This new coffee spot near 2920 and 99 has a large selection, everything you could want at a coffee shop, except for maybe alcohol. I visited the Louetta location last year and really liked the feel of their interior. This location has a drive-thru and is easily visible from the roadway. I've tried the rose latte and the snickers latte through the drive-thru. The rose latte has a lychee-like taste to it and is not very sugary, while the snickers has a pretty heavy semi-bitter chocolate taste and lots more sugar. I'm looking forward to going inside to see if it has the same ambiance as the main location. Although the dine-in is open currently, I didn't have the time during my visit. read more

I already loved the original location and I'm happy to say I also love the new one. What's even better, is they have a drive through at this spot too! Today I went with a cortado and a half waffle with blackberries. The cortado is one of my favorites, it's always smooth and creamy. I don't know how but they always manage to keep the espresso from being too acidic or having too much of a bite. The waffle was light and slightly sweet, very good. Definitely recommend this place! They have a wide variety of coffee and tea selections and an equally wide array of coffee brewing methods. I'm confident coffee and tea lovers alike can find something they enjoy. read more

The drink menu is adequate, I just wish they had fresh squeezed orange juice. The food menu is good, but the impressive thing is the selection of fresh baked goods. Overall good experience! The staff is friendly and efficient. The coffee is solid as well. The ambiance of this place is more of a cool hipster new age vibe but I am good with that. Stopped by the Tomball location after a nice, relaxing massage. After experiencing the Geisha coffee in Cali, I've been on the "hunt" for a GREAT cup of coffee and Barbarossa did not disappoint. I had the Captain's Breakfast blend (pour over) and it was smooth, well balanced and didn't need nearly as much creamer that I generally take in my coffee. After reading another review, i decided to try the blueberry muffin and it was delish too! I'm happy to have found Barbarossa and cannot wait for the Magnolia location to open. We went in Sunday specifically for their croissant breakfast sandwich & maybe splurge on a piece of San Sebastián cheesecake (which by the way is OUT OF THIS WORLD DELICIOUS!). Much to our disappointment they didn't have either! Yikes ! The young man stepped up to the plate and saved the day. (To bad he's not going to be working there having given his notice to pursue his chosen career) He offered to make us a breakfast sandwich, having recognized us from many previous visits (I did explain about the cheesecake didn't I !) the coffee shop is changing ownership and its name so you'll notice a few changes and after talking with the new owner he assured us San Sebastián would return soon and so would more menu items!!!! So thankful. We truly appreciate the whole feel of this coffee shop. You are made to feel you can enjoy a couple hours drinking coffee, having a dessert, catching up on the news and just relaxing from a busy week. I really want to give this place 5 stars because for the most part, it deserves it. Great coffee shop vibe, great drinks, real food (not just pastries), lots of room. Its perfect for working alone or in groups. Super friendly staff. Unfortunately, the only thing wrong is the WIFI. I can NEVER get on. I've been there 3 times but no luck. I don't have a problem at other coffee shops. I asked the staff and they said the wifi can't handle too many people at once. No wifi is a deal breaker for me. So many coffee options in this town and this location is hands down on top of the coffee game. The owner here is above and beyond on customer service and has always been talkative and loves his customers. This is reflected in almost all of of the staff. Get an oak milk latte here to really enjoy the flavor of how the beans meld with the milk. The cold brew here is also amazing.
