Sad I have to update my review, because I like their coffee here. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes to get my one drink. I didn't expect to wait that long as there were only a couple of cars in front of me in a drive thru. I almost decided to leave even though I already paid for my drink because I had to make it somewhere on time and was cutting it really close. I finally went in after the long wait to check on my order, and my drink wasn't quite ready yet, but just about, thank goodness. Still the 20 minute wait for one drink in drive thru was a little too much for me. I would say only come here if you don't have to be anywhere after, because the service speed can be hit or miss, and unfortunately my visit was a big miss. read more

1. Service - staff at the counter appears friendly. When you come in, line up, order and pay at the front. 2. Price - Price for three drinks and three food items was about $45, so comparable to other cafes these days. 3. Ambiance - this place has an industrial/ warehouse vibe. Dress code is casual. 4. Food - I haven't found the coffee for me yet. Will have to read other reviews or try other drinks next time. I really enjoyed their BLUEBERRY CHEESE DANISH. We had the Avocado Toast and was not very impressed as the toast was hard, and the Chocolate Croissant appears nice, but it was hard like a rock. 5. Cleanliness - I came on a Saturday morning, and had to clean my own table. There were crumbs all over the table from the previous customer. I would have gone to another table, but it was the only thing big enough for our group. With the size of the team behind the counter, they need to have dedicated staff to keep the dining area in tip top shape. I love this place! The location in Spring used to be near me and now the one in Tomball is the closest to me, but still far. Whenever I go it's such an experience for me. They are so nice and their customer service is A+. My usual is the iced captain latte with oat milk. It just makes life right! I said this in my review of the other location: don't leave without the blueberry cheesecake. Just do it! This time I got these blueberry almond chocolate notes coffee beans to make at home. Several years ago we found the one on Louetta and loved it. We were excited when another opened on FM2920 and enjoyed it regularly before church. Staff turned over incredibly fast, service slowed way down and quality dropped. Gave up after stale pastries and lukewarm warm coffee. Honey milk latte was my go to but often felt like there was no honey. Other times it wasn't stirred in and by the time I was finishing it was too sweet to drink. 2 years later tried again. Finally found a coffee shop on the north side that I can say I hope to frequent as often as my favorite in midtown. I don't frequent Tomball to often but needed to pick up some items I ordered in Old town area. I am definitely glad I stopped here on my way toward 99 to head home. I saw they have a drive through but decided I had some free time to spare so I'd explore all they had to offer inside. I am not sure where the menu was located once inside, so I quickly pulled one from YELP. Needless to say their menu is extensive both with drinks and bites. I was standing in front of their display counter so decided to pick from there to reduce my options picking anxiety already occurring with their drinks. I opted for the Honey & Milk Latte (alternative option with Soy, me and dairy are struggling these days) and to negate my selection of an alternative dairy product I ended up selecting a blueberry Danish (with cream cheese, this scratching dairy thing is hard to keep in order as a beginner which I pay for later). Regardless both were delicious and worth every cleared throat I voluntarily suffered after. I'm in love with the logo, its clean, crisp, fun play on a coffee cup. The ambiance of this shop gives you a very relaxing vibe, don't forget to peak in the back at what I am assuming is a roaster, was neat to see coffee machinery on display to say the least. This is the best coffee I've had in the Houston area. They've a wide array of options and roasts available.

An excellent cafe. The menu is long, with all the typical espresso-based options, plus a long list of flavored lattes, plus a good list of less common brewing options (various French press, pour-over, etc). I had a cafe Cubano that was strong and sweet with great crema. It was amazing. I also had a latte that was smooth and extremely well balanced. I also got a caprese Sandwhich which I was about to eat for lunch and noticed some spots on the cheese. Upon further investigation turns out the entire slab of mozzarella has MOLD on it. We tried this coffee shop for the first time recently and I now fully understand why this business has such a good reputation. I ordered my favorite London Fog Tea Latte and it was so rich and creamy and flavorful. This latte made the ones I typically get at another coffee shop taste like water. The staff were all very polite and even apologized for the wait (I personally felt I wasn't waiting very long at all, but I feel that shows they care about their customers). We also ordered two strawberry smoothies. I try to stay away from too much sugar so my palate is pretty sensitive. With this in mind, the smoothies were delicious, but a bit too sweet for my particular taste. My daughter loved her smoothie. I'll stick to the lattes. read more

Why 5 stars? Because the nitro was one of the best I've ever had. --- --- --- I don't know what it is about North Houston, but there is some really great nitro around here. Since moving to the area, this is the third place I have found where I took a sip of my nitro and was blown away with how perfect it was. The interesting thing about this one that I don't believe I have ever experienced before is that I tasted very strong notes of chocolate. My wife even commented that she smelled chocolate really strongly. I don't know how they do that or what beans they use, but I was quite happy. I really can't comment on anything else about this place. My wife went inside and ordered while I stayed in the car with our son, so I didn't go in and didn't interact with anyone. But you know what? That's not important. This place belongs on the Mount Rushmore of nitro producers, so that's all you really need to know. We don't live super close by, but if I am ever within a 5 mile radius and needing caffeine in the future (always), I will go out of my way to come back here again. read more

Lots of love for this local shop! As soon as I walked in I knew I was going to love it - the aesthetic is great, the menu is complete, pastries are on point, and the staff is very helpful.
