Two bartenders working, the bar was not that busy but one of the bartenders closest to us didn't even acknowledge or let us know that she'd be right with us. It took the other very attentive and excellent bartender at the other end of the bar to notice my eyes looking around for some help when she came over to take care of us. She was great! The petite blonde was absolutely the worst and I wish I knew her name so I could call her out in this review. I used to love this place and my previous review is five stars. The fresh cut fries were a bonus that puts the Union Jack fries far above the typical institution, pre-made version found in most restaurants.

Selected a delicious stout to begin while glancing at the menu. I opted for the Shepards Pie since my last one happened to be when I was last in London. Service was awesome and my plate arrived quickly. This place was full but not overly noisy! I loved the pairing of the stout with the meal. Delicious pie and was not rushed to make room at the bar!
