A gem of a little Chinese place in southeast GSO. I've been here before but not since they started serving hibachi. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and shrimp and it was sooo tasty. First of all it was a huge portion of food. Both the shrimp and chicken were so tender and juicy. The usual medley of zucchini, onion and broccoli were cooked crisp tender. It was served piping hot! I would definitely order this dish again. One of the best parts of my dining experience was my server, Sunshine.... Yes, that's her real name. And her disposition matched her name. She was a delight to have as a server and she's the one that recommended I get hibachi at a Chinese restaurant. And last but not least, they have the cutest reusable bags that perfectly fit a square, styrofoam take out box. Use it the next time you go or at any other restaurant. Well done, friends!

This is my sister's favorite place for quick and delicious Chinese. She always gets the double honey chicken and a kids meal for her daughter. It's a convenient location with a large menu. Your order is given in reusable plastic containers for the kids meal which is great because the kids never finish their meal and we can take it and re warm it without worrying about it spilling. I wish the the adult items were in the same container in order to prevent any spillage. They also gave us the order in a reusable tote bag(love this) the restaurant isn't huge but it's a good size with a casual feel. Overall very happy with this place

Since I moved to the opposite side of town two years ago, I rarely have the opportunity to get food from here, because I'm not making a 20 min (one way) trip there lol. However, since I was on this side of town today, I decided to stop by and grab me some lunch. Around 1:55 PM on a Friday afternoon, I called and placed an order for pick up. I got their $8.55 lunch special which includes one or two meats and rice. The meats that I chose was black pepper chicken and honey chicken. This is what I always get. I chose steamed rice to go with it. I was told it would be 15 minutes. The price of the lunch special used to be $6.95, which is what I thought it was going to be per a photo I saw. After looking back, it was a photo from 4 years ago, lol. I arrived around 2pm and sat in my car for 5 minutes before going inside. In the window, they have a board with their daily specials. There is a sign on the door stating they are closed every Tuesday. This has been in effect since Sept. 7, 2021. I noticed a couple parties sitting in the dining area when I walked in. I was promptly greeted. My food was already ready and check out was smooth. Staff was friendly. I had to go pick my son up, so I ate in the car. The food was delicious, as to be expected. They haven't let me down yet! I can't wait to come back, and hopefully it won't be another year! Side Note: There is a decent sized area that's empty in front of their location. I'm not sure if it's theirs or not, but it would be a great place to add some outside seating.

Food is so good here, I forget to take a photo before i start eating. this is my go to Chinese place in the Triad. We get the double honey chicken daily special and my daughter loves the kids sweet and sour chicken with white rice and extra sauce . Ive never eaten in the restaurant, it has always been a to go order which is ready in 15min usually. One day I promise to post photos.

    Crab Rangoon

I came here on a Monday. When we walked up to the restaurant, the sign was not working so we were unsure if it was open. We saw other people enter so that is how we knew it was open. Once inside, we did not know if we sat ourselves or had to wait for a waiter to sit us. After about 5 minutes, we were told to pick a seat. Most of the booths on the outer walls were taken and there were a lot of to go orders being placed so the place seemed fairly popular. It took another 10 minutes for a waiter to come to us to ask our drink order. It seemed like they were under staffed that night. After putting in our food order, it did come out in a reasonable time. The crab rangoon was hot when it arrived, but the main dish was not hot when it arrived. I ordered the sesame chicken and the flavor was not anything special. I will note that they had a really good white sauce. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Quiet little spot of the highway. We were starving so got Rangoons, egg drop soup and sushi prior to placing our meal Order. It came out quick and was tasty. Reasonable priced, good portion sizes. I enjoyed walnut shrimp!

    The Spicy Bang Bang Shrimp.

The food was pretty good. It was well-prepared and tasty. If you used smaller shrimp so they could absorb all the spices, The Spicy Bang Bang Shrimp might be more appealing. It however was not bad. Overall, the location wasn't too bad, and I would return if it were closer to my home.

Best we've had yet in the Triad area by a long shot. First off, the online ordering process is super easy, and the estimated time for pick up was spot on. Highly recommend ordering online beforehand. The place was slammed, packed in like sardines on a Saturday evening. Everyone waiting for orders, and even if you don't order prior, the wait would still be worth it. This place was a well oiled machine, everyone knowing exactly what to do and how to pump out stellar authentic Chinese food quickly and efficiently. Flavorful dishes, authentic spices and sauces, juicy meat, perfectly cooked noodles and rice...you name it, this place does it right. Crispy scallion chicken is the bomb! Each and every other dish we had was top notch, including the pork egg foo young, chicken lo mein, house special fried rice (chicken pork and shrimp). And can't leave out the perfectly fried pork egg rolls...taste overload. Can't wait to come back and try more of this amazing and truly authentic Chinese joint.

Not sure how old the interior photos are on their Yelp reviews but looks better in person. Dude running the place was waiting on tables, answering the phones, taking orders at the front, bossing people around in the back and bringing the food out of the kitchen and serving it HOT! He was a one man show today and killing it! Plus he was so nice. About the food. I ordered an Eggroll and Curry Chicken with fried rice. The eggroll was not the best I've had but it was good. It tasted fresh and no signs of the red pork that you sometimes get (thumbs up).The Curry Chicken sauce was really good. The chicken was nice and tender, the vegetables were fresh and crisp. My only complaint would be to not serve green peppers with the yellow curry sauce. It's my own personal preference because peppers give me heartburn. I will go back for sure to try some other dishes and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for relaxing ambiance and fresh, delicious Chinese cuisine.

We didn't order them this time, but they're definitely on the list for a future visit. Everything we did get was packed with flavor. The crab rangoons and pork dumplings arrived hot and fresh, and the Dan Dan noodles, orange chicken, chicken chow fun, and garlic beef were all very tasty. One of the biggest positives here is consistency of flavor, something that's been surprisingly hard to find with a lot of Chinese takeout spots we've tried in the area. The only real miss for us is that egg foo young isn't on the menu, which my wife loves and always hopes to find. That aside, this is a super solid takeout option for flavorful, authentic, and fresh Chinese food.

Because it is a takeout restaurant, there we won't benches to sit on. That does not bother me because I wanted to relax at home while I eat. Everything I've ever ordered from them has been fantastic! On this trip, I decided to try something new. I order the Happy Family (Lobster; scallops, shrimp, crabmeat, beef: chicken, pork tender, broccoli mushroom, baby cor, veg. in special sauce; w.White Rice) but paid an upcharge to change the rice to onion fried rice w/ egg and bean sprouts. Let me be clear for those who think that this is New York Chinese cuisine. It most certainly is not. If you want your standard fair good authentic Chinese cuisine, go to Golden Dragon. That restaurant is closed because I believe the family goes on vacation for about a month a year. They will reopen on July 21, 2026 Good for them. They work hard and they give their customers quality service. Golden Dragon has been around for decades and has always given its customers great food and service. Since Golden Dragon was closed, I decided to decided to try China's Best yesterday to order a family meal. I did it online to avoid any confusion on what we wanted. And was told that there would be a 15 minute wait. Lo and behold, we get there and we wait an additional 20 minutes. When we come home to eat the meal, virtually, nothing is edible with the exception of premade egg rolls and the orange chicken. The pork fried rice we ordered was substandard. I have never had boneless barbecue ribs that were so overly salty and sweet in my life; not to mention being overcooked and having a slightly burnt taste. The fried chicken wings were overcooked and hard. The sweet-and-sour chicken ordered was overcooked and hard; with only a half container of sweet-and-sour sauce included. There was no soy sauce or duck sauce included with the meal whereas usually Chinese restaurants put those condiments out for customers to get at their discretion. I don't know about you, but I like money. So when I pay $56 for a takeout order which I paid gas for to travel to get; only to find that it was an unacceptable mess of a meal, I tend to to appear, to say the least, disappointed. Whoever cooked this meal saw what they were giving their customer and appeared to be completely fine with short changing that customer. Unacceptable! There are plenty of restaurants in Greensboro to go to who strive to give their patrons a quality meal. So I give the biggest word of caution to those entertaining the idea of going to China's Best. DON'T GO!

In all the years we have been getting takeout, never had an issue with the accuracy of our orders. They have nice sized crispy breaded wings. Egg rolls are what you expect. Hunan chicken is not very spicy but has a good flavor. Lo meins are good, too. Food cost are up everywhere. 2 combo plates, small order of wings, and wontons set me back $42. The extra $4.00 upcharge on the combo for house lo mein versus chicken was unexpected (dinner combo is already $10.75) but I didn't ask and the girl answering the phone didn't offer so that's on me. But last night…read moreI needed something quick, ordered on DoorDash, and I'm really glad I gave them a chance. Everything I ordered was actually solid. The lo mein? Chef's kiss. The noodles were cooked perfectly, nice and saucy, and they even offered it spicy--which I've never been offered before. The meat was tender and well-seasoned. Personally, I wouldn't mind a little more cabbage in it, but that's just preference. The fried chicken wings really surprised me. Usually I end up throwing wings in the air fryer to crisp them up more--but not these. They were already crispy, fresh, and flavorful straight out the container. Now let me talk about the sweet and sour chicken... I've NEVER been a fan. I always thought it looked too breaded and soggy, so I avoided it for years. When I opened my order and realized that's what I got, I was low-key annoyed but decided to try it anyway. And wow--that ended up being my favorite item. The sauce was perfect, and once I dipped it myself, it completely changed my mind about sweet and sour chicken. The soup was also really good--super flavorful with that rich broth and those sesame oil "gold spots" on top (you know it's good when you see that). The only thing I wasn't big on was the plain fried rice--but that's more of a personal preference since I usually don't go for plain fried rice anyway. Next time I'll try the house fried rice. Overall, I'm pleasantly surprised. This was a great experience, especially for a last-minute order. I'll definitely be ordering again--and next time I'll come back with pictures because this was a spur-of-the-moment decision. China Cafe, you proved me wrong
