Love this place!!! I came here with my bf because he's been wanting Hibachi we haven't came because I tried it once before and I did not like it. I decided to give it a try because we had seen this place when we've came to Aldi. I was a bit unsure at first when I looked them up on Yelp and saw a few bad reviews. Glad we still gave them a chance, Jackie took my order, amazing customer service (: she patiently waited for us to be ready to order and answered all of our questions. Now to the fooodd, Ruben prepared our food and it was fireee, I'm a picky eater, and though I was giving it a chance I was not expecting it to be this good. The mushroom and squash were perfect everything was perfectly seasoned. Huge portions!! Worth the price, check it out you won't be disappointed.

Truck parked up a little before 5. We tried scanning the QR code on the truck but it's outdated. Found the website and downloaded the ChowNow app and ordered chicken plate (huge portion), yaya noodle shrimp and filet minor and shrimp Bachi combo. Price was higher than I expected, about $90. The wait time was about half an hour. The food is delicious! I might return when it's payday.

I had the whole truck come out for my son's 18th birthday to feed the whole crew and they did NOT disappoint! EVERY teenager and adult commented on how delicious the food was. The portions were huge! And they all had food to take home. The food was a huge hit and my son was beyond thrilled. Thank you so much for coming out. Will definitely be using you again. I'll find an excuse to!

The Mrs and I had a chicken plate each, one with fried rice and one with regular rice and an order of noodles. The noodles was, in my humble opinion, a small portion. The plates were filled but mainly with rice. Your get two free choices of sauces, the sauces are EVERYTHING! They literally make the meal. When it comes to flavor though, it's just ok. One of my favorite restaurants is Benihanas and I feel like this is a close second but not quite there yet. By no means an i bashing as I do recommend you try it!

Love this truck. Amazing food, no need to go over pay at a restaurant. My fav is the thick noodle steak bowl! Awesome all the time. The yumi yaki sauce is the best!

Don't usually write reviews, but this place. Order was taken correctly. Order received, wrong. Missing veggies, got rice when I didn't ask for it. Rice that was given was under cooked. Beef ordered medium rare, actually well done. Chicken, dry. Shrimp, dry. This is pretty sad for something rated as 5 stars. Paying $39 for this meal was probably my worse loss of this year.

CJ and Alex were the ones to give me recommendations and it was DELICIOUS. The service was great too, the food was fresh and flavorful. I wish the portion was bigger to match the price I paid for but will still return as I was satisfied!

I've driven past this truck many times. Thought It was time to give it a try. A little disappointed. It was good but definitely on the SALTY side. A lot of rice is packed into your plate. So that's kinda of a bummer considering the prices for a food truck. Idk if I'd go back or if I never would. It was decent food. Please ease up on the salt.

The food is really amazing . The beef and lobster was so tender and flavorful. my kids got the NY steak bowls with fried rice and veggies and that was delicious . I'm definitely coming back . The customer service was great they are friendly ppl helped explain the menus and options

Ordered filet mignon fried rice because I was told it was going to have more meat and this is what I got. Very disappointed, especially waiting more than 25 minutes and it being $16. What a rip off 10 small pieces of meat.

During our visit, we went with the Chef's Recommendation menu and also added mentaiko buttered scallops. I love the interior of this place. The service was also impeccable. Braised Beef Tongue - Practically melts in your mouth Wagyu Carppacio - This dish had so many textures to it. You have the raw beef carpaccio, the salad with sauce on top adds flavor to it, and finally it has the Lays chips on top to give it some crunchy texture. Japanese Wagyu Sukiyaki - My favorite thing from this evening. They do such a great show of preparing this for you and you get a dipping plate with a raw egg to get all the flavors in this. The sukiyaki sauce in the bowl was super flavorful and strong. Wagyu Short Rib - This definitely tastes better using the spices they give for your meal. It's more on the lean side so it was very easy to eat iWagyu Prime Short Rib - This has a little bit more fat and on the chewier side when ate plain. But with the dipping spices, it definitely brings out the saltiness the meat needs Wagyu Bibimbap - The staff will mix this in front of you and make sure all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed so you can get a little bit of seaweed, wagyu, sauce, and rice in every bite. Of course by the time we got to this, we were way too full so I only got a few bites in before I had to call it and to-go the rest. Mentaiko Buttered Scallops - This was amazingly creamy. However I did make a mistake by adding this to the chef's recommendation. The Chef's Recommendation is curated where everything compliments each other. The mentaiko buttered scallops had their usual strong salty taste and super creamy due to the butter, but it was too strong when added to the Chef's Recommendation that I could barely eat it during the meal. Our next return, I will go with just the chef's recommendation to avoid messing up the balance. But the chef's recommendation was curated very well if you're not sure what to get! The bibimbap and sukiyaki were the chef's kiss

The Wagyu is amazing! We got the A5 sampler and the Wagyu was the best I've ever had! Buttery, melt in your mouth goodness! They cook for you too (only if you get the Japanese Wagyu I believe) so the Wagyu is cooked to perfection. It is a pretty small portion but I get it because the meat is high quality! I came back two more times after and had the A5 Miyazaki which was to die for!!! The same buttery and melt in your mouth goodness!! Obsessed!! Love the presentation of the meat too, makes it feel fancy~ I also went to the other location in Monterey Park and that was amazing too. The menu is different though but still really good! The service was wonderful as they came to check on us multiple times to see if we needed any assistance and I was celebrating my birthday, so they offered a free cheesecake! That was super creamy and one of the best cheesecakes I had. The restaurant itself is very nice, clean and modern inside. I can't wait for my next trip back!

The bathrooms are amazing btw with their warm seats and automatic everything. It was my first time having this dining experience where it was a set menu so I didn't know what to expect. For those who are pregnant and have limitations on what you can consume - you won't be left out! They offer the quality of the Wagyu. The experience leans more toward a curated meat tasting, with beautifully presented, juicy cuts that are satisfying without being overwhelming. Great service and nice attentive. The reason why 4 stars because of the tomato and raw vegetables portions. I'm not sure if they still serve Japanese tomato as they did in the past year, past year was a whole tomato, now they did couple pieces. Spending close to $300 for 2 people sounds over priced. I wish they would do better on the veggies snack and tomato .. those are cheap veggies not likely the meat. Hope they upgrade something to impress their menu. We don't expect the return.

My waiter was amazing and really went above and beyond, helping with the high chair (and sanitizing it for me), kids plates and drink cup, and swooping in within 30 seconds of a massive spill my baby made. SO impressed. The food was just as impressive! Order via a tablet at your table, and it sends the order to your waiter who confirms it. Their Chicken karaage appetizer was crisp outside and juicy in the center with great flavor. Their Wagyu Curry was great as well, with tender wagyu pieces and a nice curry base. Their chicken katsu curry was also perfectly cooked and tender as well. Will need to come back for dinner as no sushi at lunch.

The tonkatsu arrived hot, crunchy, and tasty. There is a parking lot in the back, or you can try to find street parking in the front. As for the food, I felt some dishes could have used a bit more seasoning and stronger umami flavors, although the omakase itself was still creative and thoughtfully presented. Without the outstanding hospitality and the chef's presence, I would probably rate the food closer to a 3/5. My favorite items were definitely the tuna nigiri and the unagi roll -- those stood out far more than the other dishes for me. From what I understand, many of the ingredients are imported directly from Japan, which makes the pricing feel quite fair for the quality being offered. I'd absolutely come back again, especially once the seasonal menu changes. Honestly, I can easily see this becoming another Michelin-starred spot in the future.
