Edgar the waiter was very rude to me and didn't want to sell me alcohol even though I showed him two IDs

Pretty average Tex mex. It's more of a bar, than a restaurant. The service was very slow.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service was exceptional--friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I ordered the Number 5 plate, which included a taco, guacamole tostada, rice, and beans. The presentation was excellent, making the meal both eye-catching and appetizing. The restaurant is conveniently located in an upscale shopping center, adding to the overall dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant and encourage anyone looking for quality Tex-Mex to add it to their must-visit list.

While I don't care for chunky salsa, I would want it to be a little thicker and more flavorful. It came with two other salsas, which I did not care for. I did have to ask for a refill of salsa. I always get excited seeing mole and spicy options on the menu, so I got the cheese enchilada with mole and spicy chipotle sauce. I wasn't warned about the spice level, and it was very spicy with a strong chipotle taste that I couldn't eat. I also wasn't checked on to make sure I enjoyed the food, and I had to flag the server down for my check. I was expecting this place to be better.

The margaritas are just okay, but the very good service more than makes up for it--the staff is attentive and keeps everything running smoothly. One of the best features is the nice outdoor patio, which makes it a great place to sit back and unwind, especially on a good-weather day. Overall, a dependable choice with good food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

This time I had the lettuce wrap that has chili garlic chicken bites, black beans & rice ($15). It was good and lighter so I wasn't too full to get back out in the heat for the evening. Good flavor. The lettuce leaves provided were too big/mush for the amount of meat given - only needed two leaves since they were quite large. Queso was good. Others enjoyed taco salad, brisket tacos, kids quesadillas, taquitos. Margarita was decent. For $15, I thought it would come in a nice glass or a plastic cup that hadn't already been used. (Mine had most the writing on plastic cup gone. Like they wash and re-use them).

Lettuce wrap tacos are fresh and tasty. Refried black beans are definitely homemade. Ask for their green sauce on the side.
