I tried the Bagel Market for the first time and their bagels were delicious. We had the Egg everything bagel with Lox cream cheese and Onion bagel with bacon scallion cream cheese. Their bagels were pretty big and chewy, which I loved about. The only thing I was a little disappointed was the amount of cream cheese they put in the bagel. It was a small amount compared to the price. I paid around $4 for the lox cream cheese and there was only a small amount compare to the other bagel places that I go to. If you like thin cream cheese, I think you'll like this place, but if you like bagel places where they put a large amount of cream cheese, then I would going to a different place. Booo, so sad. Truly not many words other than my mom and I did not enjoy our breakfast. I got a bacon egg and Gruyere on a French toast bagel and she got bacon and egg on an everything bagel. Both lacked flavor and were mediocre. I think maybe some mayo or butter on the bagel may have been nice. We stopped by Bagel Market for a quick bagel while heading downtown. The store was spacious but still insanely packed. It was a little confusing about where the ordering line was, but we eventually figured it out. The line moved fast, and ordering was easy. I got the classic lox bagel and a coffee. As we entered this busy bagel shop in the heart of Manhattan we caught a wiff of freshly baked bagels. A clean and bright shop that was efficient with our online order directly through the store.
