    Cinnamon roll.
    Nate C.

My wife and I wanted to celebrate our 10 year anniversary by ordering in :) We were met with disappointment and disgust by receiving a cinnamon roll with mold on it. We do not recommend this place, even if they claim to be in business for 40 years "with experience". As a food delivery driver myself, I don't understand why there's always a lot of people going in and out of there after this experience. I'm not trying to bash on the business. I tried calling multiple times to let them know to check their rolls but was met with an "enter your code" message after the rings instead of the option of leaving a voicemail. The email was about deliveries instead of the business. We are not looking into catering options, but instead just trying to talk to an actual person. Again, this was for my wife's and I's 10 year anniversary; in which we were just trying to order a delivery and were met with disappointment and disgust.

Decent bagel store that has a lot of options or create your own. Small local business near the downtown. It is older and looks a little run down.

Bagel tasted delicious. Service was quick I placed an order through the website. It's like a mom and pop bagel shop in Burlingame.

We came here on a weekend morning and beat the rush, sort of. We called to place our order around 8:30 am but they were already out of everything bagels. However when we got there it was just before a rush of people. They did have whole wheat everything, which I tried, and it was fine. The bagel tasted a little more like bread with spices on the them. They were small and missing the softness of a bagel on the inside and the crunch of the bagel on the outside. But otherwise the everything spices were pretty on point. The egg in their breakfast sandwiches was pretty good, and they were pretty generous with their bacon, almost too generous. We ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a plain bagel, and egg and cheese on whole wheat everything, and a garlic bagel with cream cheese -- at a little over $26, it was on the pricier side. Overall we thought the bagels were fine but it's not our favorite bagel place.

Accidentally stumbled on this place and glad we did. Their toasted bagels with schemers hit the spot. Loved the traditional sesame, and was surprised how good the toasted jalapeño with jalapeño cream cheese was. Even my picky teen liked it.

I'm not sure if I like the glass display. They used to stay warmer in the baskets. Now they don't stay as warm in the glass display. I still love their bagels with butter or cream cheese!!! I would eat their bagels every day if I could. Sometimes, I get the day old bagels and just pop them in the microwave with some drinking water on the bottom of the plate to make it softer.

It's in a pretty busy shopping plaza and so parking might be tough. But you walk in and the line is wrapped around with a bunch of sandwich makers that make your order fresh. I ended up getting the lucca's ultimate (turkey, ham, bacon and cheese) on dutch crunch. The sandwich is huge btw so you can definitely split one with someone else. Everything tasted fresh and the garlic sauce is incredible. I will say that the bread isn't toasted and pretty thick so the bite that you get can sometimes be a bit hard to bite through. It might even borderline on being a bit dry because of that. Maybe if it was hallowed out a bit and then toasted, that would be my preference. Overall though, a good sandwich spot

This visit, we ordered the "Double Beef," packed with pastrami, corned beef, coleslaw, and Russian dressing on sourdough. Sooo good. The sandwich is loaded with flavor, and they're incredibly generous with the meat. It's huge -- definitely made to share... or not! The original Little Lucca's in South San Francisco is legendary, so we're so happy they opened another location in Burlingame. It absolutely lives up to the hype. Located in a plaza with plenty of parking, making it an easy stop. The staff is efficient, friendly, and clearly knows their sandwiches. Already looking forward to our next visit to try another menu item!

Love love love their crumb donuts, Vietnamese coffee, cronut holes, and custard filled long bars. THE 1 STAR IS STRICTLY FOR ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES, ONE OF THE SISTERS: One of the sisters is super sweet & nice, I love when she is working! The other one on the other hand... she is NASTY & responds very rude to customers. I've encountered it several times now trying to let it slide but it's out of hand & hence this long awaited review.... CUSTOMER SERVICE DEFINITELY CAN RUIN A BUSINESS. I'd suggest the business owners have a talk to her about her personality and mood. One time she talked about my elderly father & made him feel bad - he didn't want to come back and said she's mean. Another time I asked her a simple question about a donut and felt like I was being scolded by my mom about frickin donuts! Talk about kill joy... who gets riled up about donuts?! She just is miserable and her negative energy & facial expression exudes - "I hate being here" Contemplating after today's instance of her taking the knife to open the donut box and rudely show me about my donut selection instead of just validating my order, that this is the last time dealing with her nasty attitude. It'll be disappointing if this is my last time supporting this business despite how good their donuts are, but customers shouldn't start their mornings or afternoons with a RUDE & MISERABLE EMPLOYEE, PERIOD. Sending her warmth because she definitely could use some
