My sister and I just came here for lunch and it was OK. First off, the waitress that served us was all right, and didn't seem very friendly. Secondly, when we got our red curry Thai there was a long hair in it and it made us really uncomfortable. I almost said something about it, but didn't know if I should. Obviously, they don't have food safety awareness. Even though, the bulletin board by the kitchen says food safety certificate. On the bright side, the food was pretty good. Ordered pad thai. Not what I was expecting. As soon as the plate was set in front of me I could smell it, and it was...awful. It smelled rotten. I really tried to eat it anyway, as I thought maybe I just wasn't accustomed to the pad thai dish I chose (haven't really eaten a lot of thai food). However, I was unable to eat it. I had the $12 hot ginger beef that was quite good and certainly worth a return. The $7 chicken satay appetizer had a lot of chicken and was good. Not flat and dried out like some places, but I prefer the peanut sauce roasted on the chicken skewers, not as a dipping sauce done here. I will keep this simple. If the food smells even remotely weird, stop and don't eat it. Even a tinge of a weird smell do yourself a favor and stop. Peoples reviews on this site talk of great experience, and I am sure that's right. Place was busy and people seemed to like their dishes. We had exceptionally bland food, but attentive service. I had asked for Thai hot, and it came out medium at best. I had Duck Green Curry with an odd smell that would come and go. Was sick for the entire next day. 3 days later, I was only partially recovering and eating small amounts. Going to pass on this place forever. My boyfriend and I stopped here for lunch before heading to the animal shelter nearby. We were craving Thai food & found Beau Thai II! Pad see yew is always my go to dish, & I was really excited to try it with calamari since I've never had the combination before. It was yummy! We just had this for dinner. Overall it wasn't the best Thai I've had, but pretty good. On the negative side the spiciness of the food seemed off. We ordered hot on most of our entrees, but they seemed fairly mild. Also, the meat (chicken in the curry and pork in the pad Thai) was a bit dry. On the positive, the flavors were really good and the price was decent for the portions. Also, something to note. They bring dishes out as they are ready. So everything comes out nice and hot, but all of your party might not have a plate at the same time. read more

Great Thai food. We opted for starters for lunch. Ordered Four and got four winners. The fresh egg rolls were large and very fresh. The crispy egg rolls were light and well done. Both versions were well seasoned. Next came chicken and pork pot stickers. Chicken was good and the pork were great. Service was very attentive. Best of all was the price point. This has been our staple take out restaurant since it opened. We are Thai food lovers and have literally been to almost every Thai restaurant in Denver. We were so thrilled to finally have it so close by. Thats why this saddens me to write this review. Since they have started opening for take out after quarantine we have ordered twice. So disappointing and we thought we just had an off night so we again ordered this last Thursday evening. This has caused me to never want to go back again. Chicken Satay tasted like it was boiled chicken, no flavor with peanut sauce it was still flavorless. They did not marinate meat what-so ever. Tom Ka was like water and coconut soup, zero flavor. Absolutely awful. Beef Salad, Tiger, Dressing was good but again tasted like the steak was boiled no flavor and like leather. Pad Thai out favorite dish there was just a complete pile of garbage. I dont get it. It has been the biggest disappointment of money spent all year. Afraid to ever try again. This wasn't just my opinion. I had to 3 college age kids here and my younger daughter. All absolutely have grown up eating Thai food. I went to Culinary school and its not just a bad meal it was a total lack of any effort put into the meal. This place was pretty good. To start if you like spice go all the way to a 6 because the 5 wasn't hot enough for me. The flavor was good but not my ultimate favorite I had the red curry and ordered won tons. They were alright as well. I would like to give the pad Thai a try but I'm not in a rush to go back. I will pen an occasional review for exceptional establishments with great food and service. I don't relish writing negative reviews, therefore, for me to write a 1 star review I would really have to be moved. I have had great Thai food over the years and was looking forward to another great culinary experience. This evening I ordered shrimp pad Thai, green curry with chicken, Chicken Satay, and spring rolls. Everything was very bland except for the green curry. I was really craving some pad Thai and was very disappointed with not only the blandness, but also the distinct stench of cow pies. I braved it and thought maybe it tastes better than it smells, however, this left me thinking that I now know exactly what cow pies taste like. It's now in the trash after two bites. . The food was ok. Wasn't a fan of the crispy egg rolls. They were mushy inside. The Pad broccoli was ok as well. I ordered it with a spice level of hot. It was barely spicy. Also ordered both mango sticky rice and pineapple sticky rice. It was my fault to assume, but I was expecting fresh pineapple, received canned and that was such a disappointment. We were looking for a place close to the outlets to have lunch and ultimately chose this place because they actually have a "kids menu" which seemed unique for any Asian place. The place was pretty busy (Saturday) but had a good amount of seating. Place was clean, decorated nicely and the service was prompt. The Thai iced tea was exceptional! The [imitation] crab wontons were also very good, nice and crunchy with a lot of filling. We had ordered the green curry but received the red curry (which we also like so didn't bother returning). We shared the red curry which was a great choice for 2 adults as there was plenty (we even had enough to take a little home). The waiter brought us out an extra plate of rice free of charge. I've been going to this restaurant since the day it opened. My wife and I were happy to see a second Beau Thai open, especially after we moved away from Evergreen (the original Beau Thai). This restaurant started strong. But after today, I am never going back to this location. They have gotten my last three orders wrong. I come home and an entree or sometimes two is/are missing. The service has gotten worse through the years. They haven't been the same since reopening from COVID. Their excuse for this mess up was "Sorry. We were busy." It would've been better had they said nothing at all. Save yourself the trouble. read more

My husband and I ordered the same dish, I just got mine a bit spicier, and our meals came out about 3 minutes apart, with no explanation from staff. When my husband got his meal, I thought they'd gotten the order wrong and served him chicken - I've never seen beef this color. I ate one piece of the beef on my plate, because I thought he was joking, and it was awfully chewy. I decided not to eat the beef and stuck to the noodles and veggies in my dish, but had to add quite a bit of soy sauce to give it some flavor. i'm disappointed to write this review but frankly i'm upset. when i ordered on the phone i asked for spring rolls and was told ok just as i have every other time i've ordered, but this time they charged extra for the fresh rolls instead of the crispy. the girl on the phone never asked me to specify between fresh or fried and charged us for the more expensive ones. i also found several shrimp tails in my phad thai which has never happened before. it's a shame because i really like this place but i don't think i'll be ordering again. read more

The Good: the ginger chicken stir fry was delicious. The glass of wine was a nice pour and ice cold. The Bad: said glass of wine cost $8.00 at lunch. The place their water glasses face down on the table tops which is quite unsanitary. The Ugly: the wait staff were horrible. Two people were working the entire packed restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. Not one pleasantry was exchanged and they were in such a hurry that we had to practically yell across the restaurant for straws and chop sticks. It is a shame because this is new restaurant and there are very few Thai choices in Castle Rock. This is pretty good Thai food for the area. The location is very convenient. Prices are pretty good- a little high, but seem to be comparable to other restaurants in the area. The service is slightly inconsistent, but I feel that the waitstaff is always polite, although they are pretty busy at times. I am a vegetarian and have had several different dishes here: Pad Thai is very good, but is pretty sweet. Green curry was good, but was oddly really bright green and kind of chalky. Massaman curry is very flavorful and good. Tofu is cooked really well and tastes great. Food is not too spicy (even for a wimp like me) and can be adjusted to be not spicy at all. Please don't go here. I usually try to read reviews ahead of time to check, overall the place had good reviews but there are some pretty negative ones also. I decide to disregard the negative reviews and give it a go since the majority of them are about service. I ordered mine through Door Dash so I thought it would be fine. I was wrong, I should have listened to the reviews about the quality of food. I got Drunken Noodles, my wife got Pad Thai, and we shared wontons. First the wontons were crispy how you would want them but the filling tasted off. No flavor of cream cheese or anything, just an off over cooked substance. The drunken noodles were coated with spicy seasoning but no sauce to be found. This left the noodles dry and clumpy. The dish tasted bland and the pork was over cooked. My wife decided she was done after a couple bites like me. I tasted the pad Thai and there was no flavor at all. I truly think I could have gotten better pad Thai from the grocery store. Overall The food is blan and not good. Literally throwing away $40 worth of food because it's not good. If you really want Thai, go to Lone Tree. read more

It was okay. I had the shrimp pad Thai with the mild sauce. I felt like it was a little bland. I feel that if I were to visit again, I would get a little bit more spice for some flavor. My kids got the chicken tenders and the Mac & cheese. The chicken tenders were really good and the Mac & cheese was most likely Kraft, but I feel most restaurants are that way. My husband ate the spring rolls (not crispy) and they were okay. We also ate the wontons, they were delicious. The restaurant itself was nice and seemed fairly clean. I know this place is new, so I feel it will take a little bit for them to get into a groove. The food wasn't the best, it was just ok. We chose to sit down and eat, we ordered Pad See Ew, a duck and a beef of each. The beef came out about 5 minutes before the duck. It was extremely salty, too much salt. The duck was tender, but again, a bit salty. The atmosphere left something to be desired. There was no music playing, which made me realize just how vital music is to atmosphere. It was eerily quiet. You could hear every other tables conversations. The service was quite slow. Friendly wait staff, just inexperienced. Again, this is a new place, so we will give it another go in a couple months, and I will update my review then :). read more

Food wasnt that bad but I have had better. The first thing you notice when you walk in is that they really invested nothing in making the place look nice. That and the sewage gas smell was pretty strong but thats not their fault. However the food took along time to prep and they just didnt seem ready for the rush. I will say that the main dishes were good but the pot sticker appetizers were mushy/soggy and not pan fried. Tasted no different than the ones sold at costco that you microwave. Overall experience was not a good first impression. Might need to give these guys a year to see if they can survive then try them after all the kinks get worked out. read more

Ahhh! So I'm currently at the restaurant and we've been waiting forever for our food. The wait staff are clearly stressed and I feel horrible that they have to deal with that. That being said, here are just a few suggestions: - get some more servers. There's just two servers with one water guy running around. Everyone looks stressed and this place has gotten busy, hello, it's Friday night! - turn up the music. All I can hear is the hum of conversation. No ambiance! - answer the phone. They should have a dedicated host to answer calls so customers don't have to constantly hear the ring tone while they're trying to have a fun evening out. The food is good here so that's why it's two stars but one more time of this happening and we will not be back. read more
