Beyond having the best pricing, they kept it completely consistent. Unlike the other guys, they never tried to up-sell or up-charge me for services or products I didn't want or need with a foot-in-the-door sales technique. The team at Pierside went completely above and beyond. While they were working, they noticed and updated some aging plumbing that absolutely saved me from a major emergency repair down the road and didn't price gauge me but easily corrected the issue. They were also incredibly professional and respectful of my property, wearing protective booties the entire time they were inside my home and doing a total, spotless clean-up after the work was completed. What really sets them apart is their communication and care. They supported me through every single step of the process--both before and after the install. A $1300 new toilet installation. His cheapest? We buy a new toilet and he installs it for $400. I did a little poking around and fixed the issue for a $11 flush tank ring. I posted a comment on JIT's webpage and no one bothered to reach out. I wonder how many people that plumber has scammed out of significant money. Add another - as he was leaving, he remarked that we didn't have a pressure regulator on our incoming water line - I told him we did have one but we had it removed - and then he started low-key arguing with me saying he didn't see any evidence one ever existed. I remember when Justin had a small business and he was awesome. Be wary now, their plumber appear to have a reason to upsell as much as they can. Not the kind of plumber I want to deal with.

Any time we've tried a different plumber, we end up getting ridiculous quotes for doing more than what we needed. Curtis came and quoted us prices that were WAY more reasonable and he only advised doing what was necessary. We didn't feel oversold with him. He fixed our issue at home in no time and it's been fine - going on two years now. He also gives good advice about maintaining clean pipes on our own. More recently we've had issues with clogged sinks at our new business and Curtis fixed the issues in a timely manner. The only downside is that he doesn't work on the weekends and because he's only one guy, you may need to wait longer for him to come out than using a big company. But once again, he didn't try to upsell us at our business... just fixed the issues and charged fairly. We will always choose to call Curtis for any plumbing issue. Highly recommend!
