Just wow!! Bella Bella is absolutely DELICIOUS!! I've been meaning to give it a visit since I've moved to Tallahassee a year ago and when I finally did, I was throughly satisfied. For an appetizer we ordered the tomato and basil bruschetta- so good! The bread was nice and crispy and also, well seasoned. There was also a generous helping of tomato on top of each piece. The dinner was phenomenal. We ordered the eggplant rollatini and the spinach and garlic ravioli. First of all, the marinara sauce was so authentic- the flavors were so simple and rustic, definitely some of the best restaurant marinara sauce I've eaten in a long time. For the ravioli, you could tell the the pasta was fresh and the spinach filling was amazing. My favorite dish was definitely the eggplant rollatini. The eggplant was sliced so thinly, the ricotta cheese filling was divine, and the overall flavor was so delicious. Simply put, the entire dish was perfect. A MUST try!! I went to Bella Bella for dinner with friends. I cannot believe how crowded it was and how long the wait was. Are we not in a pandemic? Anyway, we had a good time. The place is loud, but the waitstaff is friendly and accommodating. We ordered the bubble bread for an appetizer. It was tasty like a cheesy garlic bread. I had a Caesar salad that was okay, but I was disappointed in the dressing because it was oil based instead of creamy. Also there was supposed to be an anchovy on it. For my meal i got the special, crab ravioli. It was good, but not great. My friend got the manicotti, which I tasted. Her meal was hotter (temperature) and I think that helped the flavor. Went here for dinner tonight to celebrate an early Father's Day. The food fell flat compared to past visits. The service was wonderful, we had a very attentive waiter who was knowledgeable of all the specials and made sure we had plenty of time to look over the menu. Both my dad and I got the french onion soup to go with our entree. The soup was delicious, some of the best I've ever had. For our entree my dad got the chicken parmesan and I got the fettuccine alfredo with shrimp. My dad loved his meal, but I was a little less impressed. The fettuccine was good, nothing to write home about but good. The shrimp on the other hand was over cooked, chewy, and very bland. I was disappointed that we didn't get any bread for the table when the menu specifically says that all entrees come with bread. Also, when the food came we were not asked if we wanted any parmesan cheese on top, which I think would have given the whole meal a lot more flavor. read more

Went here on a whim with my parents and brother. The wait was 45 minutes. I wasn't sure I wanted to wait that long but we did. In hindsight I'd have camped out the day before if I had to. Bubble bread was great. The marinara sauce here is the best I've had ever. I've been to Italy and 35 other countries. I try to eat great local places everywhere I go. This was the best sauce. On top of that, the Eggplant Rolitini was the greatest dish I've ever had. I'd have paid quadruple. I'd have sucker punched my grandma for it. If I knew I'd die if I ate it ever again I'd do it. Such as backyard, bar area, the lounge area, private room. Weekday night, they are not the busy. I was there Thursday night. They have good chef there. I like the macaroni and cheese for the side of entrée. The tube noodle is cut in shell shape. They cook and bake to make crispy over the top burn cheese. I have order the grilled grouper. Like the spice they have use and the okra with tomato sauce on the side. The grouper is good. The food come in the good hot temperature including the side. Very nicely pair with all the side in the hot temperature. The food delivery is great. The service is good, and the close out is fast to get me on the road. read more

The bruschetta I'm definitely not a fan of its lacking in balsamic and needs more basil for me personally. The eclectic mixed media paintings adorn the walls to keep customers entertained when they are not looking into their fellow diners' eyes or being enraptured by their food. The Bubble Bread starter is a must, but ask for extra marinara. They usually have specials as well. Last night I tried their risotto balls with sausage interspersed and was only disappointed because there was not more to go around. Last time I was here I had the shrimp scampi, but last night I had the Greek salad with added grilled shrimp. Both entrees are delicious with the shrimp being grilled and seasoned to engage even the most skeptical palates. Finally, do not miss dessert because their chocolate toffee mousse cake is silky and rich. The servers are down to Earth, as is the owner. I will come back to this Italian hotspot. read more

Wonderful meals enjoyed by everyone! Our group of 5 arrived around 4:45 and were surprised to find the parking lot nearly full and the restaurant hopping. Fun, casual atmosphere with A game service. They brought out steaming hot bread that was better than I have had anywhere in a long time. Everyone enjoyed it. I had the lasagna, exceptional flavor and portion, we also had a couple of eggplant Parmesan's that were superb. We all noticed the garlic seemed a little heavy but nothing that would stop us from ordering again. Me and my girlfriend have chose this as one of our absolute favorite date night locations . We have come to this decision for several reasons: the food is AMAZING. The servicE AMAZING. And they have a AMAZING bar selection. I highly recommend the eggplant or start out with some bubble bread. I started with the bread then a Caesar salad (best one I've ever had in my life) enjoyed a single whiskey which was very reasonably priced and served with a beautiful ball of ice. The ambiance was casual chic and I really liked their cute back room and the patio. Service was fast and attentive. I ordered the chicken parmesan and a cup of French onion soup. One thing I will have to say repeatedly is that their French onion soup is beyond words, easily the best I've ever had! Yum! However, the chicken parmesan was nothing impressive. (Also we were comped for the appetizer because it took "longer than usual" for it to come out). Up next for me was the Sicilian Lasagna filled with hearty Italian sausage. Coming from a heavy-handed Italian household, I can speak from a privileged expertise that this dish was on point. Included with entrees are choice of soup of the day or house or Caesar salad, and fresh bread. A fairly cheap beer menu forced me to indulge in a cold one at dinner. We went to the restaurant on parents weekend. We sat down and explained we had 2 orders to go. I specifically asked when should we put the to go orders in, the waitress said it will depend but she'll be back after she got our drinks. She came back and we ordered our appetizers. She served them and I asked when should we put our to go orders in. She said oh we aren't taking to go orders because it's so busy. We said well our family is waiting for food, we can't eat dinner and not bring them their dinner. The manager came out and said if we ordered the to go's when we ordered our food it would have been different. When I explained that I told our waitress that when we sat down it wasn't our fault, she rudely doubled down on it. We cancelled our dinners because we simply couldn't do that. No apologies, nothing.
