Oh the best sandwiches and bagels in the EastBay. The Bagel Street Club on Dutch Crunch might be the best sandwich in the world. Perfect blend of fresh cold cuts and vegetables with pickles and sprouts all on a delicious bread. My daughter also loves their pizza bagel and of course, they have high quality bagels and cream cheese. Highly recommend!

Very busy - line is out the door. Bagel is fresh, soft, yet crispy. Egg and veggies inside were bland, needed flavor! Salt, pepper, and ketchup couldn't help it....

Small bagel shop with a good selection. Dining area is cramped and crowded. I guess it's a good sign that the place is so popular. Staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. The line moves quickly and the food is prepared fast to match. The food is delicious although a little skimpy on the salmon. This would be a 5-star place if it were in a larger space and they were a little more generous on the fillings.

Absolutely love this bagel joint! Super quick service, and the owner is the friendliest person ever--always patient and smiling. Plus, they've got a killer coffee selection that keeps me coming back for more. Definitely my go-to spot for a tasty breakfast fix. They usually run out of most of the bagels by 9ish so it's better to go in earlier :)

Came here for breakfast with high hopes of eating a good bagel. It was alright, but didn't meet my expectations. The bun was soft and chewy, and the bacon wasn't too salty and added a nice crunch. However, the eggs weren't actual scrambled eggs and tasted like they were made from powder. They really threw off the overall taste. Still, the place was pretty busy! I might try a different item next time, but I don't think I'll be coming back..

Bagel Street Cafe offers a large variety of different bagels at a very inexpensive price! I couldn't believe how delicious the eggwich deluxe was and for less than $6! I also looooved their iced lattes and they even offer sugar free vanilla syrup. The service has been consistently great and quick both times I've been. I also really appreciated how easy it is to order / pay as the staff knows how to keep the line moving efficiently. The entire seating area is clean and pretty chill. I can't wait to be back!

This is my new favorite bagel spot since moving to the area, their daily fresh bagels are large, delicious, and have me addicted! I usually purchase their Lox Eggwich with Cucumber. They don't skimp out on the ingredients and make a full filling meal. The service is always quick and friendly, and I respect their commitment to work life balance by closing on family holidays. Keep up the great work!

Nice little spot for bagels. Try the honey almond cream cheese with one of their bagels. I got the sesame bagel. It was sooo good!

The shop is located in a plaza with several eateries, and it sits right by a courtyard with tables and chairs. There are a few tables inside as well. They are very efficient with their morning rush. I was ordering for several people, so I thought it would be more efficient to place my order online, even though it does state that their prices are 14% higher when ordering online (via Doordash). However, when I came to pick up my order, I was shocked that the online prices are WAY more than 14% higher. For example, their most popular item, the Eggwich with cheese and meat, is $8.45 online and only $6.39 in store. That's 32%. Ouch! PRO TIP: order in store if you're gonna go in to pick up anyway. So, how was the food? Actually quite good. What we got: + Eggwich with ham and cheese - bagel was soft and there was a decent amount of ham and eggs. + Eggwich with sausage and cheese on Jalapeno cheese bagel - the Jalapeno bagel was spicier than I expected. I had to pluck off a few Jalapenos, but I enjoyed the sandwich. + Pastrami sandwich on a roll - this was served on dutch crunch. Sandwich was tasty with a generous amount of pastrami and a good combination of veggies. Overall, a good bagel/sandwich shop in a great location. Their sandwiches are quite large for the low (in store) prices. Oh, they also have boba tea drinks and Vietnamese coffee. But we didn't try any of the drinks.

The result? A complete disaster. When my guests opened the wraps from the box, almost every single sandwich contained meat which was completely unexpected and It was deeply embarrassing. Hoping for a quick resolution, I called the store and offered to drive right back down to pick up a corrected order. Instead of making it right, the staff member flatly refused. I was told it was "peak time," the line was out the door, and that I could "order online or stand in line again." The sheer audacity to expect a customer--whose order you just completely ruined--to wait in line all over again while guests sit at home starving is mind-boggling. With zero options and hungry guests including kids, I was forced to order basic bagels from this exact same store via DoorDash just to feed everyone. After the party, I went back to the store to address it. All I got was a casual, "Sorry about that, the person who took the order is new." Please help me understand how that excuse saves me from the embarrassment I faced in front of my guests. To put this into perspective: 10 out of the 12 sandwiches were completely wrong. Only two sandwiches and the coffee box were correct. Looking at recent reviews, I see I'm not the first person this has happened to. Management needs to wake up and take this seriously. Otherwise, this place is going to become a Pleasanton landmark for all the wrong reasons--a spot where you order one thing and are guaranteed an unpleasant surprise.
