I came here last Tuesday before going back out of town again. I was surprised they didn't have a Taco Tuesday anymore, at least at this location. The inside of the restaurant was clean, and the cashier lady was really nice. I had a $5 off online coupon for my birthday month. I ended up ordering 3 tacos, a fountain drink, and a milkshake. I have always loved their delicious beef tacos. They always pack them with a good amount of meat, lettuce, cheese, and tomato. For my drink, I washed those tacos down with Sprite. Since it is my birthday month, I got a caramel milkshake! My friend was with me, and I also got her a strawberry milkshake. Great tacos, great milkshakes, close to home... Come to Bakers!!! Bakers is my absolute favorite burger. I love to get the double Baker and one of the reasons is because of the big chunk of lettuce they put on it. I went to the drive-through and the service was courteous and went quickly. But when I got my burger, I had to actually search for the lettuce. The lettuce was almost missing and weak and wilted. Went last week and got a delicious triple burger, cheese was melted meat and bun were warm, delicious! I come back today, and order a double burger, I receive a cold patty, which cheese still in Kraft singles form. Bun is cold, cheese is cold, patty was even cold. Tonight will be our last time coming here. This was a third try and they blew it. Just to make it clear we been here numerous times and it's was always good we waited long but the food was good then the last 2 times and tonight's visit 12/26/24 our burgers were cold. So the first time we thought well maybe it was just tonight so we tried again after my sons practice and same issue we thought it was the lettuce so we removed it, but no it was the bun and patty, they were cold like they had just been pulled out the fridge type shit. On 03/19/25 at 11:15 I Ordered at the drive thru when I pulled up to the window I asked if I could have a budget meal number instead of a budget #2, basically changing the taco for a burrito. The lady seemed upset and agitated, rolled her eyes and told me it's already being made. Bakers food quality has suffered over the years. Everything ordered tastes old. Sample, the flour tortillas taste old. The meat quality has no taste either. Another issue with Baker's is the high prices. They really don't have a value menu that's worth anything. I do see the "Late Night after 9 pm" deals. The issue, you are limited to the quantities you can order. Strange. Every fast food has deals that are fair, and offer a good food item. Bakers doesn't seem to care. This bakers is pretty good location I've only been to bakers about three different times at this location I've ordered the "frynormous" which is a big bag of shoestring fries super yummy and they have late night happy hour $3.50 for it after I believe 9 pm! I also ordered a Oreo milkshake and a butterfingers milkshake which was super yummy!!! The last time I came I ordered a root beer float which came out to around $3-4 something after taxes! It only comes in one size and it wasn't that big but it was pretty decent size! The burgers were a disappointment honestly got a double with cheese and I assumed since the picture had onions mine would come with onions which it didn't and I got the smallest piece of lettuce in my burger. I love bakers and I usually go to the one on Monte Vista but this one was on the way home so I stopped to get dinner for myself and my husband. I hardly use my physical debit card. I will usually pay via Google wallet or order online for security purposes, this was my first time using my actual card in months as I had no cash on me. Not 24 hours later I got a fraud notification that someone tried to use my debit card numbers to purchase $326 at walmart.com. The only explanation is the employee wrote down my card info and attempted the purchase online since they would not be asked for a pin.
