The mango salad was good - very fresh, a good balance of fish-based sauce, and a huge portion. I also tried my friend's duck curry, which had a crispy skin and was a well balanced curry. The drinks here are fun too. I had the pandan cream cocktail and it was incredibly flavorful and I could tell they used real pandan. Service was a bit slow though. It was a Wednesday evening and there weren't a ton of customers. However I'd still highly recommend you give this place a try!

I walked in and decided to give them a shot. Try something easy ..I got the wonton soup with egg noodles.. the broth was umami and garlicky, and warmed up my soul. The wontons were nice and tender, flavored with shrimp and pork. It was like a warm hug. Hit the spot! Second, I ordered the crispy spicy fish. It was an extraordinary presentation even my Chef friend was delighted to see the culinary expertise of the Chef. And it was also very reasonably priced. The service was excellent. They were very welcoming. The decor of the restaurant is super upscale. It looks like a fancy club. This would be a great place to bring a first date. Overall I was super impressed and very happy that I stumbled into this delicious restaurant. 10/10

As mentioned in other reviews, we also experienced a unique and relaxed atmosphere. They had some good local draft options to get started - which is good. We ordered the Bo La Lot Grilled Beed in Betel Leaf for an appetizer and we loved the combination of ingredients and taste. Our brides ordered the Chaca La Vong Wok Seared Tumeric Rockfish and they both enjoyed it. My son ordered the Pad Kee Mao and I went with the Reckless Fried Rice and we both devoured them! Our waitress (her name wasn't on the receipt) was outstanding....super friendly and patient with all of our questions regarding the menu.

The menu is pretty out there but the flavors on everything were excellent. I tried some of my aunts green beans and I can definitely say they were the best Ive ever had. So much flavor for something I'd usually never get as an app. I went with the five spice duck confit, which comes with a duck leg and thigh. Everything was delicious, noodles, bok choy, and the broth was killer. I drained it after I ate everything. Staff was really great and helpful, we had a kid in our party and they had no problem making a spiced up order of their kids noodles. Get the black sesame ice cream, it had a peanut butter flavor and was super creamy and smooth.

The calamari was good, the salmon tartare was delicious and left me wanting more, and the shrimp ceviche was absolutely outstanding--one of the best I've had (chef's kiss). For mains, we had the stir-fried cabbage (very nice), pumpkin curry salmon (great flavor combo), basil roasted duck, and the signature carbonara. While the mains were good, they didn't quite live up to how impressive the appetizers were--the duck was just okay, and the carbonara didn't really stand out. Overall, I really enjoyed Di Fiora and would definitely come back to try more dishes. Highly recommend.

In fact, the interior is so unique that you wouldn't immediately guess it's an Asian restaurant. The staff were friendly, though service was a bit inattentive; I found myself waiting longer than expected for basic things. Interestingly, when I ordered noodles and asked for chopsticks, they told me they didn't have any. It was quite a surprise to find an Asian restaurant serving noodles without chopsticks. As for the food, it was fine, but nothing memorable for the price. I've had better Asian food elsewhere in Seattle for less. If you're after a stylish, brunch-aesthetic spot to try Asian-inspired dishes, Di Fiora fits the bill. But if you're going purely for the flavors, you may leave underwhelmed.

Momiji was one of those and it was extremely close to the movie theater we were walking out of. Sushi sounded great so we strolled over to get some. The sushi didn't disappoint... not in the slightest! We got some specialty rolls off of that portion of the menu and they were so very good! Fresh and extremely flavorful! Moonraker was one of the rolls we got. I highly recommend it! In addition to that we got an order of the Spicy Tofu... again delicious and made an excellent side with our sushi! I got a hard alcohol I wasn't used to getting. It was fun and it was quite good! It was Shochu which is a distilled beverage and involves sweet potato. If memory serves I got the one with sweet potato and pear. Very different but very good. It had a nice dryness to it. To wrap it all up we got some deep fried mochi ice cream. It held up nicely to being a great finish to a very high quality meal. We are definitely coming back!

We ordered many things from the happy hour menu, and I know this might surprise you, but the kale salad was the standout, even amongst the kale haters in the group! Everything came out piping hot and fresh (as in, wait to cool a bit or you will scald your mouth for sure) and fast! We slowed down the pace of our ordering because things came so quickly (not a bad thing!) Apparently there are some staple items that are always there, and then other rotating interesting items from around the world, meaning there's always something new to try, which is a huge plus for me. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

These weren't your typical fries though. They were Dutch-style, coming topped with mayo, satay, onions, and chili sauce. A mix of Dutch and Indonesian flavors. This probably was my favorite dish. The combination of pungency, fattiness, crispiness, and spiciness was very good. It kind of reminds you of a plate of nachos, but the fries themselves have a better taste than a bed of chips would have. They manage to stay crispy almost until the end. The main dish I had was the South African Bunny Chow. This was a chicken masala curry inside a bread bowl, spilling out on either side. This was very solid as well. The curry tasted similar to a butter chicken - lightly spiced and creamy, but the chicken inside was quite juicy. The act of putting this inside a bread bowl was very cool. It made it easy to get both the bread and the curry in a single bite with a spoon I didn't like the dessert much, though. What I had was the chocolate malva, but the apricot was way too forward and the sweetness was missing. I tried the Danish cake as well but found this similarly disappointing. The price ended up being somewhat expensive, at around $45 per person after the meal, despite the deal. Portions were solid though. Overall, it's a cool avenue to try different street foods, but I wouldn't say anything special. 7.25/10
