IT IS UP TO YOU TO NOTOCE AND COMPLAIN ABOUT POOR QUALITY WORK, the contractor will not be visiting your worksite. Example: The back door needed to be refinished 3 times because I FOUND hairs painted in the finish once, It didn't close properly another time and then it had paint drips dried in the paint another time. Example: They installed a CRACKED piece of trim under the mirror, in plain sight, in the bathroom. Example: They tell you how great their tile guy is, I had to complain about several pieces in the kitchen backsplash. One tile completely crooked in plain sight! Others that had a crack or chip on them. Nobody is checking any of the work being done. This poor workmanship is obvious to anyone. I requested a different Project Manager and the owner told me they only have one. I regret hiring this company and paying these people over $200k for all the headaches and stress!
