They have a beautiful and peaceful courtyard to eat in and a parking lot nearby. Bbad was busy, but the staff was nice and was attentive with all the customers. Although Bbad technically isn't part of the Pasadena Hotel, they practically are. Patrons can park at the hotel and eat in the courtyard. They seem to compliment each other really well. This spot is all the hype right now! We parked in the hotel underground structure which was confusing to navigate. Once you get into the lobby, turn left twice. While it was crowded, our burritos took 20 mins which wasn't bad! Our order was kinda mixed up but they fixed it. Taste - this burrito is just okay. We tried both the bae-con and chile verde. When I heard that BBAD was one of the top places in LA to try for one, I knew I had to stop by. One thing to note is I love their menu layout in concert form, it really helped with the vibes of the place. Me and my partner got the chile verde burrito and the bacon burrito, and both were packed with flavor and clearly made with care. The chile verde in particular stood out--the meat was slow-cooked and tender, with a deep, savory flavor that paired perfectly with the green sauce inside. On the other hand, the bacon burrito was nice and thick without overpowering the other ingredients, and the potatoes in both burritos added this amazing texture of golden and crispy on the outside but creamy and soft on the inside. Also make sure to check out their drinks as well! I got a horchata to go with everything, and although it wasn't as sweet as I would like, it really helped balance the heavier salty flavors that came with the burrito. My only gripe is that the price might feel a little higher than your average breakfast burrito joint, averaging around 18$ for a burrito.
