Saw the reviews on Yelp and decided to check out this place. Looks new...Nice clean dining area. Clean restroom. Came in around 12:30ish on Saturday. It was empty.. just one family waiting for take out. The server greeted and seated us immediately. She asked if this was our first visit. We replied yes. She mentioned that they were currently offering a lunch special which included 6 boneless pieces of chicken, fries and a drink for $6.99. What a deal! You have your choice of sauces. She explained the different type of sauces. Original golden olive (plain Jane) secret spicy, hot spicy; honey garlic, soy garlic (more savory than sweet) and Gangnam style. We chose the secret spicy and soy garlic. Hubby said the secret spicy was quite hot, but your mouth adapted after a few bites. Personally I thought the garlic in the soy garlic overpowered the chicken. All you could taste was garlic. Maybe the honey would have toned down the garlic flavor. I am more a savory than sweet person which is why I chose the savory garlic. The entrees are served with a side order of pickled daikon. The daikon did help tone down some of the garlic taste. Overall the food was okay, but not impressed. Service was good. But...won't be making a return visit anytime in the near future. read more

Pros: Soy garlic wings are so flavorful. Pickled white radish is perfectly sweet, salty, and crunchy. Cons: Wait time for the food is too long, it took almost half an hour for the food to come out. Price is a bit steep, more than a buck for each wing. Ten pieces is the minimum order for each flavor. So, you are stuck with just one flavor, unless you want to buy 20 pieces. read more

I love fried chicken, and this place is amazing! The chicken is fried to order and come to your table HOT and AMAZING! I would recommend the BB wings, it's spicy but not over powering. The gang nam style wing is a flavor bomb that is from another world. If your a fried chicken fan this is one stop that you need to make. read more

I was a little upset about the sizes of these wings they were just very small and pricey. I was so excited and when I opened the box just disappointed me. This place is so delicious! The chicken is made fresh to order; meaning the batter and sauces aren't even on the chicken until after the order is made. Then it is cooked. OMG! FRESH so fresh, you will taste the difference!! Even the side dish of radish is amazing. I asked about this because it tasted better than other Korean places, and they said they age the radish in the juices for several days. Everything here I'd meticulously prepared. Everything was just okay. Been binging kdrama on Netflix during quarantine and saw bbq chicken a few times. Finally decided to try it today and it was such let down. Out of the three locations on yelp it seems that Cypress has the best reviews so I chose to go here even though it's a little farther away. The chicken was soft and barely had batter. There was no crispy on any of the chicken I ordered and the Gangnam style was the worst of the bunch. It was soft, batter-less and flavorless, almost like the baked chicken wing from dominos. It was pretty juicy I can give it that but that's about it. The cheese chicken didn't have much cheese seasoning on it and was almost like a bare chicken nugget compare to the pictures where it looks like it's loaded on like a fresh winter snow. Came here on Sat night. Place wasnt too crowded so we got seats right away. I looked at the menu and was surprised to see boneless chicken! We got the 10 piece honey garlic boneless and secret spicy sauce (not really spicy imo). The honey garlic lived up to its hype. Def will be coming again read more

I'm a regular a similar place in the area, so I was exited to compare and perhaps find a new favorite. Spoiler - That didn't happen. Not exactly. bb.q chicken seems to want to be like one of the bigger, chain restaurants for wings. Unfortunately, it doesn't really offer that kind of ambiance; however, it still tries to charger its customers like one. What it lacks in the points above, it tries to make up with made-to-order food. I think they mostly succeed. You get the whole wing. Most placed don't do that. They have good sauces. I tried the soy garlic and it was delicious. They offer up a simple but delicious free cabbage salad starter. There is a good sized ramekin of white raddish to accompany the wings... ...And the best part? The fries. *Insert hyperbole here*. The cut, cook, and seasoning we're all perfect. Never had a better fry of that variety. The chicken. Ohhhhh how disappointed I was to follow up a perfect bite of fries with overcooked chicken. It was tough and dry. I'm sure this was an exception to the rule, but it happened. I'm going to stick with my usual spot. In terms of value, there is no comparison. I'll be back for a second try with some co-workers for a final attempt before moving on. A 3.5 stars. Hopefully it goes up next visit. My friend introduced me to this place and all I can say is it's the best wings I had. I have been back several times and I'm back with my kids. Love the BB wings. Wings were crispy and not oily. I also enjoyed the cabbage salad they give you and the radish. Definitely will come back. read more

I saw on their website that they close at 12:00 am. I callled at 11:30 pm and no one answered. I drove to the business at 11:37 Pm and no one was there. So I waited about a week and called in an order at 1030 pm. I ordered the boneless chicken hot. I went in the establishment and picked up my chicken. I got home opened it up and ate it. The flavor was cool not great or bad. The chicken on a scale of 1-10 was a 6.75. The price they are charging is way too much. I should have went to wing stop and got better chicken for less. The food was mediocre. One thing that really ticked me off was when I saw the old man (boss I'm assuming) mistreat the workers.
