So I decided to give Bedolla Salon and Gustavo a try after reading all the rave reviews. Personally, it was a disappointment. My hair looks worse, doesnt even look like I got a cut: that may be due to the fact that Gustavo took only 5 mins to cut my hair and 15 minutes to blow dry. But I was there was a "hair cut" and not to get my hair blow dried, have pretty hair for a day and then have a bad hair day everyday! I think my mistake was that I mentioned I have a groupon just when Gustavo was about to start working on my hair. So all you grouponers out there, who bought this particular groupon deal ($20 for hair cut) ; make sure you DO NOT mention you have a groupon until after you have got a cut. I am pretty sure now that business owners get a groupon deal out just for publicity and that people with groupons do not get the same service as other who pay the full price. All in all I got a pretty bad hair cut. Although, I did tip Gustavo on the original price of a haircut (not the groupon price) read more

Gustavo at Bedolla Salon is always very accommodating, squeezing me in for a haircut when it works best for me, yet somehow never makes me feel like he's rushing - and he's always busy too! I prefer to have one person cut my hair who clearly takes pride in their work and business, instead of visiting the 'great cuts / supercuts' type of places where you get someone new every time who isn't familiar with your hair and how you like it done. Horrible service! I got their keratin straightening treatment deal off of Groupon. Before purchasing the deal, I called the salon to asked if I have to pay additional because of the length of my hair. Spoke to a gal there and she said NO! So I bought the deal, scheduled an appointment, went in and saw Karla. She said she has to charge me additional $35. I told her I called and someone from the salon told me no additional fee. While talking with Karla, one of the worker there next to us, was starring at me up and down. So I said whatever, not going to argue with them. She did the keratin treatment on my hair. (This is not the first time I had it done) Came home, and didn't wash it for 3 days, just like what I was told by Karla. It still took forever to blow dry my hair and the frizz were all there still. every time I get this done, It would only take me 5-7 mins to blow dry my hair. Not this time, it's still taking me 15-20 to blow dry. When I had this done elsewhere before, I come back home and my hair is smooth for months and the frizz is gone. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more
