I seldom write reviews but I'm super impressed with the quality of work and the work ethic of Bay services. Rizvan was recommended to me by another vent company (as that company was not able to do vents with angled turns). I spoke to Rizvan directly on the phone to arrange the appointment. Two days before I texted and was able to get a confirmation that he would be able to make it. On the day of service, he texted to update me that he'd be here in half an hour and got here exactly at the agreed time on a Saturday. (Very wonderful and refreshing! to have a service person be so on time.) He took a reading of the airflow for my vent before and after the work to ensure his work was effective. Also he took time to explain and answer my questions clearly, being always polite and to the point. Hmm so I have them for duct cleaning. Duct cleaning is fine I guess, not sure about the quality they did 11 vents and 2 intake within one hour. The worst part is that they just brutally move furnitures that are on their way to access to vents and not putting them back. I left a message late afternoon yesterday Friday and didn't expect a call until Monday. Within 5 minutes of leaving my message, I got a call back asking if I would be available Saturday between 2:00-3:00? I said that would be great. I received a text on Saturday at 1:00 from Alex letting me know that he would be the technician and would arrive around 2:30. He arrived just before 2:00. Great service by Aydin and Parvin today. I was in need of a dryer vent cleaning as my dryer was occasionally giving me an error code. I called the office late morning and Thomas was able to send a crew the same day. Aydin and Parvin arrived on time. I was notified approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, left the project area clean, and respected my property. Before they started any work, they checked the dryer for any vent leaks and checked airflow to the vent exit. Where the vent attached to my dryer, there was a slight split and a few areas that had been slightly crushed, which could inhibit airflow. They recommended replacement of the piece. I had a choice to change it myself or have them do it. Luckily for me, they had a replacement part with them and were able to change the damaged part during the service call. This saved me time, money and my husband's back as we don't have to try and move my stacked units. I really appreciated Aydin's proactive recommendation that I should have the duct cleaned every 1-1.5 years based on my usage and the length of the vent run. I am very happy with the service I received and will definitely be using them again in the future. I've already set a reminder on my calendar to call them next year for the service. read more

I found Rizvan from Bay Services and went with him for his great price and fast communication. I sent out an inquiry via Yelp for service on a leaky dryer vent at my rental property in Mountain View, and Rizvan from Bay Services was one of the first to reply. It was a Sunday and he was able to offer an appointment the following day, as well as a guarantee that his service fee would not exceed $99. I also received replies from a number of other companies, but none of them could send out a technician as quickly, and some of them also provided significantly higher estimates. I arranged a time on Monday in which my tenant would be available to meet the technician, and even though I was not physically present, I found out from my tenant that Rizvan was punctual, clean and respectful, and also was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. A short time later, I received an invoice by text message and was able to settle the bill via Vemno. Fast, efficient and everything handled over the internet or by mobile device.
