Admittedly, both my husband and I are carrot cake snobs so maybe our standards were a bit too high. But I would try another dessert. Plus, the cake was in a large container so by the time we got home, the frosting was all over the side of the container instead of the cake. If you get dessert to go, ask for a smaller container. Although this must sound picky, after such a delightful dining experience, it just felt like a little let down when we got home. So if I'm not having it until later and need to microwave it later he'll let me know he's cooking it slightly under so it won't overcook when heating. Found in the snow creek athletic club- they are trying to get the business off the ground so as far as deco etc it's limited. But a healthy food spot in a gym makes total sense.
