We had Bay Services come in to check our air duct from our dryer to the exterior vent as we had another air duct company who came a month prior and did a horrendous job. The company was extremely responsive to my initial inquiry. The technician who came was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Vusal, the technician, has no qualms about climbing up to our roof (our roof is very high) to check the vent there. With 10 minutes, he was able to send me a picture of the issue. The service window was narrow (so I didn't need to sit at home all day!) and I was kept posted in the morning as to the arrival time.
