I ordered a Single order of fingers. I was told 15-20 minutes. I waited OVER A HALF HOUR for my food. Fingers and fries only take 5 minutes to cook, 1-2 to shake. I called Bella pizza in Boston NY and placed an order for delivery. It was a large order almost 100 dollars. I really do like there food but when it came I was shorted 4 blue cheese. It might sound minimal but when you have a party of over 20 people it means something. Pizza is delish but DO NOT order for delivery. Twice I tried this route and twice they failed. First time the order was over an hour late!!! Second time, the pizza was around a half hour late. Bella food is usually pretty good however the last pizza we ordered will in fact be the last one we order. On a Friday night we ordered a Large CP and 1/2 olives to be delivered. It was quick and absolutely delicious, devoured by 3 people. With tip it came to $28, pricey but worth it. A couple of weeks later the same crew ordered the same pizza delivered to the same house. We loved the last one so much that we tipped $2 more. What a disappointment. It was cold, burned (not well done as some people order but down right burned) and quite possibly the worst pizza I've ever had. Three of us ate less than 1/2, that's how bad it was. Last night I ordered a pepperoni and two half item pizza. when the girl cashed me out she repeated my order correctly. With social distancing and people waiting outside in a rainstorm I did not look at the pie until I got home. There was no pepperoni, the outside crust did not exist allowing the cheese and sauce to flow off the pie, the pieces were not cut through(not a big deal) and the crust was terrible. We thought it tasted funny and we only ate part of a piece each. Within a half hour we had diarrhea and were a bit ill. I spoke to the manager and said they must have some new hires that need more training. I was not looking for a replacement only to let him know somebody was not yet up to their standards. I worked at pizzeria when I was younger and know there is always people looking for a "free bee". I tried to tell him this was not my intention. He rudely asked why I didn't call last night. Ordered a Small Taco Pizza. Hardly any toppings and what was a grated cheese like sprinkling of taco meat on top. Very disappointing.

I typically never leave a really bad review but today they deserve it. I ordered 10 medium crispy wings. Picked them up. Drove home and started eating soft chewy under cooked wings that did not include the bleu cheese I paid for. I called just to give the manager feedback, didn't expect my money back... I already ate the wings. She told me the wings were cooked crispy and they probably sat in the box too long. That's basically all she said. Sorry but you guys lost my business because you blew me off when I called just to let you know that you sold me crappy wings. The right thing to do is say you're sorry or even offer money back. We ordered two different subs, a wrap and chicken fingers from here. We threw out all of our dinners! 40+ dollars completely wasted. The beef sub was soaking wet! The fingers, that we ordered plain came with a horrible barbecue sauce on them. Same with the chicken finger sub. The Greek chicken wrap seemed as if it had been made a head of time and heated up in a microwave. The tomatoes and salad, the minimum amount that was on it was not fresh. read more

I would give them negative if I could. The one in Boston is good between both the food and their customer service. However, the one in Hamburg on lakeshore road is HORRIBLE. They have messed up delivery and pick up orders numerous times; forgotten food, overcharged, didn't give refunds or anything in return, waited HOURS for pizza on a regular night for it to just show up cold. But, still we give them a try because we love the other Bella. Today, we ordered two pizza's and a chicken breast sub. The delivery time wasn't long, so we were excited. The pizzas were way over cooked, but still edible. Then, the chicken breast sub was COMPLETELY RAW. After eating about 3 bites and noticing something tasted off, we opened up the chicken to find the entire thing had been 100% raw. This is absolutely disgusting. When we called to inform them, they were short with us and barely said anything, didn't want any proof and only offered a $10 credit on our number for "next time." Very poor way to handle the situation, and we are again left disappointed. They have lost another customer for good. read more

My family loves belle pizza! However DO NOT GO TO ONE ON THE LAKE. Pizza is terrible. Always undercooked. I ordered my son chicken fingers and 1 was raw! I waited 20 minutes for the food and it wasn't cooked. Also if it's an hour before they close they either A. Don't answer the phone. Or B they only serve "cold" things. The fryer and grill close one hour before close. We called our order in at 8:35. They closed at 10. My husband got there at 9:05 and they told him they "forgot " to make my chicken sandwich. They couldn't make it because they shut the grill off 5 minutes ago so I had to chose a cold sub. I should of chose to go to Blasdel pizza. This was only 2 of the experiences out of 5. Every single one was just atrocious. If we didn't live so close we wouldn't of gave so many chances. If you really want Bella go to the one in Boston or South Park. read more

I ordered delivery from here last night and it was not very good. I ordered a chicken finger sub- medium and when it arrived I think they made it with barbecue sauce since it was kind of pink and didn't have any buffalo flavor at all. When I was on the phone ordering they asked if I wanted mayo or bleu cheese on my sub and I said both were fine but when I got the receipt there was an up charge for the bleu cheese that hadn't been mentioned. The stuffed pepper pizza wasn't my favorite either but I think I just ordered wrong. The fries I ordered were cold and stale tasting, and the restaurant isn't far from where I got it delivered to. This location is an absolute slap in the face to the bella name. The girl at the front counter lied to my face and when I called her out on replaying the "so called recorded" orders, she just laughed. I had an issue as I guess the online menu is only for select locations (even though it doesn't say that anywhere) so I questioned my price. I ordered a lunch special, which the girl never said on the phone we don't have those here, and simply said you should have told me that when u ordered then. I asked to speak to a manager who turned out to be even more disrespectful. They offered no apology, no refund, nothing!! Lackawanna is 1000x better. We ordered some dinner items at 7:20 pm and asked for delivery. We were told it would be 20 minutes. Well 20 minutes came and went! After 45 minutes we called and were told the delivery person had left 30 minutes before, but had multiple orders to deliver. By 9 pm we were on the verge of calling again when the delivery finally showed up. After all this time in the car, the food was almost inedible. The only one that liked it was our dog, but then she will eat anything. Don't bother with this place, especially if you want the food delivered. First of all, this is the only place that will deliver in my area, which is unfortunate because the service and food are substandard. Where should I begin?...they don't open until 3 pm. The delivery is $4-$5. Depending on where you live( I live a block away$4.00.) plus tip because its states on the menu that the delivery person gets none of the charge. There's always a 45min. to 1 hour wait . When you call and get a rude teenager, they half listen and the order ends up wrong. If you call to complain ; you get to speak with yet another rude teenager claiming to be the manager. They take no responsibility, refuse to refund or correct the order. I once ordered and paid for a Caesar salad and got a chef salad ; I called to correct it and the manager told me I was a liar because she made it herself! Do not order the pasta unless you are Will Farrell in "Elf" because the sauce is so sweet it's red syrup! Same goes for the pizza sauce. Only it has too much oregano. If you dare to ask for a custom order ie: no onion, mayo etc. you'll get it the way they want to make it. I don't understand how they stay in business because I certainly would be put out of business if I treated my guests this way. They need to step up or get some decent competition in the area. Fair. Pizza is good, but needs more cheese. Also toppings, including cheese, were uneven and not to the crust. Could use better attention to detail. Somewhat over-cooked too. Wings were TINY. What the heck? This is Buffalo! You guys HAVE to do better than that if you want to compete. They were tasty and well done though. Sub was over-toasted. I ordered your standard large cheese pepperoni around 4 o'clock today for pick up. When i arrived home with the pizza and opened the box i was staring at a burnt pizza half of it with the dough all bubbled up. Looked like some sort of Frankenstein creation pizza. Immediately headed back to the store and asked the girl at the counter if i could speak to the owner or the presiding manager. The manager whose name was Shaun came to the register and i i opened the box showing him the burnt bubbly creation. He looked up at me and replied like it was no big deal' should we make you another pizza or do you just want a refund'. No i'm really sorry sir, not a care in the world like it's a regular daily occasion. I asked him how can your store pass of a product like that and think the customer would be satisfied with it, would you be happy paying $17.67 for this burnt garbage of a pizza? Again no apology stating'I wouldn't like it either, i'll have to talk to the kids in the back'.I will never if this was the last pizzeria in the universe order anything from this place. I went to Bella's on opening night. It was crazy busy. We couldn't wait until they opened. We got an everyday special large pizza and 20 wings, they were excellent as always. Keep up the good work. 1 small issue when I called I couldn't get the girl on the phone to understand I wanted an everyday special so I was charged regular prices. But when I got there they changed it for me. I'm sure in time this will work its way out. We will definitely be back. read more
