Went on the 2nd night of opening and as we expected it was very busy and they have some service kinks to work out. Cool atmosphere and vibe makes this place, along with super awesome wait staff that are very friendly. Food was good. Drinks were good. Was happy with the wine selection. Only disappointment was when using the ladies room, none of the soap dispensers worked and one of the chefs came out of a stall and walked out. No hand washing. We had the most fantastic time there. Andrew was our server and we had a big birthday party and he was fabulous. We were there close to sunset. The restaurant if beautiful, both floors, outside and inside views of the ocean are spectacular. They have beautiful couch seating and a huge flat screen to watch sports. Lots of tvs at the bar. The place is stunning with a great vibe. Food was delicious best wings ever!!! The seafood pasta that comes with a lobster tail was fantastic and well worth the price. Everyone loved their salmon too. The artichoke appetizer was great! The key lime pie was out of this world and we have tasted awesome key lime pie before. The white chocolate bread pudding and pistachio gelato were fabulous. Cocktails were good too. The vibe was great, food and atmosphere wonderful too. Highly recommend! read more

Had a recent girls night here. The restaurant is lovely, staff is super nice and the views are on point! The food was okay, but seemed to be a little pricey for what you get. One friend got their chicken, which I tried, and we agreed it was under-seasoned and underwhelming. The Lobster Pasta was great--well the pasta part, the lobster was over cooked. My friends and I hosted an event here and the service from be staff was phenomenal! Great ambiance as it's literally right on the beach. We were upstairs on the balcony part by the bar and the view was amazing. Nice sea breeze blowing which keeps it cool too. Good music, food was OK, not bad just nothing special. I've tried this new restaurant a couple of times since they opened last month. The location is great and the restaurant and view are beautiful. The menu selection and food portions need some attention. I tried their Ahi tuna salad. The salad and tuna had wonderful flavor but there was a small amount of salad on one side of the dish and the other side had cubes of ahi. The portion was much less than I expected and what I'm use to from other restaurants. The salad had only one tiny shaving of Avacado on the entire salad. The portions are definitely very controlled. The salad with a couple glasses of wine and tip totaled $50. I was still hungry when I got home so had to make something to eat. I know the restaurant is new and just opened so hopefully things improve soon. They don't have a happy hour. :( read more

Yesterday we were a group of 12 and went early to request the next available table at 6pm. The hostess was awful abs super rude and said she wouldn't be able to accommodate us before closing at 9pm even if she was to separate us to 2 tables. Sounded like she had to leave at 9 to go somewhere and didn't want to help us. We need there a few times, not worth the aggravation! read more

Terrific atmosphere! My first issue is disabled accessibility. We wanted to go upstairs to enjoy the gorgeous evening overlooking the ocean, but the elevator was not operational. Dinner downstairs was very nice, but one of our guests had to send his pasta back because it was not warm. It was replaced by staff without incident, but arrived after everyone else had eaten. Overall, the menu was fine, not too extensive or complicated and they have a full bar. We may come back again before season, but I wouldn't expect to get near this place without an uncomfortable wait when the snowbirds arrive.. read more

This restaurant is outrageous and it's about time South Florida had a modern, beautiful restaurant on the beach. We went for the "friends and family" (a friend works here) party and it was everything I could imagine and more; great service, happy employees, fantastic food, unreal view of the ocean, nice guests and more. It will be soon be my favorite restaurant anywhere and I have traveled the world. I have waited for years for Pompano Beach to take advantage of its natural beauty and this place really takes the city up a notch! Sat up at the bar and the atmosphere was great with attentive bartenders. The food was a little pricey, but that is expected being right on the beach. Not being a seafood person, I tried the chicken Caesar salad. The chicken was grilled, warm and great... But the grilled romaine was quite soggy. Also wish they had more local beers. Being that I maintain a residence across the street from the Beach House & have been in this area for more than 40 years. There was a popular and reasonably priced at the same location for many years that was a favorite to all. Unfortunately, the " Beach House" is a visitor friendly, well decorated, overpriced South Beach wanna be. The staff is friendly, the food is good, BUT it's overrated & overpriced and belongs in another venue,(ie- Los Olos or Miami). Just not what we were hoping to have replacing our "Tiki Bar" style, beachfront bar & burger, live music, neighborhood oasis. Sorry " Beach House" just not a fan. read more

Trying to be fair in this review so I'll start with the good. We haven't been here in a while but had been when first opened and a couple of times after. Overall the food was good, the wait for a table was moderate but reasonable and we had a good table along with windows. However: the Naut your average pasta recipe has changed. Shrimp only. Won't swear to it but I'm pretty sure the menu I had said it was still the lobster and shrimp dish. But still 36 bucks? Also specifically asked for separate checks. Was literally hassled until agreeing to pay half because it is easier for the server???? Now maybe we should have stood our ground but he should have just done what we had asked, period. Went on the first night they opened to the public. After standing at the hostess station for a couple minutes obviously looking like someone that was coming in for dinner I finally had to ask if it was a seat yourself place and one of the hostesses got a bit snippy and remarked that's what they were there for. After that I was seated and had a fantastic view and an outstanding waiter (Jason, I believe) who delivered excellent service throughout the meal. I ordered the clam chowder for starters and it was very tasty and a bit different from the normal type most other eateries serve, this one I would say is much better. For the meal I had the tenderloin, a bit pricey but it was definitely worth it. Followed up with the cheesecake for desert. Given I enjoyed the dinner so much I followed up by doing lunch the next day and had one of their burgers with fries, and it was definitely worth the money plus the hostess didn't have me standing there looking silly waiting for a table. Definitely on my list of places to eat and the bar and ocean views will make it my go to place for cocktails as well. Will be nice when they do get their beer supply in though. Highly recommend stopping in here for a very scenic and great meal or a great place to meet up with friends for an adult beverage or two. read more

Went to visit this place with a friend. Never really go to the Pompano area but this place will change that! The inside decor and the vibe is wonderful. Friendly staff and the food is delicious. I love the pops and prosecco! Tried both the mango and the strawberry and preferred the mango. The green goddess sandwich was also light and refreshing! As an appetizer we had the naked grilled artichokes. I've had better but they were still good and always messy. Didn't realize there was an upstairs so after our on the deck meal on the first floor we checked the the upstairs out. The time we went was around 6 and the weather complimented the ambiance nicely. Upstairs is only appetizers but the setting is worth it. Will definitely come back just for the breeze. read more
