Come on if you're from the Inland Empire who doesn't like "Great food close to Home". Bakers is a staple in the IE since 1952 and America's first "Twin Kitchen" with American food and Mexican food. The ground beef tacos are always on point along with the French Fries. My favorite is the Bakers Twin Meal which comes with a single Baker hamburger, a ground beef taco, fries and a drink, I always upgrade my fries to chili cheese fries. They also offer a vegetarian menu at most locations and who doesn't enjoy a Boca Burger with a Ortega Chile on top. read more

Great Bakers! Always gets my order correct (unlike garbage McDonalds) always totally hot and fresh fries (also unlike McDs) and the servers are always friendly! The people that work here seem to like their jobs, care about service and sending their patrons away happy. There's now a In N Out next door but I continue to go to the Bakers. We can always count on Baker's to prepare us one of their many items with integrity. Year after year we return sometimes a few times a week. One of the supervisors or shift leader in the afternoon has made feel welcomed since I was a young kid when they first opened up. Shorter lady with prescription glasses always cooks the best food! Bakers is local (ish) gem. The variety of food is nice and the mostly speedy service is appreciated. The hang up is you always have to check your order when getting it to go. Often times special orders (my wife has allergies and can't have the sauce) are messed up but they ALWAYS right their wrongs. read more

Not a bad location. They do a good job at the drive thru, but they will short you on hot sauce/ketchup if you don't double check. I think they are best for breakfast, but lunch and dinner is good too. Their burgers are what In-N-Out's would taste like if they had freezers. Still pretty good. I like their barbacoa tacos and quesadillas too. If you haven't been here before, they charge a quarter for drink refills, so plan accordingly. read more

We stop by today, and talked to the manager, Brian. He said there was nothing he could do, and he suggested to call the number again. Well, they just lost 10 year loyal customer. Very disappointed wife and I at 3 PM yesterday went to Bakers ordered , our bill came to $21 and some change the drive-through was full of cars the dining room was half full of customers and all I had was a $50 bill the manager said she could not make change for the 50 and there was nothing she could do about it so we had to cancel our order and went next-door to in and out burger which they gladly took our money. I could see into the register and there was plenty of change the manager just would not take the 50. Very hard to believe they didn't have $30 and change . I drove thru the other night and my french fries were almost raw. They were saturated in oil and just folded over in two when you picked one up and they were basically inedible.(Dogs hit the jackpot that night) When I called the manager she really didn't care and didn't offer to make it right. This is the one Bakers that is the most friendliest, cleanest, and most delicious tasting food. They are friendly workers, and listen to your order always. They notice when someone comes in with a mistake order and take action idmediately. What I mean by that is: the other night I went through the Drive-Thru to get some dinner for my younger brothers. I order to different burritos for them and drove home when they were handed to me. I didn't check to see if they were correct, but unfortunately when I got home and saw they were not the burritos I ordered, I drove back and went inside to ask for the burritos I ordered. I was a little frustrated, but didn't get frustrated with the workers, (I should have checked the order before I left the drive-thru). But the manager noticed me right away when I walked in and I explained to her the situation. She told me to keep the mistake burritos and they were making the correct ones right away. It took like 3 minutes and before I know it I had the correct ones. She was very apologetic, but there was no need to apologize. I understand mistakes happen. What I mean by the food being the best there, is because whenever I visit a different Bakers, the meal is sloppily made. No matter whether it is a burrito, hamburger, or taco, it is like they threw it together instead or trying to make it look decent. Even the cheese will be not cooked all the way when I go to a different Bakers. So that is why I go to the one closet to my home, because the food is always cooked to perfection and looks like it was made properly! read more

I'm done with the Yucaipa Bakers. They messed up my food on two consecutive occasions. All the good employees seemed to have left for other jobs. What they have now are a bunch of kids who can't seem to understand a simple food order. I gave my order to an employee face to face, and he immediately repeated my order back to me, incorrectly. This yucaipa bakers store is horrible!! It's probably my fault for keep giving them another chance and hoping for new employees! All I asked for was if they could make another order of chili cheese fries because mine were really soggy.. the young man that was helping me was really nice and sweet he said no problem as he was taking them from me NAIOMI a old lady who I believe is the assistant mgr. comes and literally cuts the young boy off and said what's going on I said oh he already helped me but thank you she goes well those fries were fresh and trys to hand back to me I said well even if they were fresh they were really soggy can u please re do them! By the way I showed her that I ate like 1 or 2 bites so she didn't think I was trying to get them free or something because of her sketchy attitude towards me, she then proceeds to argue with me and finally she gets to "I'll do it this time but that's the last time this will happen. I was shocked but I guess she was more worried about saving probably 90 cent in fris and chili then making a customer happy.. if she is the manager of any kind I hope corporate will invest in some customer service classes for her! And this is the third incident with management!!! at this location So after this i had to make a coment i have never wrote a review before or yelp or any of these tbings but her horrible attitude needs to be noted so hopefully she is held accountable!! The employees are great by the way they definitely should promote from within!! I love Baker's! Especially this location. I always go through the drive-thru and never have had a problem. My orders are always correct and the employees are always very friendly. Food quality is always good and I've also never got shorted on sauces and they've never forgotten napkins like some have said.
