Love Baskin Robbins ice cream. My favorite flavor is the Gold Medal ribbon. They have new flavors sometimes. This month they have the Apple Cider Donutice cream with apple cider flavored donut pieces and cinnamon sugarswirls. I thought it was good. But, I liked one of their other special flavors a little better. I never saw this flavor before, but it is now one of my favorites. The Sundae Funday Ice Cream flavor features a combo of vanilla and chocolate ice creams mixed with fudge swirls, crunchy chocolate dipped waffle cone pieces and rainbow sprinkles. So good! I would go more often if they always had this flavor available. I saw but didn't try the Game Night Ice Cream flavor. It is salted caramel ice cream with M&M'S MINIS, crunchy buttered popcorn flavored clusters, and a sweet-but-savory caramel pretzel flavored swirl. Service was fast. The place had a few groups of people in it. Someone else came in while I was choosing flavors. I was surprised that there were people there. Then again it is Arizona and it's hot so people need ice cream to cool down. read more

I wish they had zero on Yelp! Worst 39.99 I ever spent! My husband wanted an ice cream cake. I should have known when the young man pulled out one of the ice cream pies open the box and it literally looked like it was a year old. Well, that's exactly what happened with the cake when we cut it even after thawing ... it was awfully hard to cut. No wonder. The cake was like a solid piece of cardboard with no flavor. Icing was like rubber! It was so old totally disgusting. It was my husband's birthday and it was an epic fail with this horrible Age old cake . These cakes should not be kept more than a couple of days and if they don't sell them, they should go in the garbage. 39.99 a total waste of money I can't say enough bad things. I ordered a custom Disney Princess cake for my daughter's 6th birthday. I ordered it at 4:30 p.m. and they had it ready the following day at 5:15. When I picked it up, the girls greeted me, when I walked in. The cake decorator brought out my cake, and she was such a kind employee. She told me she had so much fun creating the cake, and it definitely showed in her execution and the details. My daughter looked at it and said it was "so beautiful!" But during this experience I saw that she was courteous and respectful to everyone, while having a smile on her face. I went into this location yesterday afternoon, and my mom got the chocolate fudge ice cream. Which she loves. I'm dairy free, so of course I'm asking the worker a hundred questions about the three options they had for "dairy free." The workers name was "Courtney" and she was amazing. Ice cream tasted old. The staff wasn't super friendly or knowledgeable. They gave off the feeling they hated their job. There wasn't any music playing and we weren't greeted. I was actually really disappointed. I am usually really happy with Baskin Robbins. This time was a huge disappointment. We for a milkshake that was terrible. We actually tossed it in the trash. I usually don't get ice cream Exocet for Valentine's Day love potion 31. I always get a hand packed quart. Tonight I went to get my first one of the season. I am very disappointed that the gal packing my ice cream DID NOT pack it. It is usually hit on the counter to make sure all the air pockets are out. This was not done. I had to ask her to pack more into the container. Once I got home I packed it and it is no where near a hand pack quart. I have been to so many Baskin Robbins stores in my lifetime. The ice cream is always predictably good. But what compelled me to write this review is the service. Every single worker, every single visit makes you feel welcome, gives you their full attention, and treats you great. It is obvious that a manager takes the time to tell their employees that customers matter, so be friendly, efficient and nice. So many places these days forget that you are choosing to come in and spend your hard-earned money with them, so it's nice to feel welcomed and appreciated. Keep up the great work! Great little ice cream shop. We stop by at least once a week. The crowd comes and goes, it's all about timing. Tbe kids are always nice and polite which is more than I can say about some of the customers I've seen in there. Just remember, they are kids scooping you ice cream not grown adults making $15/hour flipping burgers. Be nice bitch with the short cut died red hair and pierced neck causing a ruckus over your $.99 coupon demanding to speak to the manager. You make the world sad. Great ice cream, awful experience. We arrived just in time to witness a customer yelling at the manager in the parking lot. Once that situation was apparently resolved, the manager came into the store and said she was leaving for the night. However after leaving, the manager came back into the store a short while later and began interrogating her two young employees about if they had rung up a particular customer once or twice (assumingly this questioning had to do with an entirely different situation and was not related to what we had witnessed in the parking lot). Regardless of the reason why the manager was questioning the workers (in an agressive manner), it was not appropriate for her to do this in front of us customers. It made us feel very uncomfortable and even embarrassed for the workers... since they were essentially being reprimanded right in front of us. Shame on Baskin Robbins leadership to allow this type of management at their locations. We will choose another ice cream store. read more

I've been coming here for a while to get my ice cream fix, but recently decided to stop due to an employee named Juan. All the other workers, mainly girls, are helpful and sweet but he's always been rude and just not as up to par with other employees. I've had occasions where I can hear him cussing loudly while I try to enjoy my ice cream, and there's been times while I'm there he's no where in sight for 30 minutes, leaving the girls he works with to handle crowds alone. I've also complained before when I saw him SMOKING in the back room. This is against health code and I truly hope management is aware and has done something about this. Regardless, I'll probably start going to the baskin on greenfield as the employees there are CONSISTENTLY friendly and far more helpful. read more

Ordered a cake 4 days ago for my 4 year old bday party. Went to pick it up and the response was ohh sorry. We didn't make it. The new person put the order on the wrong board. WTF. So now I have no cake for the birthday party we are throwing. She was nice and offered to make it for a few days from now. Umm yeah no. Or let her pick out a different cake. Umm yeah there is a reason she was having one made special. Thanks hey again for year number 2 letting us know why I never used this company for my last kid. Can't ever get a fing order correct. I highly recommend the owner of this franchise to invest more training in the customer service department. In three separate occasions (and different employees), the employees complained about the inadequacy of the store (in earshot of the customers), they seem lost when there is more than one customer, and they start serving a customer without determining which customer was first. Lack of communication/teamwork was very apparent with the S. and S. team (on this date and during the evening shift). Rather than go into detail of the incident, which I am loathed to do, it would be beneficial for the owner to brainstorm for its need of improvement. I suggest the owner incorporate a numbering system for moments when there is more than one customer waiting (this does involve the employee to be observant AND assertive enough to speak up when a customer needs to take a number). The numbering system eliminates confusion for the employees, and embarrassment (sincere or not) between customers. The owner needs to train the employees what is appropriate subject matter in front of customers (discretion) AND not to defame the establishment in front of the customer. Needless to say, we left and took our business elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, BR ice cream is good and we might be back since my child loves the ice cream, however, we WILL NOT visit this particular store again and will definitely steer any of our friends somewhere else. It's better this way, especially after Yahoo listed BR as 2009s Worst Foods in America. Additionally, we are trying to get our child to like yogurt at another establishment that serves fresh and healthier toppings. Bad customer service ruins all business regardless of the product. read more
