Great store. I use their wild bird feed exclusively- I have noticed it brings more birds than other brands and supplies I have tried.

I usually get my birdseed here but had trouble with my Squirrel Buster feeder and took it in for help.

Gizmo's head popped out from under the towel, and she bit Beverly. I'm so sorry Bev, at least it was just a nip, not a full on bite. Just a warning shot, as you said . Within 2 minutes Gizmo was rolled free into her cage , promptly shook off with a "woo, holy shit" And NO I did not teach my bird to have a potty mouth. Gizmo is 43. I have had her since I was 8yo and she had just hatched. So she has an immense vocabulary! Bella was next. She went a little easier. I was able to get a better look at her. When she had first come to my house Friday, I thought to myself, yep girlfriend needs a bath! And Bev said the same thing today. She doesn't like the spray bottle per her owner. So she has to go in the shower with me. I have ALS, so that will be interesting She had her nails trimmed and filed by Bev and did amazing. No screaming or biting! Super Mello. My friend Rene, put her back in her cage herself. It was $11, for EACH , a Grey and a Umbrella. So $22 Total. That is just for NAIL trims. And just as a reminder Bev sells the top food brands. She also ships, which is awesome for me as I have ALS and live almost in Camas,WA. I don't really drive anymore. My transportation caregiver that gets me around during the week. She and I have become really good friends and she is the one who brought me out today, thank goodness. Gizmo, my Grey, had prison shanks for claws, and Bella could catch her own fish in the Lewis River with her Talons. There is no longer a Parrot store in Vancouver. And months before that, their grooming shop was closed. Hope this helps Parrot People!

I was in a lot of pain and might have to have surgery. So I called and canceled my request for the bird and asked for a refund. The owner was so upset that she called me a name ( that I will not repeat). She told me that she had a No Refund policy, that I was not aware of, she had not told me that at any time when we spoke of the bird before. I told her that I didn't think that was appropriate in my case. Then she said that she would refund my money after she found a bird and placed it in another home. That was on December 9th of last year. At the time we spoke she had not found the bird that I had requested and has not responded to my emails or calls or text messages asking for the refund. I have had the BBB and Consumer Protection Agency contact her and she has not responded to them either. It has now been 4 months and I have not received nor heard from her yet. That is very bad business!

I received helpful ideas and suggestions for solving some challenges with setting up feeders at my home. I did end up spending a lot on the equipment, and the seed is not cheap, but it's great quality feed that my bird customers love, so to me, it is well worth the somewhat higher price. They carry a very nice quality and assortment of feeder equipment. After some trial and error, I was able to get two feeders set up, and me, my family, guests and of course indoor cat are enjoying watching hummingbirds, finches and sparrows at the feeders. Staff have been helpful and friendly and if not too busy, will also give great insights and advice on the types of local birds and their habits. For example, I did not know that a hummingbird can live up to around 12 years! Or that they can be very territorial if they find a feeder that they like. Also, I did not know that you can order online and they will deliver? I only learned that by reading others' helpful reviews, so that might be something for staff to mention. It is a nice plus. Overall enjoy shopping here and appreciate their helping me get the bird-watching and feeding set up.

I recently went in to buy some seed cylinders and suet. The person who helped me was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She showed me products I wouldn't have noticed if on my own. I now have birds at my feeders every day, and I am delighted (as is my indoor cat). I highly recommend this place for great service and great selection!

We recently welcomed a furry bundle of joy into our home, and have found ourselves overwhelmed by her overly-enthusiastic approach to living life. Our little angel is all teeth and claws, and boundless energy! Wonder Puppy group puppy training classes are amazing. We are halfway through their 9-week course now, and already feel we've received valuable return on investment. Trainers Katie and Matt have shown genuine interest in our puppy's well-being and progress. They have a remarkable ability to connect with both puppies and their owners, anticipating any of the crazy questions we might ask. The classes cover a wide range of essential topics from basic commands like sit, stay, to more advanced topics like loose-leash walking and impulse control. Wonder Puppy ensures a positive experience for everyone who walks through their doors, offering personalized guidance and support. I really had no idea puppy socialization is so important. Wonder Puppy enables a safe and controlled environment where puppies can interact and play with one another. I've already seen the value in these socialization experiences as my puppy is beginning to calm down, and to learn appropriate behaviors... most notably, how much is too much? Seriously, those little teeth and claws are really quite sharp! I appreciate the well-maintained and clean facility at Wonder Puppy. There is ample street parking in the neighborhood, though beware of the homeless camp located on the next block. My husband, my puppy and I have all benefited tremendously from our time at Wonder Puppy. It's been a really positive experience, and I'm hoping the lessons we've learned will serve us for many years to come.
