The food is amazing. The brisket is melt in your mouth goodness and the chicken falls off the bones in a moist, juicy manner. The owner is friendly, and is always enthusiastically answering any questions. I forgot her name! But if you like bbq, you really cannot go wrong at Bae's. The only thing is, Bae's is a 40 minute drive for me and the last 2 times I've gone to grab me some brisket and chicken, she wasnt there. I'm worried for her and I hope she's doing well and that nothing happened to her. Hopefully next time she's there. Btw the portions are pretty sizeable. She doesnt skimp and the two meat plate is both filling and a totally satisfying amount of food and I eat alot. Three meat plate you can share between two people and it would do perfectly. So I pulled up to baes smoked brisket right off the plane came from overseas and I saw her on yelp and it said that she was open late. I think I landed around maybe 1130 so I pulled up quaint nice looking truck and I could smell the vibes soon as I got there when I pulled up she was just the sweetest person ever walked me through the menu and even allow me to try a couple of food items. The brisket was great. The tacos were amazing the mac & cheese, mac & cheese, and I just told the whole experience was really good and I absolutely will be back . There were 3 trucks parked at 1 am when i rolled up. My buddy went and got in a long line at the taco truck parked at same spot. I looked at my 3 choices and asked myself...do i want the same old tacos i eat all the time? Nah, i want something good, like really good and different. So i opted for Bae's smoked brisket. One look at the menu and this was the one. I just spent a week in nicaragua and was fed like a king. Possibly the best week of eating in my life. I figured no way i was gonna top that. I opted for the brisket tacos. They looked and sounded amazing. Well, what can I say but damn...possibly the best tacos I have ever eaten. Honestly that is a really hard call because I love tacos but these were up there on the top shelf for sure. I had to laugh when my buddy walked over with the same old tacos you get all the time from the other spot telling me how they were so good and I should have gotten those ones.
