Great new burger joint in a booming location. Inside you'll find a bar, booth seating, and tvs to watch sports on everywhere. The nachos are huge and great to share between a big party. I opted for the smokehouse burger and my wife got the Sam I am and both were delicious! The tater tots are delicious but the sweet potato fries are a solid choice. Very disappointed in this place. I put an order in at 12:30 to be delivered by 6:30 and not only did my order not arrive until 7:30, the food arrived soggy, cold, and overall not good. When I called the restaurant asking for the status on my order, the hostess was extremely rude, left me on hold for 20 minutes, and forgot about it until another hostess happened to pick up the call. read more

I wished I would have looked at the photos on Yelp before I ordered because the burger was way too big to eat. I got the badass burger with buttermilk bacon and the bacon is coated with flour and fried. I found it disgusting. The burger by itself was descent. Fried pickles and various sauces were yummy. I ordered a chicken burger with a bunch of stuff on it. My meal came out with a beef burger as opposed to chicken. I mentioned it to Jessica and she quickly realized it was her mistake and she owned it! I appreciated that. Chris, one of the managers had my order remade and was great about making sure The issue was resolved. This is what customer service looks like. They both made sure my order was Corrected. Me and the wife decided to go on a date and this place came to mind. We arrived after 6 and it was already packed. Luckily, we were able to be seated. My wife was okay with the seating until the door we were near became an annoyance due to the back and forth of the waitresses and waiters plus the cold breeze that kept coming in with them..lol..we couldn't get another table due to too many people...So we stuck it out...My wife had the strawberry lemonade and I had a margarita...we both enjoyed them...We were gonna get wings as an appetizer but were warned by our waiter that they are a "burger" spot.....lol..So, I ended up getting the backyard chicken nachos...He was right...they are a burger spot...The nachos were okay...they chicken was over cooked (burned)...so it was kind of a let down for 10 bucks....and it didn't match the energy of the crowd...moving on to the meals...my beautiful wife went with the create your own Turkey burger...and I had a chicken burger with guacamole, cheese, etc..it's on the menu...I can say that this was a good and messy chicken burger...I enjoyed it...cooked perfectly...the fries were good...my wife liked her burger...she ate it at home though...she did say she it had too much mayo on it...I was shocked because she loves mayo...lol.....other than that she enjoyed it....she had onion rings too....she like those as well...I would say if you want to get away and hang with your friends or spouse...this is the place...I got a bar type vibe from it......All in all it was a good experience...especially since we hardly go out on our own...we were free from the kids...so even though my ticket was 50 bucks...I couldn't complain because my time was with my love...peace out!!! read more

During this deadly pandemic, I have used Door Dash exclusively for my family's fine dining experience. My lone two experiences with "Bad Daddy's" over the last 12 months has been the worst. Each time the order was incorrect or cold. My recent experience on 01/24/21 left me dissatisfied and thoroughly disappointed based on the fact an entire menu item was missing. I contacted the manager and was immediately directed back to Door Dash as this missing item was the "driver's fault" and not the food delivery responsibility of "Bad Daddy's". In fact, the "manager" suggested they had issues with Door Dashers that presumably stole food from their delivery orders. He then directed me to contact Door Dash customer service to resolve the issue including replacing the order. Which I did. Guess what? The store cancelled the replacement order. The food may be good, but the integrity of the folks who run this burger joint ARE NOT. CAVEAT EMPTOR. read more

The environment of the restaurant was great, they had a wonderful beer and wine selection, and a huge variety of menu options. The service was good and there were plenty of options for parking. My main issue was with the food. I went with a friend and she really enjoyed her burger but I ordered the patty melt and wasn't impressed. They loaded the sandwich with sauce and onions and the bread wasn't toasted. My fries were also a little cold.
