Place is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. Food is cooked hot to order. Portion is very big. I was disappointed when I took home and bit into my boneless wings seeing that it's not white meat inside. Called the place and asked them what they using and they told me thigh meat. Wish they would have put that in the menu that it's not white chicken breast. I don't like thigh meat, that's why I order boneless cuz every chicken place uses white meat in their boneless wings. Really disappointed cuz now I just spent 26$ on 2 boxes of chicken that's going to go in the trash that nobody is going to eat. Hate wasting food. Sadly I won't be returning. read more

This place was quite a surprise. The food was really really good do you have to order in advance because it does take some time because the food is done fresh every single time. Just noticed this place where Pizza Hut used to be next to Ralphs. It is Korean styled fried chicken. We ordered the honey garlic soy chicken meal. It came with 6 pieces of chicken (about 2"-3"), fries, a small container of radish, and a small drink. The chicken was crispy and juicy , the sauce was very light but flavorful. The fries were also good. I'll go again in the future. Maybe then I'll try the cheesling . read more

I went there with one of my friends on 6/30/18 for dinner and got the half chicken with the original and an order of 10 pc Honey Garlic wings. Both were very good! There's a lot of garlic in the Honey Garlic wings but they were good! The half chicken and 10 pc wings were more than plenty for two people. We had a few leftover pieces. Staff is friendly. As a "snack," you get a something that is like cole slaw and popped hominy that is slightly sweet and a little chewy. I'd go back when I have a craving, it's close to my house. read more

I rarely write a review for food places even if the food is not right or customer service is bad because I decide to just not go next time. However, I couldn't hold back on writing this review because of the treatment/quality of service we have received. We ordered a phone order in to get pick up and inquired the employee on the phone about some of the menu items because we weren't quite sure since this Bb.q chicken menu is kinda different from the Buena Park location that we frequent. After ordering and arriving to pick up our order, we were told by the owner (I am pretty sure if not a manager) about how we wasted their time asking because they lost five customers due to our questions and the guy told us that we need to know how busy he is. We understood up to that point and apologized as we get that it can get busy at food businesses. It doesn't stop there though, next we heard the guy yell at an employee over certain orders which is highly unprofessional and over heard the older employee or owner telling the younger one to "give them the cheap bag". We understand to a certain point how sometimes it can be busy and stressful however this isn't the first time this establishment has done this and we've heard many times regarding how the service and food is quite lacking compared to the Buena Park location. The food is alright compared to Buena Park even though they are the same franchise I think there's different methods of how they make their chicken. Lastly, we asked for extra radish as we ordered four chicken and got two radishes. Normally other establishments have given us them and so have this location but today they said they'll charge us. This was our last straw and although the location is closer to us we will not be going here anymore. The food can be mediocre but the service is horrible. As food establishment owners ourselves, this is highly unacceptable and unprofessional. read more

We love this place so much! The last few times the boneless chicken has been tougher and drier than it was when they first opened. Hoping they can improve on this. We have been a regular customer here and today will be our last day doing business here. Heres reason why. First of all, items are way over priced and 2nd I am big on customer service. Today after bringing home the chicken that I ordered I noticed they did not put the sauce that I purchased seperately in the bag so I call the restaurant to let them know and they told me to come back and get the sauce. I told them I dont live close by and asked for credit back on my card because I didnt want to wast time and gas going back for their mistake. They said they cant give me credit back which is a lie (if you take credit card you also have option to give credit back) so I had to drive back and get the sauce. I understand people make mistakes but when I'm the only customer there and they make simple mental mistake? I cant give them a pass! Stick with popeyes chicken. Came here a couple of weeks ago with my friends on a Saturday afternoon to try out their lunch menu. Surprised it isn't as crowded because the food was really delicious! (Secret spicy is my favorite) The service was great as well as I was greeted by a young waitress with glasses who helped us out and was super attentive by continuing to get us water and the napkins we needed. I came back yesterday on a Friday night and was a little disappointed by the service. The food was still good (got the secret spicy again) but the service was a huge disappointment. My friends and I were greeted by a young waiter (I'm guessing because he took our order but was not even wearing a uniform). He sat us at a table and from there things went a little downhill. He took our orders and they came out on time, but after that, there was no service at all. There was an extra waitress this time and they seemed to be too busy laughing and playing around together instead of being attentive to the customers. The music was really loud and was a very big nuisance because it was very repetitive and annoying while eating our meals. Got there at 10:30, looked closed. But apparently dine in hours end at 10:30 but they stay open till 11:30 for dine out. So if you're looking for some great chicken late at night, this is the place. This is probably the best Kobe chicken I've had. I've gone to other places, but this by far beats all the other spots I've been to. The customer service makes you feel real welcome. Andy, who was my server was really awesome. He gave my friend and I a detailed description of the food on menu, on top of that also gave his best recommendations on what's the best to eat. We had the Boneless original and secret spicy which was really good. I really had to thank Andy for his recommendations and his great service. He came back often to make sure we had everything we needed. I'm definitely letting all my friends know about this spot and coming back often, especially when they start having alcohol !
