My experience at this shop went from bad to worse. I dropped off my car November 2024 due to a car accident. I came using my insurance. At first Doug told me my car would be ready in 2 weeks, which turned out to be over a month. When I went to pick it up everything looked fine. When I got home I looked closer at the work and noticed the paint job was not done correctly. There are many bubbles in the paint. Days later my check engine line turned on. I took it back to the shop and they kept it for another month. When I went to pick it up I got inside the car and when I turned it on the check engine light was still on so I left it there for them to fix. They kept it for another 2 weeks. I was called and was told it was ready and when I went it seemed good. I drove it home the check engine light turned on a couple days later. Once again I took it back to the shop and they told me that rats chewed through the wires which was causing the issue. So again they fixed it. I was called that my car was ready after another month. Therefore, I go to pick up my car and about a week in a completely different light turned on which was the "ABS" light. I took it back in. They kept it another month. I called to check in and Doug himself told me his mechanic was driving my car to and from work to figure out the problem. So he was allowing his worker to use my car for personal use. How is this okay???? I was upset and told Doug I would be picking up my car at the end of the day and to have it at the shop. At that point I was done working with this shop. When I picked up my car there was pistachios shells in the front and back seats of my car. I also noticed my car had a foot long scratch on my back right bumper that was definitely not there when I dropped it off. When I picked up my car for the final time it was already March 2025. They had my car for 4 months. They never fixed the issue, there is now a new problem with the car (ABS), my car was being used for daily personal transportation by the mechanic, and they damaged my vehicle. This shop is very unprofessional and a scam. They were paid by my car insurance to damage my vehicle and not fix anything. I have receipts as proof to show proof of return for the same issue and new issues that arose. I will also be adding photos of this green scratch they returned my car with. I'm an extremely picky person, when I want something fixed I won't settle for good, I settle for only the best. Doug and his team was able to deliver that to me, customer service was over the top and even though I dropped off my car late with an approaching deadline, the work was not rushed and was completed perfectly. I purchased a 1999 Subaru Impreza from an auction a while ago and it wasn't in great shape, I thought that it only had a bad bumper beam and bumper, but there was more to it than that. It had frame damage, Doug was able to not only assure me that it was fixable, but he gave me a price that I couldn't resist and when it turned out that there was more work than what I was quoted for, he made sure that I knew that he'd be sticking to that price. I provided a replacement bumper that was in rough condition and they were able to repair it and paint it to match. People did not believe that it was the same car when it arrived to the show and I have to thank BCC Unlimited for that. After a run in with a tiny, poorly lit underground parking spot my newish car needed the front passenger side popped out and painted. There were also some other existing damage that they took care of. The team here did a fantastic job and my baby looks like she just came off of the showroom floor! There was an issue with matching the color so it took a little longer than expected to get her back but the quality of work done made up for the delay.
