From the moment we stepped into this beautiful establishment, we knew that all the previous reviews were true, a proven hidden gem. My first question was what is Bohdin? With that our waitress promptly pulled an entire 16 inch link out of the pan and cut it into three pieces and told us to try it and see if we liked it. Po-Boy sandwich filled with the condiments that I selected. My wife ordered the smoked turkey salad, it was huge! We then ordered a couple of beers, and proceeded to our table to wait for our food. We were greeted by some wonderful people sitting in the dining room, who were so kind and so welcoming it felt like we were at someone's home sitting around the kitchen table with old friends. Come to find out it was the owner, and one of his longtime, trusted customers and friends.
