We only came here because we had a Living Social deal. The ice cream is pretty standard Baskin Robbins fare, but the atmosphere...well, I wouldn't want to set foot in here again. The music is way too loud, and there was an equally loud group of people who never left the front of the store. They blocked one side of the freezers, so we couldn't see all the flavors, and they didn't seem to ever buy anything--they appeared to be just hanging out with one of the employees. How unprofessional. There's very little seating, but with the noise level, who'd want to stay? We had to ask the employee to repeat himself several times, and we didn't even have a complicated order--just a hot fudge sundae and a shake. I have to agree with another review, "Bad service from snotty teens." 5-6 of us at the counter. One woman licking her cone, another couple tells me to go ahead, they haven't decided. I step up and the girl stares at me with her mouth open. I'm waiting for the customary, "May I help you." That does not come. I say, "Uhhh..." when the husband of the come licking woman comes from the freezer around the corner and says "I want this too" and pays for it. She takes the money, steps back, and stares at me again with her mouth open. I again wait a few seconds and I say, "Uhhh... Ready to take my order?" I received some sort of grunt in the affirmative and ordered a 31 below Heath. BR: We're out of Heath. ME: Snickers then. BR: We're out of Snickers. ME: What do you have? She answered looking into the bowls of toppings so I could not hear. 3 times. BR: Reese's ME: I'll have Reese's then since you're out of everything else. Mistake, ended up the Reese's were way stale and the soft serve was not cold. $5 To further bring it down to my one star rating, the place was pretty messy both behind the counter and in the customer area. Napkins, straws, spoons etc were all behind the counter so you have to ask. Other BR's have been bright, clean, fresh ingredients and good customer service. But here, not so much. read more

Stopped into BR today and sampled some new flavors. Before I dig into my review, let me start by saying that my family loves this store. The owner is so friendly and always helpful. Always happy to see us. It's our favorite BR location by far. And now to give my take on the flavors I tried. The vegan raspberry sorbet was the favorite, perfect flavor and consistency. Tried the sugar free lime and I would have never known the sugar was missing, so I call that a win. The kids liked the butterscotch the best, it is VERY sweet. Lastly was the lunar cheesecake. All of us liked a bite or two but agreed that we couldn't have eaten an entire scoop. And the odd green color threw us off, but apparently it's a throwback to 1969,the day after the moon landing. Be alert! Very bad service!!! I can't even understand why would a shop treat their customers like this. I called and ordered a special cake for my daughters birthday on Monday. The call was distracted a few times because the one staff taking my call was talking to someone else in the shop during the call. So after the ordering I wasn't totally sure if they took down what I needed. On the arranged pick up day, I called before I was headed out to pick up just to make sure they have the cake ready. The one answered my call said he had to check and left me on hold for 10 mins and he never came back to the call. I thought I was cut off so I called again but it went straight to voice mail. I tired a couple times until someone finally answer my call again. And he asked what's this about? I got confused, I said "oh I called about the cake I ordered earlier and it got cut off.. " He yelled straight in my ear "the cake is ready just come pick up why do you have to call me like 5 times??! You ordered a cake just come pick up! Why do you have to call?!" I'm so upset now I don't know what did I do wrong have to deserve the yelling? And I didn't even call 5 times I only got thru one time which I was left on hold for over 10 mins and didn't get an answer for. Never going to this shop again. They treat people horribly ! The owner and employees alike are friendly, hard working and do whatever they can to get you in and out fast, especially when there is a special going on (free samples, 31st scoops, 2 pre-packs, etc.) and they are packed!! They have nice seating both inside and outside for a great evening of yummy ice cream after a long day! They always have a great assortment of flavors to choose from, both in the cases and in the fridge with plenty of to-go pre-packs! This is my families new favorite treat place. We used to come once a month but now my kid's want to come in 2-3 times a week. A few days ago I purchased a chocolate chip birthday cake for my son and it was delicious. Today my teenagers had the cappuccino blast and my little one's had cookie dough and blueberry muffin ice cream. The service has improved alot! I called from the San Francisco Bay Area to this location to have a cake made for my niece who was recently diagnosed with Cancer. I had called multiple ice cream parlors in the area and no one was willing to make the cake last minute and deliver it for me. Fred made it happen! From start to finish he was a joy to work with.
