No flavor, overcooked. I don't think they even use salt or pepper so there definitely wasn't any garlic or Italian flavor. I can make better food at home. The olive garden is way better and the same price. I was upset I wasted my money. Ive been going here for over 20 years. Its a great place with reasonable prices. Some of my favorites are the chicken marsala, chicken madiera, philly cheese steak sandwich, and the white pizzas. Portions are generous. I try to visit every time im in Rockwall. read more

I really like their pizza! The entrees are pretty delicious as well and authentically Italian American fare. I wish they delivered all of the time besides dinner time as I would love to order from them for lunch while I am at work in North Rockwall. I liked their pizza. It's somewhat like NY style, but not "New York" style. Meaning, if you've had NY style before this isn't going to compete with REAL NY style. However, the crust was crisp and the cheese is salty (I like that in my pizza cheese). Pizza is a 3/5 because the sauce was a little sparse and lacked depth of flavor. The pizza is pretty good though! It's just not Top Notch....like a NY City cart would be! ;) Service was good. I didn't like their "Philly Cheese Steak" though......it was a lot of bread and not much flavor within the steak itself. I would rate their Philly Cheese steak 3/5.....not too bad. Food is ok, but customer service is CRAP. Ordered $19 worth of food. By the time I got the order delivered to my house. However, the order was wrong. Called the next day and spoke to the manager and was told there was nothing he could do, that I would have to take it up with the delivery driver. WHAT??? The order left your restaurant wrong. I didn't even want my money back! Just please deliver what I ordered! I still had the food from the previous day because I couldn't eat it. We just had pizza and chicken siciliano delivered. It took 1 hour 15 minutes. The driver claimed he rang the bell for 15-20 minutes. Wrong!! We have security cameras that show that did NOT happen. If I could give them zero stars, I would. We ordered Chicken Marsala, Spaghetti, and a salad. The salad looked more like a wedge. We had to chop it up to eat it with a fork. Ordered pizza here yesterday. I was expecting the huge authentic pizza that I heard they had. The pizza we received was disappointing. Ordered a large pepperoni & there were maybe 10 pepperoni slices on the entire 16'' pizza. The alfredo pizza was just frightening. The salad did not come with ranch (came with house dressing), the salad had green slime on some of the lettuce, and the strawberry cheesecake had fuzzy mold growing on it. Went for late dinner last night. Before we could open the menus the waitress was asking for our order. We ordered bruschetta and we got a hoagie roll with sour tomatoes, oregano and American cheese. I ordered the chicken fetticini Alfredo which didn't taste right so I told the waitress and she looked at me like I said something wrong. I tried to eat it but could barely stomach it. I mentioned to the waitress again that it didn't taste right and she still didn't do anything. I asked for the manager but he wasn't available. The waitress gave me his phone number. I called him as soon as we left, got a response from him telling me that he will call me back tomorrow. I had to call him 3 times the today, for him to tell me that what I'm saying is wrong. I don't recommend this place to anyone just because of there horrible customer service and there is isn't good either! read more

When I got at the restaurant the manager showed me the pizza I ordered and asked if I still wanted it. Are you kidding me...it's burnt black and the crust in most places also She said I was waiting till you got here to see if you still wanted it. I said would you of delivered this. It's burnt black. Why didn't you just remake it. Well I just checked it and took it out of the oven. Don't think so when your paying $30 dollars. Made them remake it. Want go there agin. The new pizza was like night and day from each other. That's just how bad it was burned. Can't believe them being a manager would try to pan it off to there customers. Food is good, but has it's issues with looking cleaned and kept up. Delivery needs to state after 5. The delivery people need to not take up front row spots and park there, as parking is kinda hard during peak times. The service varies, but I see much they could do when not busy, I like the sauce, it has a high acid to it, but I like that. The rolls are a little overdone at times, so request soft & fresh and lastly none of the deserts are made there, all frozen and brought in, so don't waste you $ on these items. I give it this rating for longevity in the community and it's staying power. I would suggest it a lunch place to try for anyone wanting to try it for the first time. read more
