The project started with several onsite walk-thru's with Frankie. He explained in detail what this major project would entail. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns and made several trips to the job site over the 10 weeks this project took to complete. David was the lead supervisor on this project and his crew consisted of Johnny, Rogerio, Fernando and Jose. To say that this crew was top notch would be putting it mildly. For 10 weeks these guys showed up 30 min early than their scheduled start time and never missed a day. They were professional, kind, courteous and very knowledgeable of what it was going to take to complete this enormous project. They were in and out of our units on a daily basis and we never had a single complaint for any of the tenants. That says a lot about the professionalism that this crew exuded. I recently had a plumbing issue and needed them to come out to see what was wrong. They do free estimates. Mike and his gang figured out what the problem was almost immediately and fixed it within a few minutes. When I pulled out my wallet to pay, he told me that it was free of charge due to how quickly it was solved, and just said remember us next time you have a plumbing problem. They warned us that the kitchen line was barely holding up and would need work in future. 3rd review-2025 We finally hit the wall with our final leg of our plumbing journey! Mike& crew have replaced our main line to the city sewer, replaced the garage pipes ( more jackhammers), replaced and relocated the washing machine and refrigerator plumbing, installed new hot water heater with expansion tank and put in a hot water circulating system. Wow! Our plumbing is all set now! They did all this without one night of not having working plumbing. And with all the digging and work, were amazingly neat and tidy. My old plumber when he did the same thing about 15 years ago he just cut one hole in the interior wall of master bathroom bathroom without resorting my exterior wall. Another thing he installed a Sharkbite connection inside the wall which is against any convention of a good plumbing practice. I wish he could just connect a T connector if he couldn't have enough room for using Propress when he had to chance to do it when the wall was wide open.
