These people are jerks! About 3 months ago, I walked into this Nail Salon. There were three men standing at the counter. All three made eye contact with me several times, but never once greeted me. I continued to stand there (looking stupid), waiting for someone to greet me. Another lady walks in the door (a white lady), and they immediately greet her and asked her how she could be helped..then took her to a massage chair for a pedicure. I walked out of the door and went to a salon down the road (Nail Care on Falls of Nuese Road). They were very welcoming and most importantly, professional. I called back to Bellagio and asked them if they had problems serving BLACK people. Of course, they said, "NO" and that they thought I was already being helped by someone else. This is bull...they saw me walk through the door, the three men continued to make eye contact with me...and even if you weren't sure, it's professional courtesy to greet your customers and ask them, "Have you been helped?" There are too many nail salons in the area than the put up with a bunch of racist, unprofessional Asians! read more

I was very disappointed with my visit. While the nail technician herself was friendly and polite, the quality of the service was unacceptable. The polish began cracking and peeling the very first day, which is something I have never experienced so quickly after a manicure. In addition, the technician repeatedly hurt my cuticles with her tools during the service, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. To make matters worse, one of my nails was filed down far too much, leaving it extremely weak. That nail ended up ripping the first night simply from normal use. Unfortunately, despite the technician being nice, the overall result was poor and not worth the cost. I won't be returning. read more

Bellagio Nail Spa has it right - the perfect blend of professionalism, quality services, competitive pricing, beautiful surroundings and a friendly staff who make you feel that your business is appreciated. I've made 4 visits to the salon and each time I've been pleased on all levels. Sabrina is outstanding but I've also heard good things about the rest of the staff as well. I primarily use the gel nail application and gel polish - worth every penny - definitely long lasting for me. I have been going to Kim to get my nails done for over 5 years now, so when she relocated to Bellagio I followed her there. I love the atmosphere, the location, and the staff-especially Kim of course! Now my teenage daughters go here as well, and everyone is always courteous to them. I highly recommend Bellagio for pedicures, gel nails, manicures and acrylics. I'd encourage you to ask for "Kim" when you go! Also if you pay cash you get a slight discount which is nice. read more

Love this place since the new management came in. Everyone is super friendly which is a big deal to me as I will leave and never come back if I feel disrespected and I have had no issue and continue to come back. Absolutely in love !! i'm not a huge fan of getting my nails done due to 3 bad experience from different salons. I gave this salon a try and Kristine perfected the look i wanted !! she made my nails feel very smooth and made sure they all looked even. After feeling with chipped nails and polish that won't stay on I was headed to another nail salon in Raleigh---however I saw a grand opening sign and 20% off so I said what the heck. Julie just gave me the absolute best pedicure I've ever had . It was the lavender pedicure and it was perfect after having such a long week. That massage was everything . I found my pedicure spot. The one luxury I allow myself is getting my nails done every two weeks. I enjoy being pampered and my nails look great! The owner is funny and jokes around with everyone. Absolutely love Bellagio! Byeng is absolutely amazing with pedicures! She is so gentle and knows exactly how to remove my 4 ingrown toe nails without hurting them.
