To me, it tasted very similar to a flavored hazelnut latte from Starbucks. Even with reduced sweetness, it was still sweeter than I prefer and had a slightly artificial flavor. If you enjoy flavored Starbucks-style coffee, you'll probably like it, but it's just not my personal preference. I actually didn't finish my drink because the flavor wasn't for me. That said, the cashier was very sweet, and the dessert display looked beautiful and tempting. While the coffee didn't win me over, I'd still come back to give their desserts a try since they looked much more appealing than the drink I ordered. Overall, a nice spot with friendly service, but next time I'll be skipping the flavored coffee and trying one of the desserts instead.

I never should have spent my time and energy giving her my business. Her communication was poor from the beginning. I immediately felt like I was not welcomed as a customer. Even though most of her reviews seemed good, I tried to be patient and continue with the order. Before I could send payment, she said there was a family emergency, that she had to travel, and that she would no longer be able to make the cupcakes. While emergencies certainly happen and it could truly be the case- the timing left me skeptical, especially since the event is still over two weeks away. Before being cancelled on, I was simply asking for written confirmation of the correct order details and pricing (bc in her previous email it was incorrect). I wanted the correct cupcake order and price written down for a paper trail before sending payment. It did not need to be official, but after the incorrect total and poor communication, I felt uneasy. Her explanation for the wrong amount did not make sense compared to her listed prices, which made me feel like she may have been trying to upcharge me. Regardless of the emergency, communication was just poor and that's the main reason for this review. I don't know if my order was too difficult because I requested several different flavors, no designs, except for one cupcake. I'm not sure where things went wrong, but I'm very disappointed because her work looks great. Some of her reviews mentioned good communication, but that was not my experience at all. I hope she does not treat another customer this way, especially because planning a party is already stressful. If she does not answer your questions clearly and promptly, I would consider taking your business elsewhere. I would not recommend.

We were told that the cake was torched around the sides and it creates a nice toasty edge. So decadent and thick and rich and lots of chocolate! The onions were my favourite part of the sides. I could not leave without the dessert and we decided to go with a banana foster. They do a table side show that was amazing and it was a delicious dessert. Service throughout the night was great. Overall, I will say that I will be back for Drinks and if we decide to have a meal here, I would definitely get the Caesar salad the onion on red wine side and the banana foster. The steak was good, just not great I would be willing to try a different cut or protein. For the pricetag, I would've expected everything to be great, which is why four.

For the double matcha the matcha foam is super fluffy and creamy. Matcha on matcha was what I needed to fuel my soul. The pistachio was a dream. Rich, nutty, velvety, and creamy. Personally for me, it was a bit loud, so it was hard to hear everyone at my table. But, Im sure other people appreciated and enjoyed the live music. I have ordered from Erinn multiple times and each time they were delicious and beautiful! I ordered for my partners birthday, my birthday and a friends bachelorette party and they were all incredible! Erinn is extremely creative and artistic and you will be blown away by her design! I can't wait to order her cookies for all future events.

They always come through every time with ideas, on time, even delivery which helps when you're planning your event. Makes it so much easier and one less thing off your plate to worry about. Every time we get a cake from here people's face are just shocked when they walk in and see it. It's priceless. And the cake doesn't just look amazing, also tastes great! They helped me and asked me to send photos and even offered to add a Yoda figure on jt. Yoda was crafted with excellence and stays true to the actual Yoda. He even had star shaped eyes which I thought was a nice touch. What an amazing job! They gave me a choice between the Yoda or a Jedi. The cake turned out even better than the photo I shared with them. I showed up to pick up the cake and the lady greeted me right away and handed me the cake. She even offered to walk it to my car. The cake was enough to feed at least 20 people (probably even more) and cost $200 ($10 per person per slice). CAKE definitely has great cake design skills and the flavor was delicious! I got marble flavor with vanilla buttercream and added fresh strawberries. Would certainly come here again for a great cake design and amazing tasting cake! My bday party guests also enjoyed the cake. Thank YOU CAKE!
