Luckily, we had hired Bella to do a rather small job but quickly fell in love with their project manager, Carlos. Not only did we have them take over the rest of the flooring installation, but my husband and I loved their work so much and enjoyed all of our interactions with them, that we just kept adding to our remodel! To be more specific: Bella was dependable and prompt- Carlos texted me every single night to give me their ETA for the following day and his workers were here on time and without fail. Bella communicated clearly- all work was written down and discussed and any hiccups (there will always be hiccups!) were addressed quickly and resolved (Carlos always said, "There are no problems, only solutions"). Bella was detail oriented and took pride in their work- Luis (who did all our cabinets) is a rare master craftsman.
