All American Dave's is a hidden gem!! In mammoth there's not very many health conscious choices. I come up monthly for work. I've tried just about every restaurant in town. All American Dave's food is high quality, well priced, and health conscious. Dave the owner is a pleasure to talk to and he even does meal prep if needed for you. I go to Dave 3-4 times when I'm up there. His breakfast tacos are a go to for sure. All of his meal prep meals have good flavor and are filling. Almond chicken dish and the AAD burger are hits for sure! Salmon also good. Depending what your doing he will cook it differently. So if I'm not having it until later and need to microwave it later he'll let me know he's cooking it slightly under so it won't overcook when heating. Found in the snow creek athletic club- they are trying to get the business off the ground so as far as deco etc it's limited. But a healthy food spot in a gym makes total sense. And Dave himself is very friendly and open for conversation. Def recommended!! My #1 breakfast/lunch spot in mammoth. read more

My son and I went to All-American Dave's for dinner. The food? Really good. Clean, healthy, flavorful, and you can tell it's made with intention. Dave himself is a delightful man committed to his mission to help people eat healthier and feel better. Just know: this isn't your typical Mammoth "beer and fried food" spot. Dave (who previously worked at a large restaurant chain) started his Mammoth business as a food truck and now operates out of a dining room inside the very nice Snowcreek Athletic Club, which seems more like a community center. As a former personal trainer himself, the location is aligned with Dave's mission of living a healthier life and many of his regulars get their meals and protein shakes there after a workout. Just walk into the club, tell the people at the front desk who are expecting you to show your athletic club membership card that you're just going to All-American Dave's. They wave you in, then go upstairs. So it's a little unconventional and easy to miss if you're expecting a standard restaurant setup, but worth it. Unlike most restaurants that slather on loads of unhealthy butter and salt to make dishes flavorful, Dave uses none of that and relies on spices to bring out tremendous flavor. I've been working on eating healthier, and to be honest, I came away inspired about my own cooking after chatting with Dave. We had kombucha on tap, but no alcohol -- again, not healthy, so I appreciated the alternative! And, not that different than a beer. Wow!! I saw Dave's food truck when were getting gas and the menu looked too good. The food is fresh and full of flavor. The salsa has a kick so if spicy is too much for you, ask for it on the side. I loved it! The fish was so good and perfectly cooked. My husband got the salmon tacos and loved them. Our son got the burger said "woah" after the first bite so I knew it was good. read more

Blown away by this place. I used to live in Mammoth a few years ago and couldn't find anything like this. Great food was far and few between a select few dishes across many restaurants - and not healthy ones. I had dinner, breakfast and coffee here and all 3 were surprisingly amazing. Stoked we found this spot on a recent visit to Mammoth! Lunch was so good that we had to stop for breakfast on our way out of Mammoth. It's a hidden gem inside Snowcreek Athletic Club. Our favorites were the Dijon chicken, protein pancakes, and the chocolate almond protein shake. It's healthy food that actually tastes delicious. Dave is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of the food and his customers. He even gave us his secret to the moist chicken and fluffy pancakes. We found All American Dave's from Yelp. At first, we thought we weren't finding the restaurant, because it is in a neighborhood clubhouse, yet only five minutes from the main town. Dave is super friendly. We both had the Cowboy hamburgers which were delicious. We tried the iced coffee as well. We recommend going as we would go again. read more
