We walked into Banham's Cheesecake just wanting to know if the Oreo cheesecake had nuts -- a totally normal question -- and the employee acted like we asked for their life story. The amount of attitude over such a simple thing was unreal. If you can't answer a basic allergy question without getting annoyed, maybe you shouldn't be working with customers or serving food at all. Outrageous how good this place is! Absolutely the best cheesecake. Blows Cheesecake Factory out of the water. My wife stumbled on it last year and we are hooked. Been here several times now and each different flavor is great. My favorite though is the banana pudding while my wife's is the brownie. Key Lime and Coconut are also fantastic. The inside is small but cute. It also looks very clean. Apparently they have punch cards here but we weren't offered one. The worker offered it to the dad & daughter duo that came in after us. We bought the tiramisu cheesecake and the Oreo cheesecake. It's already packaged in the container so they hand it to you so you can pay & leave asap. It's great if you literally want to run in and grab a slice of cheesecake. The texture of the cheesecake is very nice. It's not overly dense or too airy. I was not a huge fan of the cheesecake crust, but to be fair, I usually skip that part. The tiramisu cheesecake would be better if there was a stronger coffee/mascarpone flavor. That's really what I was hoping for. It wasn't terrible by any means, it just tasted like it was reminiscent of tiramisu. It was tangy and not too sweet, but if I was making it, I'd amp up the coffee. It was pretty though. It just looks nicer than it tasted. My kiddo had the Oreo cheesecake. That was very good. Not too sweet, good amount of Oreo, and visually pleasing as well. Chocolate ganache and whipped cream with half an Oreo on top. Cute. Definitely don't skip this one if you like Oreos. The temperature was nice inside. It was pretty cool, obviously for the cheesecake but it makes it more inviting to sit down & eat the cheesecake. They don't have a "beverage station" but sell canned coffee and sodas. I'll be back because I definitely want to try the other flavors of cheesecake.
