Best coffee drinks I've had in a while. Burritos were bomb. Don't hesitate to eat here. So good.

Bean me up is so delicious, it's our taco Tuesday spot. They take awhile getting people their orders. Taco Tuesday, I was in like for 30/45 mins and was only the third car. This morning we went to get breakfast burritos for the first time from bean me up but they were closed when it says they open at 6... please update your hours. Great Yummy Affordable The price listed at least I can say that for the drink I ordered is the price you pay. I love that. I was able to get rid of some change and the gal was super nice! The reason for a 4 instead of 5 is for the straw. I ordered a mocha blended 20oz drink with whip (doesn't carry almond milk). The straw was too thin to get both the whip and blended goodness. I will ask for a spoon next time. It was definitely yummy and the whip tasted homemade. I am not sure if it is or not, but well worth the calories. Next time I will try some food it all sounded so good! read more

Contrary to my initial assumption, this place has way more than coffee beverages. They have the best Mexican food in Tehachapi- hands down. Everything is bursting with flavor. So far I've had the chicken, barbacoa, and steak tacos. The meat is seasoned to perfection, juicy, and the salsa adds the perfect final addition. Omg! Make sure you check your order! I got ripped off. Ordered 4 pastrami breakfast burritos, charged $21.45...drove all the way home and found 3 burritos, not 4. Now, most people may drive all the way back, however, that was a long drive back! We heard sooo many rave reviews about this shack. So of course we have to try it out, right?!?! The burritos are not that big either. If you want to compare it to Primo's or Tom's, it's maybe half its size. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best either. I thought adding pastrami was pretty unique, so definitely had to try it out. Service was so, so, too. Almost felt like the cashier gave that vibe like omg, what do you want?!?! CATERING REVIEW. Not usually one to post a review about bad service but maybe this will help the business expand and become better. Went to a wedding lastnight, bride requested for tacos to be served at 6pm. Bean me up did not even show up until 6pm, and did not even begin to serve until 7:30. They arrived at 6, and then disappeared for about an hour, (maybe they forgot something? Who knows) I also had bean me up cater my wedding (3 years ago) exact same experience! Wanted them there early to set up and serve right after ceremony... again arrived late, frantically set up and postponed my reception a good hour behind schedule. Also, was informed last night that the same situation happened at a class reunion last year! 3 differnt years all with bad experiences. Set up is backwards, taco toppings were at the front of the table before you even received your tacos, causing people to have to go squeeze back through the line. I would not recommend their catering service. read more

Ordered a Carne Asada Burrito and boy was it delicious took me to flavor town with the salsa meat was flavorful nice size burrito now I see what people were saying this place is great puts Taco Superior to shame nothing superior about that place take notes taco surperior this is how you make great tasting Mexican food will be back for sure. read more

Just got a Mocha here a few minutes ago. It's pretty good. I didn't get a burrito or taco because I wanted a donut next door at Carlos Donut(another great place!). I'll get a breakfast burrito next time. I agree with one of the reviewers that the young female cashier is cute. read more

Good food, takes a long time but looks like they have little staff. The quesadillas are pretty good and they have a good taco Tuesday deal.

The coffee drinks including the latte are almost definitely just Folgers coffee with coffee mate creamer and they taste awful. The tacos are good for the price but they are super slow if you don't call ahead. If you care about your coffee at all you'd literally be better off going to McDonald's. read more

This place is run by people that don't have a clue on what they are doing.Whether ordering food or drinks like frappes, they never have anything in stock.Ive order frappes and they either don't have the flavors, ice or straws to sip my drink from.If you want food I would stay away from the meats EXCEPT the Asada, well that is if they any Asada in stock for that day.I would comprehend if these problems would happened once in a while but this is an ongoing problem they been having for months.Ive gotten frappes from various girls and they all taste great, regardless if they differ from time to time.The last straw (no pun intended lol)was this Taco Tuesday when the big ogre took my order.This tyrant always screams at me when talking to me , as if I'm deaf.This bozo didn't want to give me extra salsa when I've asked for some more,he stated ''its inside'' after I checked and asked for more.Went home and surprise !! Being here for 2 months I always thought this was a coffee place because of the name. I was pleasantly surprised that it was Mexican Food!! I've been looking for an Authentic Mexican food place, since I moved here in July. Then at hairdressers, I noticed someone eating a burrito and had to ask, Where did you get that?? Bean me Up! Expresso! What?!! LOL They are a Mexican food stand!! I went directly after. Had the carnitas burrito, it was fabulous and definitely homemade!! The pork was tender, the rice had a great flavor, very large size burrito, couldn't finish the full thing. Pricing is spot on, made to order, so expect a little wait, But, so worth it. I had heard great comments about Bean Me Up from the locals in Tehachapi. So, we had to give it a try! Totally worth stopping by for their street tacos. Loved these small, freshly made carne asada tacos and the chicken tacos!!! The price is $1.00 per taco, but on Taco Tuesday they are $.90. What a deal. I understand the burritos are large & tasty and the coffee drinks are excellent. We will be back soon!!! read more

This place was recommended to me from some people I work with, so I decided to try it for lunch. They have a drive through which is convenient. There were 2 cars ahead of me and I probably waited for 10 min. from the time I pulled up to the time I left with my food. The lady who waited on me was very friendly and informed me that today was Taco Tuesday and the tacos were only .90 each. I ordered the carnitas street taco and the chicken ultra taco. Both were very delicious. The meat was moist, the toppings fresh, and the salsa was terrific! I will be back! read more
