The inside was so calm, quiet and clean. The staff were so friendly and patient while I was making a decision. I don't know if she's just a lazy slob or what the deal is, but her employees can't go and get the nitrogen for her. That's the owner's job. If she can't handle doing it, she should hire an assistant manager of some kind to go and do these kinds of things because a business will never be successful Long-term unless they do what it takes to please their customers. I am far from pleased with the owner of this establishment. It's a joke, she's a joke. The simple fact that she can't drive to Concord or wherever the hell it is and pick up bottles of nitrogen for her company gives me secondhand embarrassment for the employees and I don't even work for her. It's actually quite embarrassing for the employees, One in particular told me that they're tired of saying that they don't have cold brew because they know that I come every day for one And they know how easy the fix is. Just go and pick up the damn nitrogen. I won't name names, I can see it on their faces every time I ask for a cold brew and they have to tell me "I'm sorry we don't have the nitrogen and we haven't for weeks" and they have been telling me that every single day for weeks on weeks on weeks. I would get pretty embarrassed, wouldn't you? When will this lazy owner go and do her job? How hard is it to drive and pick up tiny bottles of nitrogen? I've never heard of something so pathetic. I will start driving to the Napa location for my cold brew. At least the owner there knows what the fuck they're doing. I hope that the owner of the American Canyon store reads this, I'm sure she will. And the next time I go to get my cold brew there better be some damn nitrogen in those machines Or I will raise hell.
