back out the same day to check on the work again. I also noticed that some of the mortar between bricks near some of the work seemed to now be missing and he came back out on his own time to fill in the gap. Eames and Sons, and specifically Joe, definitely went out of their way to make sure our roof was perfect and that I no longer needed to worry about the leak we found. This was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend others use Eames and Sons for their roofing needs. EDIT: I noticed some damage to a window screen after the dump trailer was moved away. Joe fixed the screen himself and sent someone else out to take care of some of the metal around the window as well. Eames and Sons has gone above and beyond what I expected and they have set a very high bar for any work that gets done around our house in the future.

We reached out to Wiler Fence and Nate, the owner responsed quickly providing a great solution to our project on a large slope with a competive quote. They completed the work, cleaned up everything, emailed us pictures, and sent an invoice. Talk about easy. This could not have gone smoother and we were very pleased with the results. The second was a repair on another project. This fence was already in place and one that was not installed by Wiler Fence Company. We had a leaning fence. Nate provided a quote over the phone, explaining what might need to be done. When the work was done, we called Nate to ask why we did not get an invoice even though he completed the work. Nate explained he was able to repair it without the need to replace any of the posts and there would be no charge. Wow! Needless to say, we will be recommending Wiler Fence Company to everyone we know and will using them on any future new fence installation. We've only had the roof for a week, but I waited until we had heavy rain to write this review. The roof held up well with no leaks or issues. It looks beautiful. We had to keep two box vents (instead of ridge vents) on one section of the house, and the box vents they installed match the color of the shingles, which was a nice touch. We got four estimates, and Price Rite was one of three that were in the same ballpark. We chose them in part because they offered the best warranty. They were transparent about potential additional costs when they did the tear-off and inspected for damaged wood. Once they started working, they told us how many panels needed to be replaced and the total cost before doing the work. They showed us pictures and invited us to climb up and see the damaged areas for ourselves. Ron was polite, respectful, and professional, and he was always quick to respond to a phone call or text. The installation crew was friendly and professional. They arrived on time and, although the job took longer than the one day that was planned, they returned the next morning and finished quickly. They covered our shrubbery with tarps and cleaned up thoroughly each day. We had no issues at all. Overall, we are pleased with Price Rite's work and would recommend them.
