Will never come back. No one spoke English to understand what I wanted. I asked for a pedicure with calcus remover. The guy was done scrubbing my feet in 2 mins, I asked for the calcus removing gel and for him to scrub more and he was angry. Then the entire shop started talking in their language and looking at my feet. Needless to say I was very uncomfortable and will never go back. Also didn't dry the nails before putting polish on so I expect the pain to fall off in a day. read more

First time I went here, I was really sick, (but not contagious), and my mom was with me- they let her sit in a massage chair and painted her nails while doing my fill and were very nice. Knowledge of products- They have the same color paint as they do gel and you don't have to hunt it down, they know their inventory. They aren't afraid to get creative and do fun designs or abstract patterns. (A lil more $$ but I think it's worth it) I love that the employees help each other. My nails take a long time, (long acrylics that always have super glue touch ups by me because I'm hard on my nails) and sometimes they have up to 3 people working on me at once- no extra charge. Tammy was great... smooth hands, and no cuts or bad clipping. She gave great massage. Dissatisfied with my nails. Crooked and there was bubbles in the paint. When I said something, SHE BLAMED ME and tried to "fix it" with another layer of topcoat!! I left the shop feeling like I wanted to fix my own nails because it looked SO messy. She burned my nail bed when grinding off extra acrylic and kept doing it even when she knew it was burning me. After a few days, the nails weren't even shiny anymore. These should have lasted longer than a week but one already popped off. The manager said "next time we will do it better" but I don't think I will be returning unless they do it comped and better than the original. read more

I'm absolutely in love with my gel manicure! Unfortunately I didn't get the name of my manicurist, but you'll know him when you see him. He's a Vietnamese man with tattoo sleeves. Yup, you read that right -- don't judge a book by its cover because I received the best manicure from him! He is so meticulous and neat, and my nails came out perfectly. Because white is a difficult color to work with, he applied 3 coats of the color so that it was opaque. He also warned me that the color might turn yellow in a few weeks. I appreciate the transparency in services! The gel manicure came out to $25, not including tip -- much cheaper than other places around, who charge $30-35 for gel manicures. I'll definitely be back for my next nail appointment! read more

The people are pretty polite and work quietly; the manager is friendly too, and appears to take good care of the place. He's always cleaning, mopping the floors or finding work. There seems to be some new ladies though, and the one I had for my last pedicure constantly tried to upsell. Lady: Would you like a special pedicure? Me: Oh just a regular pedicure please. Lady: *hands me sheet with different types of pedicure* European pedicure? Me: Oh no thank you, just a regular one. Lady: Different pedicures, very nice. Which one? Me: Just the normal $18 pedicure please. Lady: *while massaging* 5 more minutes massage? Me: Is there an extra fee? Lady: Yes, not too much. Me: Oh no thank you, that's okay. Lady: Special treatment for bottom? (heels) Me: Oh that's okay. Lady: Wax eyebrows? Me: I don't have much money. I'm a broke college student. The interaction goes on... This place is awesome for many reasons. They have Gel polish with matching non gel polish for toes. Angie is awesome and as picky as I am. Cyndi takes her time and does awesome pedicures. So yeah sometimes you have to wait a bit, soak your fit on the massage chair. Its very worth it. Also if my polish got my messed up they'll fix. If they worked on it and because of the weather or drying time it got messed up they'll fix it. They are open for most holidays, open 7 days a week! read more

I was told it was a 30 minute wait and ended up waiting for an hour plus. Then when my nails started getting done four of them were crooked. Towards the end i was picking between the designs they presented and i was told to hurry up despite having waited for so long in the beginning. Then the same evening one of the Gel X nails came off, which had never happened anywhere else I had gone. My toes were done perfectly, but everything else was rushed and certainly not worth 100+ dollars. I spent 4+ hours there just to have a missing nail the same day. read more

Finding a good nail place is like finding a needle in a haystack. I am upset to have to do this, but I am giving this place only 2 stars. 2 because the color was pretty... I came and got a European pedicure with regular polish. First time coming here. I waited 10-15 mins but they set me up in the chair with nice warm water. The woman doing my nails apologized and I said it was fine. The whole pedicure felt rushed, although the massage was good. They seemed to want to rush me out after they thought my toes had dried. I went to my car and sure enough they weren't, so I went back in. Someone else had to redo three toes, then I said I'd wait even longer for them to dry a second time. They rushed me out again, and when I got to my car one toe was messed up (again). No one waiting for my chair, nothing going on - they just wouldn't let me sit longer for them to dry. I didn't want to go in a second time and ask for the toe to be redone. This morning I noticed a couple nicks on a couple of other toes. I want to go back but I'm pretty upset so I am not stepping foot in there again. Nice massage, nice facility, but I didn't like the customer service. Won't be back. read more

I really like how clean Be Be Nails Spa is. It makes the whole experience a lot better and more relaxing. I didn't get the name of the person who did my nails, but he did a really great job in filing and shaping my nails. I went in with 3-week long nails from another nail salon, and had him do an acrylic fill. He was very careful and precise in shaping my nails perfectly before applying color. I ended up getting gel acrylics because he convinced me that it would last longer. However, It has now been three weeks and two of my nails are breaking which makes me a little upset. I usually get my nails done every 3-4 weeks when it is just regular acrylic. I expected not to go in to get my nails done for at least a month since I got gel this time, but I am going to have to go back in since my nails are breaking. read more

She takes her time and is does an amazing job. Be Be Nails is always clean and has a variety of services from nails to facials to waxing. I got right in as a walk in. The manicure over all looks clean and good. But- when I walked in I asked for a "full gel manicure". The lady begins clipping all my nails off. When she's done I clarify "this is a gel manicure right?" She then responds "oh you don't want acrylic?" When did I say that ....? No. So now my nails a so so short and I just say it's fine. She then asks me my pet peeve and idk why nail techs ask ....if I bite my nails. I'm obviously self conscious about it and it's so annoying when they do. I let her carry on and spray acetone on my nails which I inhale (why do nail techs think it's okay to put acetone in spray bottles is beyond me). She montions for me to put my nails under the gel light-which I didn't understand what she was telling me to do at first Bc she wasn't using her words. And then at the end for her friend to finish my nails. I probably won't be back. I like the nail salon at the peninsula center by Talbots. read more

I just walked into get my eyebrows and lip waxed before a wedding the same day. I had my hair done in braids all ready and the lady dropped the stick of wax INTO MY HAIR. She proceeded to scrape it out of her nails and a paper towel with oil and then water. I told her I was going to a wedding in a few hours and that now I would have to shower the oils out and redo my hair.
