When I entered this shop, my first impression was that the pies looked... very home made. By that I mean they didn't look like "perfect" pies you see in grocery stores or many other bakeries. And they weren't cheap, but I bought one anyway, and I have to say, it was one of the tastiest pies I've ever had! It not only looked home made, but it tasted home made too, in the best possible way. On my second visit, I bought another full pie (almond cherry) and a slice of strawberry rhubarb. Both were excellent again! The shop is small, but to the point. Staff has been friendly to me each time, and I also think it's cool they have a Pie slice vending machine outside!! I will have to keep that in mind if it's after hours and I'm craving something sweet and delicious. I'm glad they have a stamp card that tracks both slices and whole pies. My wife had ordered a lemon meringue pie from Pie Snob for my birthday as she knows it's my favorite type of pie. The pie was picked up late Sunday a.m. and placed in a refrigerator until we served it Sunday evening after dinner. While the pie had good flavor when we opened the box to serve it there was about 2 cups of liquid in the bottom of the pie box that had leached out from the pie. The lemon custard filling was also super watery and did not hold together at all. Very unappetizing texture. As a result most of our guests did not eat the pie. We reached out the next day to inquire what happened and were basically told that since they don't use preservatives that this was a "normal" occurrence. We felt totally blown off by Pie Snob. I wouldn't order this pie again from them and wouldn't recommend anyone else order this pie from Pie Snob. read more

Best pies in the area. I bought the pumpkin with ginger spice and double crust razzleberry. My workplace gobbled them both up. I gave up sweets so I took their actions for it. Ordering inside during business hours is a great idea but I would avoid the pie atm. Twice in the last few months we've stopped to pick up a sweet treat and have gotten slices with mold. Delicious pies! My favorite is the chocolate cream pie. I've also tried the dark chocolate but I felt that was too rich for me. I haven't tried the key lime pie even though that's my overall favorite pie so I need to go back. They have weekly specials as well. I love Pie Snob and have been to their other location. The cool thing about this location is they have a 24 HOUR PIE ATM!! What?! I can get pie at 2am if I need some? The ladies working were friendly and helped us right away. We went with a chocolate cream, cherry almond and my favorite the Carmel apple. They had just made the Carmel as we were there and it was still hot and oozing over the top of the apple pie. It was heaven! The kids favorite was the cherry almond. After mistaking this for a pizza joint forever, we finally looked at the actual description and were delighted to visit for dessert pie. We came in kind of late so the selection was a bit limited but looked amazing. We realized while walking out that the pie vending machine had a LOT more options. We got lemon, key lime, cheesecake and chocolate. All of them were delicious and a decent portion for $6.50. The store itself is smallish with only a few tables to sit at, so I would definitely suggest taking it home. This dessert place will be on our rotation for sure. read more

I am so glad I came across pie snob, this place is serving up some of the best pies around. On this visit we tried the Apple Crumb, Cherry Crumb, Chocolate Cream, and Lemon Cheese Cake and all of the pies were amazing, you can taste the freshness and quality ingredients in every bite. I can't wait to go back and sample the other pies on the menu. I don't think you could go wrong with any pie you order. Make sure you get the your pie punch cars, every slice you purchase earns rewards toward a free slice orvpie. Happy Father's Day everyone!!!! I was on the hunt for the perfect pecan pie for my daddy. He usually grabs one from Village Inn and I absolutely refused to purchase from there. Pie Snob is amazing and we had the best experience for our first time purchasing from there. My Mom's 84th birthday was September 2nd and she has always loved Lemon Merengue Pie. We looked up Bakeries and Restaurants and found Pie Snob! Looking thru their menu was very tantalizing and they indeed had Lemon Merengue Pie and we could get a Mini Lemon Merengue Pie for $6, which was perfect for Mom's Birthday since at the moment due to COVID Mom cannot have visitors at her Senior living community for safety reasons. So needless to say she could not finish a whole pie by herself so the 4 inch Mini Pie was a great solution! Well our Birthday surprise turned out great and Mom was thrilled with her Mini Lemon Merengue Pie, she said it tasted Amazing and she got two servings out of it!! I had lunch at the N Scottsdale Vig restaurant and thought I'd try Pie Snob's apple pie with vanilla ice cream. Last time I was here and ordered it and I was disappointed and gave it a negative review here, but today the apple pie was fantastic! It comes served hot in a small skillet and it is large enough to share. Well worth the calories!! The crust is so good, and the apple filling was full of sliced apples. I highly recommend this dessert from Pie Snob and think it's a great collaboration with The Vig featuring it on their dessert menu offerings. My blueberry lime and strawberry rhubarb slices were tasty, large and fun to eat. A bonus was my chocolate gelato which was naughtily rich, decadent and so chocolatey but not overdone. There's a nice drink selection, so I had refreshing OJ and apple juice with my pie adventure. Service was perfect and prompt.
