Had a great experience here, was greeted by workers on the walk in and was helped with ordering shortly after we figured out what we wanted. It's not a whole lot of seating but they have a decent amount. There's a college across the street so I could imagine the students are in here a lot. & they have charging outlets in case they need to do work in there. As for food, I ordered the penne alla vodka with fried chicken and I enjoyed it! The garlic bread on the side paired with the sauce was *chefs kiss. My husband had the linguini with clams in white sauce and he seemed to enjoy it, there was none left for later, I found it to be a bit salty. Overall, great food ! I would recommend to anyone in the neighborhood & we will be back when we visit the cemetery again. read more

I love it when a business makes small changes to your taste and that's the case when I asked to add some Ricotta to my spicy honey pepperoni. The. I see them pull out from the oven an interesting looking roll. I had to try it and was not disappointed. It tasted great with a crispy crust and flavorful chicken with cheese inside and surprisingly filling. Just ask for sauce on the side. Service was exceptional from the entire staff and conveniently located across from Farmingdale State College. I suggest seating near the window. read more

Bellagio is located right across the street from Farmingdale State College right on Melville Road. If you're a student at FSC, don't forget your ID! They have a parking lot that is shared with other businesses but you can usually find parking. The indoor seating area is limited but it's very clean. The owner, Joel, is awesome who served us amazing slices of pizza and gave us fresh garlic knots to try. My friends had the pepperoni slices and I had the last Bruschetta slice. We loved our slices of pizza and the garlic knots were made to perfection. My friends and I will be visiting here more often whenever we're in the neighborhood and have a craving for pizza! read more

Bellagios just relocated to Melville road and I LOVE the new spot!!!! I don't even live close by but I stop in at least once a week because the pizza is TO DIE FOR. My personal favorites- the grandma vodka slice, the hot honey pepperoni slice, and of course- Buffalo chicken slice!!! You have to try their Buffalo pin wheel which is coated is sesame seeds and drizzled with their home made Buffalo sauce- omg. Their dinner meals are also amazinggggg. Love bellagios! read more

Recently moved to a new location, the new place is very small, so extremely limited seating. I think they are trying to go with a modern, clean aesthetic which they are 50% successful. Love the bright, garage like windows. However, they had stacks of cases of soda in the store, making it look cluttered. When you had a small footprint, clutter makes it look very disorganized. Very clean inside. The menu was decent, with traditional Italian options as well as some unusual fare for an Italian restaurant (avocado?) The service was top notch. Our waitress was ON... extremely attentive, pleasant and polite. Always asking if we needed something and even bringing us things that we needed but didn't ask for yet (extra napkins.. thank you!) The food for me was ok. It wasn't bad, but I have had better. I felt the ingredients could have been slightly of better quality. AS SOON AS I HEARD THIS PLACE WAS SERVING A FULL HALAL MENU I HAD TO COME. THIS WAS AMAZING! Everything from the service, to the decor, attentiveness and ofc the FOOD. I got the chicken parm with Angel hair and it was amazing. I don't think I've ever had authentic halal Italian food in my life and this blew my mind. Solid pizza place with plenty of specialty pie options. Been coming here for years and never had anything bad. My favorite slices are the Ala vodka grandma and the Buffalo. Both are delicious. There Sicilian and chicken rolls are also great. They offer a good dinning menu as well and have a decent size seating area which is much nicer then your average pizza place. read more

Came here for a quick bite with my boyfriend. We ordered the Margherita slice, the Buffalo chicken slice and a chicken roll. The slices were pretty good, can't complain. The chicken roll was good too. What I didn't like was the customer service. We ordered a fountain soda and the machine wasn't filled with soda, they needed to change them so after complaining, they said they'd change it but after almost halfway through our food, they didn't. So my boyfriend asked for a bottle drink, they gave it to him but it was already opened...so he once again, got up and complained and finally got a new unopened one. Waiter was very nice. Came in for lunch and got the hot antipasto (small), and two pasta fagioli for the adults ...pizza and rice all for kids . Sadly the soup was not what my mother expected at all. Orange with no celery onions or what we are used to. Some might like it his way but we did not. The clams in the anti pasta were actually bad. I got sick shortly after and it left a horrible aftertaste despite spitting it out quickly. Things happen I know. The rice ball and pizza were very good. I hosted a lunch gathering for a group of ladies; the number of which kept changing each day. The manager, Joel, had " the patience of a saint" as we dealt with the changes. From salad through to dessert, the food was delicious. The service was exemplary as well. Should anyone be searching for a place to host an event, you cannot go wrong with choosing Bellagio's. I've passed this place a few times over the years on my way to other shops in the Farmingdale Airport Plaza, but this time I stopped in to sample their garlic knots and Grandma Vodka slice. Tale of the tape: Garlic Knots: as the knots were not evident behind the counter, I asked to see them before ordering. They looked ok, so I ordered three, heated to go . . . When I go them to the car and unwrapped the foil, it was evident that I'd been given the absolute smallest knots in the bowl! The size of the knots I glimpsed when I ordered was double or triple that what I received. Setting aside the size, what matters more is taste. Sadly, the taste was tinier than their physical presence. While they have a slight crunch on the initial bite, the soft inside is somewhat chewy, and not light in texture. The outside is thinly coated with (presumably) olive oil, which is definitely not infused with garlic, the taste of which is unfortunately minimal on these knots. Much more than garlic, the overall taste is that of bland dough. These knots are "garlic" in name only. Grandma Vodka Pizza: I got this to go cold, as I figured I'd eat it later in the evening. However, I did take an exploratory bite, as I was curious to see if the reviews here that proclaimed the vodka sauce superlative were true. Well, the reviews are accurate, and I put down a third of the slice before I knew what happened . . . ! I did heat it up hours later in my tried and true method - in an uncovered skillet under the lowest heat possible for about 20 minutes, and enjoyed it proper . . . The crust was thin, crispy and light, with the cheese and vodka sauce ratio just right. The sauce had that tangy flavor you look for in a good vodka sauce, encased inside a creamy richness that too many pizzerias and Italian restaurants somehow fail to achieve. This is a must have, no question! Dipping the garlic knots in the sauce might have raised their profile a bit, but I digress . . . I checked out their other pizza offerings, and everything did look good - but that's a subject for future updates of this review. I will definitely be back here to get more of their vodka sauce, perhaps in a dinner format. In addition, I think it might be mandatory that I try their Chocolate Peanut Butter Marshmallow Gelato. I've never seen a flavor like that anywhere else, not even in Italy . . . ! read more
