We have been getting the family feast for years although we haven't got it recently. The two pastas used to come in large trays, and we always had enough for our family of four as well as leftovers. The salad was always big where everyone could get a decent size salad out of it. However the last two or three times we have gotten it the portion sizes are probably less than half of what they used to be. The two pastas come in a small plastic bowl. I had never been here and finally gave it a try. I did love the rum punch drink my waitstaff recommended, and the service was friendly and efficient. I ordered the chicken parm with a side of SPAGETTI with the meat sauce. I felt the chicken was over cooked and tough, and the meat sauce was very sweet. I had a glass of the house Chianti and would not recommend. Perhaps the bottle was opened too long, as it was very tart. I was raised on very dry wines, but this was beyond dry. When I return I will try the Alfredo and perhaps pizza and salads, but my first impression was a bit disappointing. read more

The food was just so-so, and the waitress was annoying. She was clearly used to a turn-and-burn type restaurant, rather than one that takes some finesse and ability to make connection or conversation. She was not good at timing things--a glass of wine ordered to have with dinner arrived about 2/3 through dinner. She was quick to try to ask if we were ready for another drink, even when half the first drink was still in the glass. I ordered the salmon, and it was too fishy, unfortunately. They are doing a very good job of social distancing here. The bread that came with dinner and a garlic oil/ cheese combo thing was probably the best part of the meal. Just waited an hour for Togo food that wasn't worth the wait or the price. Everything was very cold. Chix parm was hammered beyond belief. Was so overcooked, it was chix jerky. Fettuccine Alfredo with add sauté mushrooms was cold and had no sauce. The salad's lettuce was like a wood chipper cut it. Just disappointing all around. went there for dinner last night and no one in our group had any good food. pasta was so overcookEd it was falling apart. The steaks were raw and cold. The vegetables were hardly cooked me raw as well as the potatoe. They actually had no mozzarella cheese to even make a pizza. The salad was all wilted and the Cesar dressing was watered down. This place has never been good and very overrated. We will not return. I never write reviews so I'm not out here just complaining to complain. All they had that wasn't covered in dairy of some sort was a salad. So, I got a salad and added shrimp. We got home, opened my salad and you could see the bottom of the container. There was barely anything in it.... 4 pieces for shrimp for $6. Nothing special about the shrimp at all. So my salad was $17. I paid $17 for it. It was gone in 5 bites.. I was so disappointed. The toasted ravs were very good and my boyfriend liked his chicken, but two small chicken breasts for $23. It was not worth it. We probably won't go again :/ read more

I have been eating at Bella Milano for years. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has deteriorated in the past year, while the prices have greatly increased. The signature salad that I used to crave is missing key ingredients in the dressing. This was experienced by all 4 diners at my table. The chicken breast in the Chicken Stasilli was over cooked. This dish used to cost around $22.00 for dinner that includes soup or salad and a side. It has increased to $29.00. And the portion has shrunk to about 1/2 the size. Even taking account for inflation, this seems like a lot less for a lot more money. I'm very disappointed. Our waitress said they have had quite a bit of turnover in the kitchen staff. If they want my business, they will need to get their quality back on track. read more

My husband took me to Bella Milano yesterday for Mother's Day. We decided to go in the late afternoon instead of trying to fight the after-church lunch crowd or brunch at other restaurants. First let me say, our food was delicious. Second, our server was great. The problem is their reservations system....which appears to be non-existent. Well, actually, I think it is in place but they don't know how to use it! Their website has a prominent Join the Wait List button as well as a Reservations button. Before leaving home, I clicked Join the Wait List. I happily received Come On In, no wait message. Decided to make a reservation just in case a busload of folks arrived while we were on the way -- couldn't make a reservation because there was no wait....according to their website. So, we arrive at the restaurant. The parking lot is not packed, so I'm encouraged that there truly would not be a wait. WHOA, walk through the doors and there's LOTS of people waiting. One of the many hostesses manning the list tells me the wait is 45 minutes. I explained about their Join the Wait List and she said they were still getting it set up. Nope, if it's on the website, it's set up. You folks just don't know how to use it. I was actually encouraged when I saw the wait list option on the website because I've used this system at other restaurants and it is always simple, smooth, and correct, plus, I called here for a reservation once before, talked to a "real" person and ended up having a long wait when we arrived, so apparently that doesn't work well for them either!! She finally said there were some tall tops in the bar where we could sit and order, so, as it ended up, we didn't have to wait the 45 minutes for a table. There are some booths along the window, but we were told we couldn't sit there because those were reserved. OK, tall top is fine. One of those booths sat unoccupied the entire time we were there! The supposed reservation arrived as we were leaving. That table was empty for over an hour and there were people arriving and waiting the entire time we were there. And this was not the only table that I saw empty for the entire time. Moral of the story -- not only do they not know how to take reservations, they don't know how to manage the ones they have! So, for excellent food, give Bella Milano a try, but bring your patience if you make a reservation. Or go when they are not busy...maybe you won't have to wait!! read more

This place is pretty dirty. It needs a facelift for sure. The waiter we had was good but the dirty worn out floors, walls, and surfaces was distracting because it makes you sit and wonder what the kitchen must look like when what the customers can see looks old and worn out and filthy. The food was pretty good but nothing over the top spectacular when compared to some of the places we've had previously. We ordered appetizers, salads, entrees and dessert so I think we got a good sampling of what there is to offer. The bread was really good so there's the upside. It's not likely we will return though. I've been coming here since it opened. We come here for special occasions and it does not disappoint! Always very friendly and attentive wait staff. Pasta 3 ways and fettuccini are both favorites. Bread is amazing. Their salad is to die for. Always clean, and pretty atmosphere. We usually get a reservation for larger parties, just in case. Always seat us on time and punctual service. I guess we should stick to the Eviile Bella Milano. My beef Milano was over cooked. I wanted medium-rare and it was more like medium-well. I should have sent it back, but my husband had already sent his drink back and I didn't want to be a pain. My daughters salmon was also over cooked. She loved her food, but I told her that she shouldn't have needed a knife to cut her salmon. The olive oil for our bread was strong tasting. Won't go back to this one. read more
