They tend to have 6 or so flavors daily. I appreciate the focus and also creative flavors. I've tried everything, salt, and pizza. The pizza bagel was delicious especially toasted since it was a bit saucier that way. Salt bagels are rarer to find out here but a traditional NY deli flavor, so keep it up! These bagels are large and fluffy, probably lightly boiled if at all. My New York grandma would likely call them bread with holes in them rather than bagels, but they are still delicious. Keep bageling on.

It was good, but there was a bit more butter than I would have preferred, and the standard toast wasn't quite crispy enough for my liking. That's an easy fix though, and I'll just ask for it toasted a bit longer and less butter next time. I really love the location of this spot and am hoping to check out their other location soon. They share a great outdoor seating area with Sea Wolf Bakers and also have a small amount of indoor seating. There's usually a line on weekday mornings and a longer one on weekends, but it moves surprisingly quickly, so the wait has never felt unreasonable. One thing I especially appreciate is how light these bagels are compared to some other Seattle bagel shops. They have a great chew without feeling overly dense. Service has always been friendly and efficient. I still haven't tried any of their fish sandwiches, but that's next on my list. Until then, I'm perfectly happy sticking with a classic sesame bagel and cream cheese.

I waited and every-time got warm bagels. After few weeks I again went, and the same first girl was there and I asked her the same question , she again said no, so I insisted if she can go back and check (it was just 9am only), she said it more firmly to me - "I am telling you there is no more fresh bagels coming in". So I took whatever she gave me from the shelf. While walking out , from the window I saw a big tray of fresh bagels came out. But since the line was long, I didn't want to get into the conversation with that girl, so I ignored it. This happened one more time recently as well. So not sure if that one particular girl didn't want to give me fresh ones or maybe she wants older bagels to sell before giving out fresher one, but since this happened 3 times, I am not impressed. I had also bought their bagels once from their pop-up market and it was also not that fresh. A few things to consider: I've never had a bagel on its own here, only a bagel sandwich. So I don't feel as though I can give an expert opinion on the bagels. However, they do work very well for the sandwiches. The everything bagel is absolutely loaded with seasoning, and has an incredible saltiness (I'm a salty man, so this is a good thing). I feel as though this elevates the eggs to a new level. I was immediately drawn to a pastrami breakfast sandwich, because it's a top tier meat. This will feel more like you're eating thin roast beef because of the color, but it's still pretty good. I do think that this sandwich needs some acidity to balance out all of the fat, so grab some hot sauce at the counter. Overall this was a great sandwich, and I would get it again. That being said, I feel like the bagels are lacking due to a fault in a core ingredient. They all come with potatoes, and I think that they're either boiled or not quite roasted enough. Having to deal with undercooked potatoes dispersed throughout a mondo burrito is a battle that I'm unwilling to wage - but people seem to love 'em. Staff was welcoming and helpful when ordering, I got the BEC (bacon, egg, & cheese) on an Everything bagel, it was mid, tasted like all one note, the eggs was overcooked, I should of added hot sauce or something to give it another layer of flavor, the press also burns the sesame seeds on the outside so there's a burnt flavor to the bagel - substitute another bagel and you might not have the same issue. Overall there was nothing to rave about and my bagel hunt will continue!
