    Beef Tartare Bibimbap
    Joni L.

This is my second time here and I really like the food. The beef tartare bibimbap is fresh and you have an option to choose white rice or purple rice (just ask). The hotpot is huge and great.

Kang's Table offers many Korean food staples including soups, BBQ and other authentic Korean dishes. The banchan side dishes were fresh and service was quick. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant. The food all tasted good, although for the price, it didn't blow me away. There's a lot of competition around the area, but overall I'd say it's a decent spot. Portions were good

The Galbi Tang stood out with its rich, flavorful broth- it was incredibly satisfying. The seolleongtang was also tasty, with a comforting and flavorful broth that hit the spot. I recommend ordering the delicious beef pancakes, they tasted rlly good with the green onions and dipping sauce!! the service was excellent. Our servers were kind, attentive, and quick. I highly recommend Kang's Table if you're in the mood for delicious Korean comfort food. The interior is clean and modern. Great service

I ordered the seafood pajeon (green onion pancake) and bibim naengmyeon (spicy cold buckwheat noodles)--and both were very good! The pajeon was crispy on the outside, soft inside, and packed with fresh seafood and scallions. The dipping sauce added the perfect savory kick. The bibim naengmyeon was just perfect on a hot steaming day--refreshingly cold noodles with a spicy-sweet sauce. It came with a cup of chilled broth that balanced the flavors so well. Some friends think cold broth is kind of weird. I just love it Service was quick and the flavors were authentic to me. The restaurant itself is nice and clean, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. If you're craving real Korean flavors, you can definitely give it a try!

New place in town! Very clean and service was great :) I really enjoyed the side dishes and all the food we ordered! It's hard to make all the food taste good when you have so many dishes on the menu, but they did it! We had a great time. Must visit if you want korean food.

When we first entered, I was impressed on their interior and vibe. It was modern and cozy. Their menu has so many dishes to choose from. I literally wanted to order everything lol. However, what caught my attention was their beef tartare bibimbap and it was so delicious! The service was quick and friendly~ can't wait to visit again in the future !

The interior is quite spacious with plenty of seating, including a small upstairs section. Since the place is new, it was very clean. The service was friendly and efficient. The yukhwe was pricier than what I'm used to, but the meat quality was excellent. It had a bit of a kick, so be cautious if you're sensitive to spicy food. The cold noodles were flavorful and delicious. The "Kang's Gukbap" didn't have a description, so I chose it blindly, and it tasted similar to yukgaejang. Overall, the flavors were good, and the interior was pleasant.

Went there for dinner on Sunday evening and the Owner/Manager was very rude. Should not be acting like that especially in service business!

I do not feel as though downtown Duluth truly captures the amazing food scene of the city, but again, an old friend did like it enough to tell me about it. Inside was pretty spacious. High ceilings and bright. You have to go up front and order, and they'll give you a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready. Pretty standard so far. It's not too loud, even with the music playing in the background, so not bad for hanging out with friends after the food is done, though we didn't. We were all pretty disappointed with our food. It wasn't bad, thankfully, it was just meh. We could've literally drove 5 minutes away for better, so we left as soon as we finished. The good thing is you get to choose what protein you want with your dish, which is nice. However, the chicken katsu here is thin. Also, the K-Fried chicken doesn't really mesh with the pasta. It's like a skewer on the side of your main dish. You can eat them separately and be happy enough. I was ok with the bulgogi, but I would've expected better from a Korean establishment. I haven't tried every single protein option, but I won't lie, tofu in pasta isn't the most appealing to me. For the main dishes, it was pretty bland, especially the omurice. You need the egg and the protein for flavor. The Schezwan pasta wasn't even spicy. At least the carbonara was creamy as it should be.

And wow, from K-Mom's service herself (and I think maybe her husband?) to the food taste AND presentation, this place is now on the repeat visit circuit. First let me rave about the banchan selection - not only is there 10 different banchan, they are quality banchan (see pics) ... my favorites were the anchovies w/ peanuts, spicy raw squid, radish kimchi, and shiitake mushrooms. The menu selection is your usual traditional Korean dishes and the prices may seem high but competitive w/ other Korean restos - and very worth it when you think about all the tasty banchan accompanying your meal. JE YOOK BOKUM - $17.99 Spicy stir-fried pork. Pretty good. Also came w/ a big bowl of seaweed soup (nice surprise and delicious) AND purple rice ... I love purple rice! YOOK GAE JANG - $15.99 My friend said it was very good! I only tasted the soup part and it was good! Overall, highly recommend - their food is a great example of 손맛 (sonmat). I'll be back for sure!

My partner and I came in around roughly 9:50-10pm. When we arrived we're were initially informed that we had to order soon because they were closing in 30 minutes and were understandings of that. Shortly after we were seated, (literally 1-2 minutes) about 3 employees came to our table letting us know we needed to order within the next few minutes. It was like 10:05. I tried asking one of the employee what the meat options were and was just interrupted by him being persistent in us ordering and did not really answer our questions, mainly because I noticed some of the meat options were pork and I do not consume pork for personal reasons. My partner and I felt overwhelmed and just ordered something we thought would not include pork. After submitting our order another employee came by with the check already without us asking insisting for us to pay before our food even came out. Mind you the restaurant closed within 20 minutes at this point. When our food did come out, it did contain PORK!!! We just left shortly afterwards and left the food on the table.

I was absolutely obsessed with the smell of this restaurant before I even went in! I appreciated them, giving us two grills, and the staff actually cook the meat for you. I wish I was sitting more towards the left grill because whoever cooked the pork belly on that side made sure the flame was hot enough and it cooked the pork thoroughly while also making it crispy on the outside. In front of me, the griller did not make the heat high enough so it took a while for the pork to be fully cooked. She told us it was done and it was still kind of chewy so I kept swapping back-and-forth from the left grill onto this one. That's the only reason why I gave it a four instead of a five out of five was because I did not like the way they cooked part of our pork. It was so chewy the fat was not cooked at all, but it was an easy fix. I just had to cook it longer on the other grill but again we shared two grills between eight people so 1/2 of our group got to eat more than us. I like how the pork doesn't have a really strong, pork smell, and it tasted very good like it was seasoned properly. I absolutely love the kimchi! I love how this restaurant stays open pretty late so we can enjoy eating and drinking. It's such a nice casual place to hang out. For dessert, we had kimchi fried rice haha. It was such a great night!
