I like the burgers, but I thought I'd try a chicken sandwich. I ate a couple bites and tossed it. Whatever that was, it wasn't chicken. It was the most processed, ground up, disgusting garbage. Then I asked for ranch, and I paid extra for a prepackaged Heinz ranch. If you don't make your own REAL ranch, don't charge extra for it. That's embarrassing. read more

I ordered TWO Texas tacos and made it a Jr. Combo and only recieved ONE taco AND paid full price ; I also ordered chips and quac and feel like they actually count the chips they give you and NEVER fill up the small side of quac that you pay $3.69 for and my Carmel Iced Coffee tasted just like Milk and No coffee . I was left waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes, with no other cars in sight. I didn't mind because I was hoping the food was going to be recently made. To my disappointment the burger bun was burnt the fries were old and soggy and they forgot my drink. One of Thee Best places to get a burger. Its not fancy-smancy like most burger joints but they make it all up in their Great Tasting menu. I'm traveling and I was told that I could not use the bathroom while ordering food..the manager in the establishment states that they lock up the dining room and bathroom for what ever reason because it was two white men sitting in there but you wanted my service and money.. this right here is ridiculous because the Covid mandates are off and even if they at least had a sign up stating that I would have been fine with that. I'm reviewing this one because this is the one that I frequent. Chili cheese fries - I have been searching for the best chili cheese fries in the IE and I think that Baker's may have won me over. They added sour cream and they were just so wonderful, oh, my mouth orgasms!! So damn good!! Chorizo & egg burritos, Monterey breakfast tacos and their cheeseburgers all have won a special place in my heart. I prefer Baker's over 99% of other fast food joints, they have everything and it's all GOOD!! Plus, I'm a fan of locally-based & owned companies, no matter how big or small. read more

Stopped by the Baker's (Ontario) tonight to grab a little something before work. Was at about 630 pm. All doors were locked with staff inside with one family sitting at the tables. When I looked at the staff they just waved me away with no explanation. This is the worst visit I have had at this Baker's. Maybe next time I'll get lucky and be able to get some food before work. read more

Baker's has been around since I was running around the 9-0-9 rocking rayon shirts and cross colours..yeah yeah. If I had to choose one item that makes me smile it would be the grilled cheese budget meal combo!! Yes Ma'am I would like to Powersize that for .75 cent more...can I have some spicy ketchup with that? This is the only place I know that offers spicy ketchup. I have to stop at Baker's when I'm in the I.E. ...it is a must or I get really sad. And I like to take some extra spicy ketchup home with me, holds me over till next time. The burgers are good and they give you a good portion on all of their food for just a few bucks. Baker's puts the Golden Arches to shame in sooo many ways. Fries always taste like bleach, but sometimes all you want is bleachy wilted salty fries, amirite? Can't go wrong with a tostada or the hard shell tacos as long as the taco shells aren't stale. The Caribbean Chicken sandwich is good. read more

Good food at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for? A free shake for checking in on Yelp. Loved that. I tried a single burger and fries and enjoyed it. Better than most fast food burgers but does not compare to In n Out or some of the newer and pricier burger joints, but I dont think they are trying either. Reminded me of a burger you would get cooked to order at an old fashioned "fast food" place like Fosters Freeze or A and W. The fries were top notch though. Ok so I decided to go to this restaurant because my friend raves about it so much. I ordered the single burger meal which on the menu it said 4.59. When I paid for it it was 5.93. I questioned the girl at the window and she said that it was because I ordered cheese. Ok the cheese was 40 cents. I didn't ask for an upgrade, I guess they just do this automatically. I got a very large soda and large fries. McDonalds in the area also charge extra which is not the price on the menu. I don't like this and I am not stupid. If I ask for the item on the menu, that is what I should get unless I say super size it. read more

I recently found this place by my office in Ontario. Having never been to or even heard about a Baker's before, I was pleasantly surprised! I've only ever gotten tacos from Baker's, but they've all been good, although, obviously Americanized. I like the beef barbocoa taco, which is shredded beef in a sauce. They're good size but actually low calorie too- about 170 calories per a taco. The drive thru is super convenient and the service is fast and friendly. They also offer a coupon pretty much every time you go for guacamole or a deal of the day. Just keep your eyes open for it! read more

This location has terrible customer service. The few times I've been here, the employees are always rude and inattentive.

The store manager Angela didn't know how provide good customer service. We pulled up to the window after ordering from an employee that sounded bothered when placing our order, only to find out that the rude employee never fully took the order to begin with. When we told Angela that the employee that took our order was rude when taking our order she said it was our fault. We wasted our lunch time and this location has now lost three regular customers due to Angela's in ability to take care of the Customer. read more

Love the food, it's like the in n out of the inland empire in my opinion. Usually the drive thru takes about 20/25 minutes during lunch time FYI. The ladies that sound the most annoyed at night will most likely forget something you asked for. Other than that I still go there every damn time cuz the food is sooo good. I can't say anything nice about the food OR the service. The woman who took my order smiled a lot but obviously didn't understand english. After she cancelled and re-entered my order several times I was satisfied that the receipt reflected what I wanted. BUT the food I actually got was not what was on the receipt. I suspect the counter clerk told the cooks in back to mess up my order because there's no way they could get away with serving watery slop like that all the time. Besides, I had ordered a burrito. The inedible goop I got was in two taco shells. I couldn't eat it and of course there was no manager on duty and nobody returned my phone call.
